This event tool allows us to stream events to a custom landing page that facilitates better conversations and connections than a YouTube comment section or Zoom chat that disappears once the event has ended. BuzzIt is exactly what we needed to run seamless, easy to navigate, and mobile-friendly online events like pitch competitions and speaker series. Jon and the team were curious about our needs and helped us with the onboarding (which was easy). Here's what I found unique and refreshing about BuzzIt (and I've tried A LOT of similar tools). -Mobile Experience is top-notch -User Interface is simple and easy to navigate -Jon and team offer exceptional customer service -Easy admin side setup and a focus on accessibility -Permanent pages! After our event is over we can still market the live event so others can watch it anytime -More opportunities to create connections than a simple YouTube stream Jon listened to our needs and was curious about how we use the platform. I'm excited about the new features that they're working on too!

I first utilized BuzzIt in the fall of 2020 when trying to navigate the world of remote events brought on by the pandemic. I needed a simple tool to increase engagement of our students with outside constituents and each other. After years of running a live pitch competition for hardware startups, we had to go virtual this year and rethink our format. There were two key things we had to find a replacement for: our printed program, and in-person networking. The BuzzIt platform provided us with a digital format for both, via sponsor, judge, and presenter profiles. We were even able to run our audience vote through the platform. Additionally, the team at BuzzIt was incredibly responsive, quick to answer questions, and helped us edit pieces of the platform to make it work for our event. And the analytics really speak for themselves -- the VAST majority of our attendees voted for their favorite pitch and our finalist pages got hundreds of views. Highly recommended!
