Luke responded to a very last minute plea for help from me as I attempted - with one week's notice - to plan a special and intimate dinner to celebrate my sister's elopement. He rose to the challenge, exceeded our expectations and blew us all away!! Working with Luke as we planned the dinner was very easy - he was professional, creative, and responsive to our guests' dietary needs. When it came to the execution, the dinner was outstanding... our guests could not stop raving. It was clear from the presentation, carefully sourced local food (including vegetables from his garden), and other personal touches (like homemade apple cider vinegar) that Luke is passionate about food. He somehow managed to do all of that despite a power outage and, as I learned later, also catering another event later the same day! Throughout the entire process, we felt very cared for by Luke and he played a huge role in making the day very special. Definitely 100% recommend the Wandering Bison!

Wandering Bison has catered numerous events for the Brewery I work at and the food is of the highest quality you can get. Absolutely incredible. Great to work with too.
