The balloons are nice. However the person who own/works there is impatient. The lady apparently sounds like owner doesn’t care much of your business, ( better know what you want, how you custom designed/made , had a blueprint on head before you go) for first timer, be aware the owner will give you attitude of Deciding too long. Utensils I would suggest to go city party/dollarama for faster turnover. Best of luck !

Good place to rent or buy all kinds of party supplies. Party Warehouse Outlet has good choices for supplies and decorations at affordable prices. Rented chairs for a summer party and it was a good experience. Big storage space in the back; that's where we returned chairs. Also rented chafing dishes and bought burners from here. Website is decent but not the easiest to find stuff. Recommend calling them or just visit and check it out.

We ent to this place after seeing comments and reviews and to be honesty i am satisfied with thr service I was given. They made our son's 5th year birthday awesome and beautiful. They were on time and no drama, everything came as in i ordered and expected. I’ve been dealing with Party Warehouse Outlet for well over 20 years, first to do balloons for my kids’ birthday parties and later to collaborate on all sorts of events from holiday galas to corporate gatherings. Veena is a pleasure to work with and provides great product at excellent pricing, wonderful ideas and a warm smile... and delivery!!! Several years ago a colleague forgot to order 30 balloon centrepieces for an event the following morning. I called Veena with only a few hours to spare and she delivered in under 2 hours. True story!!! I simply wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

Came in to get balloon arrangements and wasn't impressed with the customer service. The lady told us that she could fill up a light up balloon with helium and include it in our bouquet. Then when she failed to include the balloon lantern in the bouquet, she said she told us it was meant to be placed on a table instead. That was not what she originally said. Instead of blaming the customer, please just apologize that you misunderstood the capability of the product.

The website, lets you "add to the cart". In the checkout, asks for all your personal info, only to find out "no payment options for your area". When you message them, the reply is "our website is for looks only, and not for sales. We are an in store business only". They wont even take a phone order, and put the item in a large brown envelope to place in the mail,even if offering to pay for the postage. Guess they dont really want your money.

My new husband and I booked Veena Rajpal at Classic Event Decor for all three of our wedding-related events after researching several different popular vendors and finding that she was absolutely the most reasonably priced option of them all. Veena worked with us every step of the way to ensure that we had the design and decor that best suited our needs and desires. She met with us on multiple occasions to discuss our ideas, offered realistic suggestions, and showed us samples of colors/fabrics/items as we needed to make our final decisions. When she discovered that the style of mandap we desired - a clear or metal lightweight pillars with a floral border on top - was not something she currently owned, she was kind enough to gain access to one to ensure that we were happy with our final product. We also discussed the fact that our elderly parents may have trouble sitting on the typical stools during the wedding ceremony, so she secured matching seating that would ensure their comfort with proper back rests which was something that was much appreciated by both of our families. What we loved most about Veena was how absolutely amazing and accommodating she was throughout the entire process of our wedding, particularly when COVID-19 hit and we were forced to postpone our wedding. She remained in touch with us every step of the way and adjusted as needed to our constantly changing decor plans/contracts, designs, and venues without so much as a complaint. We had the horrible luck of losing our original wedding venue 1 week prior to the wedding...we scrambled to find a back up venue, which we were able to thankfully secure and within 2 days, Veena met us urgently at the new spot, ready to discuss and make whatever changes were necessary to ensure our wedding remained beautiful amongst all the chaos and frustrations we were enduring at the time. We truly appreciated how easy it was to work with Veena and her decor team and loved the final product of their work which turned out exactly how we desired; simple, classy, and fun, with a nice contrasting background for our outfits as well! She will work with you to ensure your vision is brought to life be it simplistic (like we did) or fancy and elaborate as others may desire. We highly recommend Classic Event Decor and look forward to working with them again in the future! Update: Veena Rajpal went on to decorate our one year wedding anniversary party which we held in lieu of the reception party we were unable to have the year prior and honestly, she outdid herself! We were going for a simple starry night vibe with a pop of peacock colors (royal blue & emerald green) and she brought our vision to life better than we could have possibly imagined. We are so so so thankful to have worked with her for all of our wedding events and absolutely loved her work!
