Let me tell you Sindy absolutely has a natural command of things, organization, adjusting on the fly, vision, and as I learned a fantastic people management skill set. (I tried to manage her not seeing the full picture, and had no choice but follow her lead after she took a pause to sell me the dream, in the end she made me and my organization look fantastic).
