We'd never booked a tour guide for anything before getting in touch with Teena - other personalized tours don't really fit with our style or our budget. But Who What Where is different! We got in touch with Teena because we wanted to visit Miles Canyon and the hot springs but didn't have a car. She picked us up, drove us to the canyon, hiked with us, dropped us off at a cafe near the hot springs, and then picked us up at the hot springs afterward. It was better value than a cab and came with personalized tour commentary! Teena also pointed out good photo opportunities and took us to a brewery outside of town. Teena is a great communicator (she'll book via text!), a flexible planner, and a knowledgable guide. We loved our time with her and will absolutely be recommending her in the future. Thanks, Teena!

Teena was great! With barely 24-hours' notice, she picked us up downtown, drove us out to the wildlife preserve, and picked us up many hours later at the hot spring, for a very fair price. A real Yukoner, she shared many interesting stories and recommendations. Thanks!

Harmony and Teena were knowledgeable, friendly, and highly accommodating. We booked the Miles Canyon tour with Harmony, and decided to hire her after the tour to do the wildlife preserve as a private tour. She provided great insights into both areas and helped us plan our brief stay in Whitehorse. A few days later when we couldn’t get a car rental, Teena picked us up at our hotel in a moment’s notice and dropped us off at where we wanted to hike. She made safety recommendations and made herself available in the event we got lost and needed a pickup. She also helped us plan our last day in Whitehorse. We took the half day tour to Carcross and Emerald Lake. The tour was a wonderful way to see the southern lakes and some of the awesomeness of the Yukon. Our guide - Kim - was AMAZING! We tried to stump her with random questions, but this woman knows her stuff. We highly recommend.
