Reviews of Delta Hotels by Marriott Sherbrooke Conference Centre (Event Planner)

I stayed in this hotel as part of my Canadian vacation. It was my first night in Canada and this hotel with a wonderful staff started my trip out right. The room was excellent and the hotel is conveniently located. The bed ensured I got a wonderful nights sleep.

From the moment we walked in the our check out 3 days later, every thing was absolutely wonderful. The front desk rep was helpful and friendly. He helped us out of towners get a quick layout of the area and even suggested good walkable places to eat. The rooms are big and clean. My bathroom was nice, modern and the shower was excellent with a rain shower head and massager. The king bed was comfortable and cozy. I was even greatful to have a few cable channels in English. ????. They have breakfast in the morning, but I didn't eat. My coworkers seemed to enjoy the food. I just ordered coffee and it wasn't that great. I only took a sip but was still charged $4. The lady was still very pleasant. Great hotel! I hope come here again!

Unfortunately this is a good location and a nice/clean hotel but every time I go. something is not correct (no remotre, coffee container not new, etc. It is too bad.

Bel hotel. Lit confortable

Attentive staff, newly renovated rooms, conference facilities available. Convenient location close to many restaurants, and easy to see from Rue King.

We traveling through Sherbrooke. A little outdated but presently under going renovation. The king bed we slept on was to our liking, mid-firm. We stayed one night only. We walked around the Hotel found the fitness room, small but good equipment.

The hotel has been left in disrepair for so long that it has now crossed from a 3 to a 2 star hotel. The advertising for this is totally false and the price paid way too much.

This place is quite literally infested with lady bugs, not a few lady bugs in the hallways but tens of lady bugs in each room. I had THREE separate rooms and they were all full of lady bugs including in the beds. I confronted the lady at the front desk and was told "at least they're only lady bugs". While yes, lady bugs are probably the best bugs to have in your room but I prefer to have no bugs in my hotel rooms. I will never stay here again and its probably in your best interest not to either.

Air conditioning was very noisy and staff did not acknowledge my complaint. I think when you go to a hotel and you don't sleep all night, it kind of ruins the trip. I wish the staff could have considered a compensation. …

The room (508) is infected with mildew. If you want to come out of your stay with coughs and blocked sinuses - this is the perfect room for a biological experiment.

The staff and everyone was very welcoming and gave us awesome service and the breakfast meal was awesome and we will be back again soon.

In its current state, this hotel is a bit disappointing. It is run down, the pool is not open, and room service is limited. The bartender did say that renovations are supposed to start this year. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

I give this 5 stars to François. This summer we were looking for a hotel and Delta was full. François was so helpful! Our phones had no charge so he helped us look for another hotel. It was around 1:30 am and all the hotels were booked (there was some sort of festival in Sherbrooke city) but he kept looking for a hotel until he found us one. Thank you so much, François! you were our angel that night!

Renos are nice and I am sure will be better once completed. Staff was friendly, room comfortable. Major issue was the strong perfume/floral smell they have coming through the ventilation system that is so strong it impacts all senses.

Past its due date. Tired older complex with limited services available.

Oldish rooms, especially the bathrooms and hallways. Decent location, with plenty of food options nearby. Easy access to highway, free parking.

Very friendly service and rooms are in pretty good shape. Clean, comfortable but designed possibly a little conservatively. Only bad things so far are the crap gym in the basement and the food from the restaurant was passable but not great.

Great location, staff is amazing, always smiling. Many things to do nearby.

I booked the hotel the night before arrival, but I would not have made that booking had I known the employees were on strike. The managers made sure we had a pleasant enough stay, without the restaurant or bar being open, but I would rather not cross any picket lines.

Everything was good. Breakfast was perfect for a business traveler. Location was great for my business needs.

Location is convenient. Rooms are clean. There is no fitness center. During my stay guests were making lots of noise in the lobby until 1:00 AM.

Upscale rooms compared to the local market. Water pressure could be higher, and the elevators are fairly slow for a building its size. Only one was operating at the time, so this likely made the problem seem much worse. Just about twice as bad, as the building only has two. The elevators seem surprisingly aged compared to the rest of the property. It seems like the building perhaps refreshed, but the owners declined to upgrade the elevators. As such, I will decline to rate five stars, as I would otherwise.

Hotel was good and clean. It did not have pool or hot tub or sauna. So I was disappointed. Overall, service was great, breakfast was good. Employees was nice.

Nice and huge property of Delta hotel by Marriott. Quite and old hotel and will look good if renovated. Only hotel from Marriott in Sherbrooke city. Breakfast is chargeable. Landscape and views from the hotel are great. Lots of stores around and 1 min walkable distance from hotel to places like pizza hut and Thai express and even pizza pizza which is open late in the night until 1 am.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. A little over priced but would stay there again
