Parking not included and overpriced. Full of old construction materials and half dismantled furniture. Room really mediocre, bed soft and saggy. All in all really overpriced. Check in clerk was barely polite and to top it up he took a $1295 pre-authorization on my credit card, for a one night stay...

My favorite hotel downtown Trois-Rivières. Clean, great service and close from good restaurants. Also, the bus station is aside from the hotel. Very practical for business trips during which you need to work.

The renovated rooms have more than enough rooms and are modern in design. Very clean and carefully prepared. The staff is lovely and helpful. The only complaint is that the insonorisation is below par, which makes for noisy mornings when other guests are loud. Also, if you attend in the next few weeks, be aware of the renovations currently taking place which are fairly noisy too, sometimes early in the morning on weekdays.

I booked this hotel, thinking being a band under Marriott would guarantee some quality. However, both the room decoration and facility was very old , and it did not have any sign of a above-mid hotel. I can not even adjust the temperature in my room! What the hell! Then I realized Marriott just purchased Delta in 2015 and it would be a long way to improve its quality.

Food in the restaurant was excellent. Hoyle was under construction, but my room was very nice and already updated. Gym needs to be updated still. A little dated and the Room was warm. However, it was a large gym.

I gave them only 3 stars cause it was never mentioned that they were under construction and for the price you should get parking included. Their breakfast are expensive and nothing to rave about. The waitresses are very pleasant. The room is clean modern and i must say the beds are comfy. The girl at reception when i fist got my keys she was rude and unpleasant and i was put off by her. The next morning she was more pleasant. I guess she had a bad day but you really should be pleasant at all times. I just thought the place was ok for the price.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. The new renovated rooms are amazing. They gave free parking because of the renovations but they have an underground parking. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean.

Under Construction everywhere, Loud Construction noise at 7:00 AM, Dirty, Dusty, Foyl Smells, Rude Staff wirh no Customer Service Skills, Loud Band in Confrence area playing until 2:00AM in the morning, Noise in Hallway and in room above due to very thin walls, as well as noise from outside windows, you here everything!

The hotel is nice and clean, but the cold water temperature in the shower will make it impossible for me to come back! Pros: -plenty of electric outlets -new and clean -friendly staff -beautiful view from top floors -within downtown -very large room with two flat screens (corner room) -free underground parking -restaurant, depanneur, and Starbucks accessible from inside -pictures are representative - the whole place looks very nice, and so do the rooms (a bit of rough patches as currently under reno) -probably the best bed I’ve slept on - fluffy and dreamy Cons: -no information of the amenities within the room -water in the shower is incredibly cold - I wanted to cry! -bath robes feel like they're made of broken glass -gym closes early (I was told it closed at 11 pm but I was there at 9 pm and it was closed) -the dep and Starbucks close quite early.

I reserved this hotel a few weeks in advance and put my credit card to secure my room. when I got there at 10 pm, they told me that they are sorry but they gave my room to someone else and that the hotel was sold out. When told them the room was suppose to be secured, they told me since I got there late, they sent me an email around 7pm and since I didn't respond to the email, they gave the room away. I told them I drove over three hours to get there and I was not to check my emails while driving. Today, I tried to make another reservation in two weeks and I told the story to the person on phone trying to avoid the same situation, and she told me something very interesting. She said they overbook the hotel and these things might happen anytime without any remorse or apology. So if you don't want to stock without a room, don't book this hotel.

The rooms are great, but we didn't realise how much construction there was. Service is nice. Gym during construction is laughable.

Hotel is nice and staff extremely friendly, but there was no mention of the construction next to my room happening throughout the day. Charged full price for a room that was not comfortable to be in during the day due to the noise and vibrations

I visited this hotel in the first weekend after Quebec opened its border to out-of-province travellers. This hotel is well maintained. Staff members are friendly and have no problem communicating in English. This property went above and beyond with elite treatment.

Poor service, especially considering Covid. Asked for an early check-in, was granted it, didn’t get it. We got put in a communicating room with strangers on the other side, while there should be an empty room between each occupied room. Very rude and unprofessional front desk supervisor.

The DELTA staff is always eager to help the tourists and to make them feel very comfortable.

We were very pleased with the beautiful modern decor of our room and the very comfortable bed. We loved being able to walk along the vibrant city streets and also to the gorgeous park along the River. The gardens, the delightful local people we visited with, and the full moon the night we were there will remain as warm memories.

I stayed here for 2 nights over a 3-day period and it was bad. Probably the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. It is equivalent to those old motels. The furniture inside has been replaced and is new. That's it. The washroom is old. The toilet is rusty. On our 2nd night, there was piss on the toilet seat, the cleaner must've forgot to clean it, so we asked for a different room and got free breakfast, which was good. It's going under renovations so you'll hear a constant drilling noise from 9am. It's in a good location. Near the river and numerous food places. It's nice to go out for a walk here. I redeemed 15k pts to stay here per night, so I was expecting something decent.
