We stayed the week of Christmas 2021 Resort was awesome and very accommodating. Room was super clean at check-in and the staff responded quickly to any requests. During the stay we noticed numerous employees cleaning and attending to the property. We had every amenity and then some available to us and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Can tell you as a true ski-in/ski-out location in Breckenridge you can't go wrong. This was my second stay in 30 yrs. To be clear our room was far from (dated) as I had read from other reviewers. On the contrary our room was updated clean and had a modern vibe. Very comfortable for our stay. We are true (ski) people and spend every available minute on the mountain. The setup for ski in/ski out at the foot of the resort ( literally) click in to your skis and coast to the lift) made the experience that much more enjoyable. No hauling equipment back and forth and dealing with access and parking. On the resort side this is a large property. We enjoyed the amenities during the evenings (always FRESH) towels at the pools and hot tubs and well maintained with staff stocking and picking up even into the late hours. We were VERY impressed with the kindness of the staff and even the quests we spoke with seemed to all be enjoying their stay and vocal about their enjoyment of the property. Great job Beaver run!! Thank you for a wonderful Christmas experience for my family!

We stayed over the summer. This resort is very large. It is situated next to the mountainside with beautiful trails next to streams. Main street is walking distance with all the shops and plenty of restaurants. Many of the shops sell high quality items and the food is amazing. Downside is that the lighting in the resort is very poor and most hallways are dark. The carpet is older and could use a good cleaning or replacing. Room service (daily cleaning of rooms, replacing amenities) can also use improvement. Overall, the home feeling and quality of the room made the stay very enjoyable. The carpet in our room was very nice and comfortable and the bathroom with the jet tub was amazing!

Rooms are awesome for slopeside access. Hospitality is great with hot tubs, pools, restaurants as well as bars. For a winter/ski town i will have to give the shuttle a 2 out of 5. I understand the week i was here we recieved an absurb amount of snow. I will say if the road had even the slightest bit of coverage the shuttle was shut down. We had to walk into town as well as back to the hotel. While walking all other hotel lines were running but ours. Being from New York this would be unheard of. No matter how much snow the city will never sleep. I am very dissapointed in the transportation this hotel had to offer, otherwise a great stay.

The resort is pretty old and ok. Some of the condos are a little older and expensive to rent but you can't really beat the location. They have lockers for your skis and you can ski in ski out. They also have indoor parking which is nice. There's a couple bars and restaurants which is nice. There's an arcade which is fun for the kids and they have hot tubs. If you want convenient location this is the place but just know some of the condos are a bit dated.

Keep in mind, this is not a hotel, it’s condos and each condo has its own owner. Pros for our stay: convenience store and restaurants inside the building which was super convenient and easy, literally next to a ski lift to greens and blues, rentals out back plus a locker for your gear by the fire pit, “hotel” shuttle to the grocery, main st, etc so you can skip the hassle of the bus. Cons for our stay: incorrect signage on where the fitness center was located, no signage for where the rental location was (not the Breck Sport store next to check in), no one mentioned the shuttle until we asked towards the end of our stay, Spencer’s buffet is overpriced. Overall, I’d stay here again now that I know where things are but dislike I had to figure it out throughout the week.

The kitchenette with appliances and supplies were most convenient and useful. LOVED the convenient shuttle service. Gorgeous scenery! Convenient location. -- We stayed at Beaver Run for five days and received housekeeping just ONE TIME. We are happy to be green friendly and reuse towels/sheets, but to use for the entire week was not acceptable. We also ran out of toilet paper. The one time (Saturday) that we DID receive housekeeping, a piece of inexpensive, yet VERY SENTIMENTAL jewelry came up missing from the bathroom (had been placed in the tray on bathroom sink).

I was visiting some friends staying at the resort and as I was walking passed an employee, I noticed her crying, I stopped a moment to check and make sure she was alright. Upon some conversation she mentioned that one of her bosses had made a comment about how she dressed for work, and compared it to other ways she dresses. Why is it okay for people to be talked to like this? I understand the Food & Hospitality industry can be really tough, but things like this make it no better. Given that Beaver Run seems to be such a nice resort I would have expected employees to be treated with compassion, dignity, and respect, and not have to take unproffesional verbal jabs from management. The person who made the comment is the Director of Food and Beverage. I'll leave his name out for the sake of not ousting an employee, but I hope HR will do something to address this.

Loved the hottubs. No room service. Market deli closed before 8pm. No on demand TV. Older resort. Rooms cozy. Bathrooms need updating. Friendly staff. Easy shuttle to main st.

Nice resort in a good, central location. Lots of hot tubs and pools. The indoor pool is really nice. The only problem I had was that they did not have the option for AC, period. It was still warm when we went so that would have been a really nice option to at least have. They did have heat though, and they provide pretty powerful portable fans to help keep you cool.

Room was not ready by the 1600 guaranteed check-in time but staff was very polite about this and upgraded our room, which was nice! There was no shampoo in the room and we called twice to have some brought up so we could shower, this took quite a while and in fact we just gave up and showered without it. -- Marko at front desk was great, very professional and friendly.
