We had our wedding last August hosted by Pop Up Chapel. First off, we love the core value that Pop Up Chapel has in sustainability and philanthropy. It is so refreshing to see a team that can optimize its resources to provide so many quality weddings and generate beautiful memories for people. It is all about “Feeling good while doing good things”. Also, we were very pleased to know that $300 of our fee was contributed to a charity. I am just over the moon that a company in the wedding industry actually go above and beyond to incorporate these values into their business model. Booking with Pop-Up Chapel was the most straightforward experience ever. They outlined everything nice and clear right from the beginning. We got to meet with them via Zoom and ask all the questions we wanted. It was a worry-free process since they are very upfront with the expectation. The actual wedding was exactly what we have imagined, we took our time and enjoyed every moment of it. The Pop Up Chapel team are one of the most organized, efficient and friendly team. The photographer provided by Pop Up Chapel was phenomenal, she was very kind, easy to work with and knew how to help us get comfortable being photographed. Also, the photos were beautiful and delivered on time! We love our officiant, I love how she made a land acknowledgement to commences the wedding and she was super supportive while I was balling my eyes trying to get through my vow. We went to our friends’ wedding hosted by Pop Up Chapel a month after ours. It was also an amazing experience as guests, the quality of the wedding they deliver is very consistent.

We got married at the Pop Up Chapel's first Ottawa date - Nov 20th 2020. We had planned on eloping but because we did not get to spend much time with our families this year it became much more important to us to get married in our hometown around our parents and siblings. Not the sorts for a big wedding, the Pop Up Chapel was perfect. Everything was planned for us - live music, florals, incredibly intricate decor, the officiant, photographer, snacks and drinks, socially distanced seating arrangements, live streaming to family who couldn't make it, the list goes on. We just had to fill out a google form about our preferences, get outfits, marriage license, and invite up to 20 guests. All at a super reasonable price (WITH a portion going to Black Health Alliance). Things kept changing up to the week before about how many guests and what the restrictions were with covid and Nicole was very quick to communicate, keep us updated, and is so positive. The decor was a total surprise and it was absolutely perfect, I am so happy to know that we had a very "extra" day without being wasteful and that the decor was enjoyed by 5 other couples. Thank you so much to this amazing team!

Not only did we save a ton of money I was at ease and not stressed for my big day . All I needed to do was my hair and make-up, get dressed and show up. Pop up chapel delivered exactly what my husband and I needed: a stress-free, memorable ceremony with beautiful details in the florals, backdrops, and other touches like live band! We loved the intimate ceremony and day of ran so smoothly and beautifully without need for a rehearsal :) The coordinators and all others involved (photographer, officiant, etc) are true professionals and help made the day even more perfect We love that pop up also donates to charities and makes weddings less wasteful and more affordable! An outstanding concept, and it was the perfect choice for us!! I cannot recommend them enough for couples who want a hassle-free, beautiful, small wedding!

Let go of all the worries of planning a wedding and let the Pop-up Chapel show you their magic on your special day like they did for ours! It was indeed the best (and easiest!)decision we ever made! AND THEY DELIVERED THE MOST BEAUTIFUL INTIMATE WEDDING CEREMONY/COCKTAIL RECEPTION FOR US! They took out the stress of planning... instead we had the pleasure of getting excited to see how they would decorate the wedding venue and actually fully enjoy the anticipation of finally getting married in the presence of our closest family and friends. And even more importantly, we get to be a part of contributing to a great cause. On top of that, the communication with the team (especially Nicole) was flawless. She was quick to respond to our questions and inquiries without fail. Despite the changing rules and regulations because of the pandemic, the whole Popup Chapel team were very reassuring and was there to guide us through the process. They were quick to adapt to the regulations and upheld proper procedures to keep everyone safe during the event. All in all, we were all impressed and felt very well taken cared of by their capable hands! Would recommend them 100%!!!!

I highly recommend the pop-up chapel! If you are looking for a smaller ceremony, then definitely book with them. Our wedding was perfect! The decorations, snacks, flowers were all amazing. The staff were all great! You won’t regret booking your wedding with the pop-up chapel!

We had a great experience! Laura was professional and accommodating throughout the process leading up to and including the wedding day. On our wedding day, the flowers and decorations were beautiful! The live music was amazing! The officiant was able to incorporate our cultural traditions into the ceremony, and the reception lasted the perfect duration for our guests. While we have not yet seen our photos, our photographer was professional, personable and gave clear instructions to get great shots! 100% would marry here again

My partner and I had to postpone our March 2020 wedding due to Covid- it was going to be at City Hall. During the summer of 2020 I came across Pop-Up Chapel and fell in love with their whole vibe. We booked a package at the EverGreen Brickworks and it was magical!! From the setup, to the decor, our cake, the live band, the vendors, the pictures, (our photographer was Danielle Horvath and she was phenomenal!!), right down to the amazing staff! I am so happy our wedding was postponed and we found The Pop-Up Chapel! Lynzie and her whole team really care about bringing people together and celebrating love! We had such an amazing experience with The Pop-Up Chapel. I was dead set on doing a ceremony at Toronto’s City Hall until I stumbled upon PUC. I can honestly say, it was the best internet find OF MY LIFE. We got the intimate ceremony we wanted, but so much more. The idea of City Hall intrigued me because I didn’t want to spend any time or energy looking for venues, decorations, flowers, finding a photographer etc. With PUC, they take care of all those details for you and will deliver to you a beautiful and unique ceremony. PUC also donates to charities with every PUC wedding, and source local vendors for things like your florals, snacks, and drinks. I loved the message of being able to support both a charity and local talent. The PUC team were so helpful and had constant communication with us every step of the way. The actual day of my PUC went so seamlessly. Their organization allowed my guests and I to really enjoy the evening, which is ultimately what everyone wants on their wedding day! I cannot rave about this company enough. They truly delivered the wedding experience I didn’t know I wanted or needed. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a stress free, stunning, unique wedding experience!

The loft venue was decorated beautifully, stunning visuals of fresh bouquet & boutonniere, Kim the officiant was friendly & professional and cannot forget to mention the most amazing voice of the live band!. The ceremony was heartfelt and the rest of the reception went seamlessly. Everything was beyond our expectations from beginning to the end and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Where do I even begin? We got married with pop up in Hamilton and it was the best experience ever!!! I’m not kidding. Communication with the pop up team was so easy and smooth from start to finish. They respond to all your questions, and trust me I had a lot lol. They are quick to respond which was the best. On the wedding day everything was so beautifully decorated and they really did make it feel like you were the only wedding that day. I would have never guessed there was multiple weddings that day. They truly make your day feel special and I don’t have a bad thing to say about the experience! I do however have a recommendation that I think other future couples would love! That would be to have an add on option of more premium appetizers. Other than that it was the wedding we always wanted. We have not stopped talking about it since. Book your pop up chapel wedding now! You won’t be disappointed

Everything was perfect - the venue, decor, flowers (which they personalize), and live music were even better than expected, and the officiant (Kim Adeney) and photographer (Rachel Hunt) were both hilarious and made us feel so at ease. No planning was required on our part other than applying for a marriage licence, getting rings/clothes, and answering an online survey. We didn't feel rushed at all and they had a nice holding area for guests to wait in before the chapel. A very good choice if you are looking for a pop-up wedding!

If you are on the fence about pop up chapel absolutely walk away from them! They claim to have great service but force all communication through email. At such a stressful time sometimes you need to speak with someone verbally and not be forced to lengthy email discussions.

Our wedding experience was amazing with The Pop Up Chapel. We wanted an affordable wedding, as we're trying to buy a house. But we wanted more than just a city hall wedding. With Pop Up Chapel the decor, flowers, photography, Officiant, Champagne Toast, Light Bites were all included. It's perfect when you want a beautiful short and sweet wedding, but you don't have the time to plan each individual item yourself. It's like we had our very own wedding planner to do all the work for us. The location at The Loft at Baro is in a great area, close to everything. We ended up walking across the street with our group for dinner afterwards. I'm so happy we had our wedding with The Pop Up Chapel, and I can't wait to see all the beautiful photos.

We could not have asked for a more stress free wedding day. We got married with Pop-Up Chapel in August 2021 and I will forever sing their praises to anyone who will listen and will never stop recommending them to anyone and everyone. We got a wedding designed by a top quality Toronto wedding planning team for a fraction of the cost. The team goes above and beyond to make you feel like the day belongs to just you. We did not even glimpse another couple. There are also so many personal touches that you can add to customize things even more. You get to speak to the officiant and the photographer before the ceremony and someone from the PUC team is there to explain how everything will work. I can’t even describe how amazing it was to have zero worry about our wedding day. We got dressed, showed up with no idea what to expect and it all went perfectly. I also love the sustainability aspect. Weddings create so much waste and I loved knowing that the same flowers, decor, and space would be used and loved by others too. Our photographer, Jane Decle, was also amazing and made us feel so at ease. Wedding photography alone can cost a pretty penny and it’s all included with the PUC package. Considering what we got for what we paid, we felt like we made out like bandits. Thank you Pop-Up Chapel team for an amazing experience!
