Brooke waived us down off the street and we were so happy we stopped. She listened to our situation, got a sense for what we would be into and tailored the advice appropriately. We walked away not booking anything and she came running down the street after we left saying she was able to find a dog sledding tour that up until then seemed to be booked up solid everywhere or closed down temporarily. We booked this tour with Alayuk Adventure tours about an hour south of Whitehorse and we had the BEST time. The dog sledding far exceeded our expectations. We each had our own sled with four dogs and they ripped us thru some beautiful countryside. Great experience all around. Highly recommended.

We had such an incredible time with the tours we booked through this agency.we did the southern lakes tour with Werner. We've seen things we wouldn't have know about. The untouched nature of the yukon is truly spectacular. We had such a good time on the northern lights tour as well, we got some great pictures with the lights, of many lakes Carcross, and met really wonderful people, socially distanced of course. We have never experienced the cold like that -20 wow! We hope to come spend more time in the yukon some day. Charlotte & Marie

Carmen , Laurie - I am publicly thanking you so much for your help in organizing my quick trip to a special kind of cabin with the wife :). Carmen , thank you for your expeditious responses whenever I had a question . Thank you for the continuous update on the reservation , despite it being a short trip , you treated it like its a long one and made it special . I assure you , you have a customer for life !! Many more trips to plan … I encourage anyone who reads this to please try Yukon Tours and believe me you will not be disappointed one bit !!

They resell trips offered by other companies for more than twice the price. I peeked my head in while waiting or someone else, and Carmen told me it was now or never to book because they are closed on the weekend. I asked her about booking directly with the company that provides the trip so that i wouldnt have to decide instantly, and she gave a manipulative story about that she spent so much time telling me about the trip and all her time would be wasted. Meanwhile the office was empty, never saw another customer the whole time I was there, and she had seemed to just want someone to talk to. So I booked it with her and was sick the day of the trip and couldnt take it and she told me tough luck. Its then that I went directly to the company that offers the trip and found out they actually offered it for less than half the price.

Yukon Tours did an amazing job at getting us to Tuktoyaktuk on the Arctic Ocean. No easy feat, with needing three hotel rooms every one of the 9 nights of our trip!
