Kim and her staff were amazing! She made my dream wedding come to life and it all happened over a handful of Pinterest photos shared and a mere 3 meetings. Everything was setup and flawless prior to the wedding day without a hitch. Kim totally understood the vision I was trying to accomplish and exceeded my expectations! If you don’t pick Above and Beyond for your event decorating, you’re making a mistake! Kim is extremely good at what she does and knows how to decorate literally any space. You never have to worry about any detail being missed- Kim is on top of everything! Along with Kim you get the amazing Kelly who sends you friendly reminders, making sure you have no stress on your plate. Their name says it all- they go above and beyond.

We didn't hire them for a wedding, it was for a plant anniversary party in July 2019, but Kim decorated our corporate tent like it was a wedding venue. It looked absolutely spectacular and our company was very pleased with her design. Kim and her team provided exceptional service at making sure you were happy, right down to every little detail. I would hire her back again in a heartbeat and I know if I ever do get married who I'm going to call :)

Kim and the entire team at Above and Beyond have exceeded my expectations for a wedding decorator especially during this difficult time of a global pandemic. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 my fiance and I decided to postpone our big wedding plans until next year but we are still having a small family gathering this year. Kim was very flexible in helping us find a new date for our wedding next year and is still committed to helping us with our original date. Kim's support and efforts during this time have not gone unnoticed and we are so appreciative for all of her hard work and patience during this time. Where do I begin. Kim and her entire team at above and beyond have been more than helpful during all of this craziness. When I first saw Kim's work I was actually meeting with another decorator. I knew immediately once I saw her work I needed her to do my wedding. From the first interaction Kim was friendly, kind, responsive, and always warm. When the pandemic hit and we had to rearrange our plans, Kim was there to help us. She helped us navigate one of the hardest times of our lives. When we had to change our plans due to the new restrictions, again, Kim was there. She listened to my concerns, helped me plan a new beautiful ceremony. Then again, just one month short of the day our plans got changed again. Kim kindly rearranged all her work again to adjust and make our special day beautiful. I have always felt that Kim was more than a vendor. She was a friend, every conversation I've had with her, she's been kind and understanding. She's listened and heard my frustrations, she helped me navigate and ensure my day was perfect no matter what. If there was 10 stars I'd give her that. This pandemic has been hard on each and every one of us Covid brides, but it's also been hard on our dear vendors. Kim, I cannot thank you enough for all your hard work, all the countless hours and the amazing work you have done dealing with us. I can't wait to see what you do to capture our beautiful day. Kim and Kelly were great to work with! We had originally consulted with her right as Covid hit (when we were hopeful it would be over by June 2021...). Of course with Covid there were lots of changes happening, and had to re-plan 3 times! Kim didn't hesitate to amend her plan according to 2 venue changes, and overall reduction in numbers/design. Her & the gang set up and took down our backyard tent reception quickly and efficiently. It was SO gorgeous! Everyone was shocked at how beautiful our backyard tent was. Thanks so much Kim & team! Our day wouldn't have been the same without your help and design. Even small, micro weddings can be beautiful! I'm glad we decided to keep Kim's services for our small wedding.

Kim and her team were absolutely AMAZING! My husband and I got married through COVID and Kim was there every step of the way. She was not only flexible with our Plan A, Plan B, Plan C etc., but she was always excited for us and welcomed any idea we had! Even though our wedding day was not what we originally envisioned, it was absolutely spectacular and we couldn't have done it without Kim and her team!

Hopefully she doesn't rip off too many more people in the future. $2000 for a 45 minute conversation, covid cancelled wedding a week later at local venue 6 plus months ahead. We didn't even sign a contract yet. they didn't return one penny to us. All vendors were great in dealing with covid 19 except above and beyond, They didn't care just wanted their money, most reviews are her friends we found out ,and she has a few 1 star reviews keep scrolling down. I wish I had known

Kim and her team at Above and Beyond Event Design and Décor did not disappoint! They worked through every detail of our vision and made it easy to see it all come together. They worked closely with our florist and wedding venue, which simplified overall design and cohesion between multiple vendors and our own DIY items. Our décor was exactly as described and discussed and really set the tone for the day. Kim and her team were easy to work with and we would highly recommend them to any couple for their wedding looking for the best possible experience.

I would never recommend Above and Beyond to anyone. Our experience dealing with this business was absolutely terrible. Complete lack of professionalism. The way that the business has conducted themselves during the COVID-19 pandemic is deplorable and unforgivable. I can't comment on the quality of the work, as our money was taken with no services given.

Where to start - I had spoken with Kim regarding doing our wedding. She said no problem and would have a quote within a few days. Well it had been 2 weeks and no answers from her at all. Finally when I called, another employee picked up. I was informed that she didn't have time due to her other clients being a priority. Sadly our wedding was clearly not a priority to her. The poor customer service, time management, accountability and trust is the reason we will never count on you again.

Kim is incredible. She is professional and personable. She made my daughter’s wedding vision a reality !! With Covid and even a venue change Kim was able to design the perfect wedding. Every last detail was taken care of. We were speechless when we saw what Kim had done to turn the venue into my daughter’s wedding dream. All nite long the guests commented on how amazing the decor looked. Kims design was a 10+++. Even our wedding co-ordinator Hannah, was amazing. She took care of everything in the week leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day. She worked tirelessly for us. The wedding went off w/o a hitch ! I would definitely recommend Above and Beyond Event Design to anybody.
