If I can give them more then 5 stars I would! When we signed with Rani Event Decor for our wedding and reception they were fairly new, but they knew what they were doing. We booked them a year and a half in advance, and it is one decision we DO NOT regret at all. Mathuran's attention to detail is like no other. He really gets into the decor as if it is his wedding, and what I love best is how they draw out the mandap for you, so for those who cannot visualize, the picture really helps out. They really know what they are doing, and they have amazing customer relationships. Rani Event Decor is one of our favourite vendors from our wedding, and I will definitely be going back for any other event I have in the near future. P.S I highly recommend them :)

Mathuran and his team did an amazing job with our decor last weekend. They are so easy to work with, very professional, respond back quickly and go above and beyond to make your vision come to life. This review is SO LONG over due, it's not even funny. In fact, I have to start this review by apologizing to this AMAZING team for my tardiness. We hired Rani Event Decor for our reception in June, and to say they were great is an understatement. Mathuran actually reached out to me via Instagram and let me know about a promotion at the time. My husband and I went to the meeting blindly and just wanted to hear them out. We had no intentions of booking them right away. All I did was accept the meeting invite, and sent him a few designs that I liked and inquired about a quote. On the day of the meeting, in the midst of one of the coldest days in the year my car decides to have a mind of its own and I ran into car trouble. It took CAA nearly 2.5 hrs to get to me and I was still another hour away from our meeting location. When I let Mathuran know of my situation, his initial reaction wasn't to reschedule the meeting, he asked if we were okay, and waited the full hour (it was probably longer than that) we were delayed. When we finally got to our meeting, he was NOTHING short of amazing. As soon as we got there, he ordered us Vanilla lattes and was so welcoming! He was extremely professional, and had a SKETCH already drawn out of what our backdrop would look like, in color. You can evidently tell how passionate Mathuran is about event decor/planning from the level of detail that goes into his work. I have never been this amazed by a vendor (I don't get amused very easily) but I promise, I was blown away when I was presented the entire project plan. It was detailed to the tee, from the design, colour coordination, center pieces, quote, price breakdown etc. We simply didn't need to look any further, and booked these guys then and there. It was hands down one of the best decisions we made during this entire process. I wish I had come across them earlier, or else I would have booked them to do my wedding decor as well. From one (ex)bride to another, you will not REGRET the service from Rani Event Decor- literally every bride's ideal stress free vendor! Amazing decor! Provided us with a very lavish wedding reception experience. Their team is very professional and kind to work with. They are always available (even last minute) for meetings and provide lots of valuable recommendations. My husband and I will definitely come back when we have our next event.

We went with Rani decor after winning a competition of a luxury package at less of a price. We were limited with options due to our venue having smaller doors and not being able to transport some decor options through. I'm not sure if we even benefitted from the competition as the prices seemed similar to others we had compared. The process generally went well, and our decor looked beautiful on the day. They have great options for decor, they are professional with the setup, and everything looked incredibly elegant and royal. However we added a day of coordinator for our wedding. We were dealing with the same person through the many months of planning the wedding, and the night before was told the day of coordinator was changed. I did not have time to find out who this person was, and it was a shame to know that at such a late stage such a detail was changed. The new co-ordinator had not chatted with me, and the most annoying thing about this process was that other people were still getting involved in details of the wedding on the day. We had temple members shouting, family members taking control, and people having no clue where they needed to be. The day of coordinator should be preventing all of that, instead I was finding myself and the bridal party had to step in. This additional cost was a waste of money and it's a shame since this was a key detail I mentioned from the start that I did not want missed.

I gotta say that going with a start-up company for our wedding was very nerve-wrecking, but boy am I glad I did! Within 5 minutes of meeting with their team, all my worries were gone! They were so pleasant to work with and had so many creative ideas to offer. As a bride, when you find out that it’s going to rain on the day of your OUTDOOR wedding and then having to make the calls to change all of your plans the day before is so incredibly stressful but these guys made it made the stress disappear so quickly. They were very committed to following up and making sure I was comfortable with all the changes they made and as soon as I got the “Don’t worry, we got this text” I knew that décor was no longer of concern! Would 10/10 recommend and will use them for future events!

My husband and I do not have enough good things to say about Rani Event Decor! Hands down one of our most favourite vendors from our wedding and reception!!! Mathuran and his team were extremely accommodating from the first meeting all the way through our reception day. The wedding decor was beautiful and exactly as we had asked for from the smallest details to the largest. The coordination efforts by the team ensured our wedding and reception ran smoothly and timely. Due to unfortunate circumstances our reception venue had to be changed last minute and Rani Event's came through for us yet again and provided an outdoor reception experience our families and us will never forget!!!
