Rebecca and her team were absolutely fantastic. We had ideas of what we wanted related to decor, Rebecca and team were able to take our ideas and make them a reality. They thought of all of the little details to make sure everything was perfect. We also hired them as Day of Coordinator. Money very well spent. The team was with us all day and took care of each and everyone of our needs. Could not ask for better.

Rebecca and Sarah did my wedding day of coordinator service in the Goderich area. It was a great use of money, as they were able to tackle stuff on the day of that I did not have to put onto other family members. This allowed us to be relaxed and enjoy every second knowing someone was looking after all the details, including the crazy timeline between ceremony and reception. My best friend used them a few months later for her wedding and had incredible experience!

Rebecca and Jenna were incredible to work with for our wedding as our day of coordinators and decorators. I had met Rebecca at a wedding show and appreciated her easy going nature, wide selection of decor, and that she took the time to discuss the wedding planning process and give a lot of great free advice. I was fortunate to win a free hr consult with Rebecca and was amazed how much information we covered in this hour and the amount of confidence she gave me to plan this huge event and know I had her to lean on as needed along the way. She was never pushy or rude if I chose a different vender closer to home for certain details or when I did a complete 180 from the start of planning to the end as far as what I hoped to have happen. As far as things go leading into the weekend, I was impressed how organized Rebecca, how well she worked with my other vendors, and how beautiful she made the simplest ideas become. She was incredible at taking care of small details so we could sit back and enjoy our time with friends and family. I know there were likely many situations she took care of that I have no idea about because they never became issues but we did receive some feedback from guests on how these girls went above and beyond. My cousin needing a wheelchair was struggling to see our first dance - they politely parted the crowd in front of her to give her a clear view. One table was overlooked when food was served, Rebecca caught it and not only alerted the kitchen but helped bring food out to speed up the process. Our venue owner was impressed how clean everything was by the end of the night and we appreciated having minimal clean up the morning after. So many other moments but for myself it was as simple as having a cold drinks brought over for our wedding party and family as we snuck in photos on a very hot day. Completely worth every penny!

I can't recommend Rebecca and the team at Servers with a Smile enough. Not only do Rebecca and I work together professionally, but having her and her team with us on the day of our wedding truly made it the perfect day! They take care of all the small details I would have never thought of and kept all of us (and the other vendors!) on time and kept the day running so smoothly. Rebecca and her team were our décor vendor as well as our Day of Coordinators and it was the best decision and purchase of the whole wedding I think! Everything décor wise was absolutely stunning and beautiful and I'm still getting comments on how amazing the venue looked and how seamless the day went for all involved. I would definitely recommend the Servers with a Smile team to anyone looking for décor or coordinator needs, and also for so many more! They have a plethora of services under their umbrella and are the most amazing people to work with.

I have only absolutely amazing things to say about Rebecca and I do not think I could of said thank-you enough for being a part of the day, because as stressful as it was I cannot imagine it being a possibility without her there. While on my honeymoon I had to stop and think that she has to have that stress of dealing with brides and weddings every weekend and I truly do not know how she do it, it is clear she put soo much love and care into your job. We later joined her at her open house at her personal shop. This is when we talked more and started discussing our vision. Rebecca and her assistant Jessica were absolutely amazing and go above and beyond. Whatever you don't think about, Rebecca has covered on your wedding day. She was with me from start to finish from our rehearsal dinner and for my entire wedding day. From fixing the girls dresses, helping my mom and mother-in-law with her dress, to deodorant, sunscreen, helping me carry my train when going to pictures, being with us to make sure we got all of our shots for our pictures, and making the entire night run smoothly with clean up and tear down. I cannot recommend Rebecca and her team enough. If you are even slightly doubting if you'll need a day-of coordinator, HIRE HER AND HER TEAM. Best decision and investment we made for our day and everyone raved about their expertise and help even with our guests for the day.

We hired Rebecca and her team back in 2020 after we met them at a wedding show, and she was absolutely phenomenal to work with! If there was a way to give Rebecca and her team more then 5 stars, I would. Hired her for our wedding as a day of coordinator, for the soul purpose of doing the take down at the end of the night, but she went so much further above and beyond anything that I could have hoped for. She was there for me every step of the way and was always ready to help or run to the store because we didn't have the right pins for the MOB & MOG's corsages. I can not recommend Rebecca & her staff more! We used this service for our wedding decor, setup & day of coordinator service. We had Jenna & Jessica for our wedding day. They went above & beyond for what I had expected. They came around to the girls & guys with deodorant to make sure everyone was fresh all day & night long, they made sure we had everything. I forgot my garder & jenna went back to my house where the guys were setting up to find it for me. They set everything up perfectly (better than I could have ever imagined) and they tore down the next day as well! Our wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to Rebecca & her team! Let me start by saying there is no way my husband and I could have pulled of a wedding without Rebecca. I met with her maybe 12 weeks before our wedding. Didn't have a DJ, linens, napkins, decor, set, tear down or nothing. Anything that Rebecca could provide, decor, linens, drink mixes, Rebecca's prices were better than most when we looked elsewhere. Rebecca came with all these suggestions and boom we had a planned wedding. Rebecca dealt with any changes or last minute additions like a professional. We had her for set-up and tear down and day of wedding coordinator. Everyone at our wedding was so impressed with the job Rebecca did. She was professional and worked well with everyone. Her assistant Sarah was amazing as well. The hall looked amazing, Rebecca steamed every single one of our chair covers. She takes a lot of pride in her work and it clearly showed. We were so happy to have had Rebecca for our wedding and cannot thank her enough for the awesome job she did. Highly recommend.

Rebecca is so detail oriented and it was exactly what I needed leading up to my wedding and the day of! She made sure to take care of any issues that arose the day of and my husband and I were none the wiser. There was concern that our limo was not going to show up as he was quite late and Rebecca was on the phone calling back up limos and taking care of the entire situation for us. I had no idea anything was even going on until the next day. She made sure we were relaxed and enjoying the day and she took care of all the background stuff. Servers with a Smile was wonderful to work with. I hired them to take care of all my florals, majority of my decor and day of coordinator services. Rebecca goes over every detail step by step with you to make sure nothing is forgotten and everything goes smoothly. I found all of her prices very reasonable and fit into my budget. I recommend all their services but if nothing else I HIGHLY recommend the day of coordinator services. Ive always heard that weddings ALWAYS run behind schedule, my whole wedding day couldn't have gone smoother. Rebecca helped me build a timeline for my wedding day, Jenna and Sara (my two day of coordinators) set everything up and at the end of the night took everything down for me and literally took care of me and everything all day and night long. My day was totally stress free all day long, they even came with us during our photos and made sure everything was perfect (adjusting my jewlery and veil, had hairspray incase my hair got frizzy) They did so much for me and my wedding party all day long I couldn't list it all. I really couldn't be happier about my experience with them and about how my wedding day went thanks to them.

We just got married last Saturday and we could not have dreamed of a better day! Rebecca helped us out by setting up our ceiling and backdrop decor. From our first consultation to the day of the wedding rebecca and her team worked with our every want and stayed within our budget. She was upfront and honest and went above and beyond. She had such great ideas and let me in on some of her cost saving DIY projects to again keep us in budget. Rebecca and her team worked hard and diligently to get all of the backdrop and ceiling work done before we arrived to set up the rest. It was beautiful. We received so many compliments on out ceiling. She hung 12 panels of drapery as well as floral hoops and a chandelier from the ceiling. It was more beautiful than I could have imagined. Rebecca is so easy to work with and you can tell this is her passion. Absolutely amazing. We hired them for the day of coordinator along with set up and tear down of the venue. Jenna and Sarah were punctual and on top of absolutely everything. I had complete confidence in them through the entire day. From the tinest of details to the big, they made it all flow seamlessly. We didnt have to worry about anything at the end of the night, everything was boxed up properly, all we had to do was put it in our truck. We had an issue with centrepiece flowers the morning of, Rebecca called me with a solution right away. We had an issue with backdrop set up also... i saw rebecca sneak in through the crowd after our ceremony to help it get set up without guests noticing. I cant recommend them enough, all of our wedding party had nothing but great things to say. They were always there but never in the way, and were respectful of other vendors, but also made suggestions to us to make things flow easier. Rebecca and Brittany were exactly what we needed on our wedding day. As the kind of person who normally needs to be running the show, I thought it would be difficult to step back and let someone else take the reins. From the rehearsal and right up to the very end of the wedding, Rebecca and Brittany took control and fixed problems that I would have never considered. Over the last few days of the wedding preparations, I suffered from some serious wedding brain. Without these two girls, my wedding would have been a disaster. They went above and beyond what they probably should have done, but they did this without breaking stride in making our day so magical. The bartenders were super friendly and very efficient! For such a large wedding, there was never a line up at the bar. We truly appreciate everything that Servers with a Smile did for us and we would definitely recommend them in the future.
