Amanda was an absolute dream to work with. We hired Amanda as our month of coordinator, and I couldn’t have been happier of the results. First of all, Amanda is just a lovely, kind, and respectful person. She met with us 2 months in advance despite being hired for the month of, and was so responsive with any and every question. Amanda was organized and reached out to all of our vendors well in advance of our wedding to coordinate all of the details. Even when we changed little details at the last minute, Amanda was able to make everything work. On the day of, Amanda stopped in at our house to make sure the day was off to a good start, and even dragged her husband along with her to help carry all of our things to the venue! She beautifully set up the venue and made sure everything looked perfect. Amanda was well-prepared with her emergency kit, with blister bandaids and double-sided tape on hand right when they were needed. We got a ton of comments from guests about how approachable Amanda was and how quickly she resolved any issues. We loved having Amanda as part of our day and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for month of coordination or full planning. She also just happens to be an all-around awesome person, and we’re so glad we had the chance to get to know her over the past few months!!!

Amanda gives her heart and soul to her business. From the moment I met her at the Wedding Market in February, to when we signed up for month-of services, and the final meeting the day before the wedding; Amanda supported me in my vision for an a-typical wedding. What she pulled off was one that uniquely reflected the personality of my fiancé and me. Amanda was professional, poised, and full of little tips. I didn’t have to handle anything the day-of my wedding. I have no idea if anything went askew… I was too busy enjoying the moment! That’s exactly what I would expect from her team which means I can’t give her credit for all of the little things she probably fixed that I have no idea happened day-of.

We worked with Amanda to plan our commitment ceremony, and we cannot recommend her highly enough! Amanda helped us navigate postponing and re-planning our ceremony multiple times during the pandemic. She picked up on our personalities and the vibe we wanted for our celebration, and worked with us to make our vision a reality. We were very hands-on with planning, especially as I have some event-planning experience and am very detail-oriented, but on the actual day of our ceremony we had no stress at all - we had full confidence in Amanda to execute our plans and were able to fully be in the moment throughout the whole day. We hired Amanda on for our somewhat non traditional wedding. Even though I had most of the vendors sorted out already when Amanda came onboard, she was instrumental in coordinating all the details with them. She took such a huge load off our plates by managing all the correspondences and brought things to our attention when it's needed. Her communication is frequent and extremely responsive. Amanda has great judgement and makes thoughtful recommendations that are suitable for our event and our style as a couple which shows that she truly listens and cares about our vision. She and her assistants were amazing on the day of our wedding and looked after practically everything, including creating our unique photo frame guestbook and managing the firepit for our s'mores station! We can't thank Amanda enough for her tremendous care, thoughtfulness, flexibility and overall amazing organisational skills for this otherwise stressful endeavour if we had to manage on our own! She is one of the reasons why we were able to truly enjoy our special day stress-free!

As a bride, there is no one else I would have entrusted my day to. I've had the pleasure to work alongside Amanda on numerous occasions as a fellow wedding planner, and so I already knew that she was up to the task. Amanda was amazing! Throughout the planning she checked in with me to see how things were going, and knew how to get me to relax and have fun on the day, which is no easy feat as I'm a type A control freak. My biggest challenge in writing this review will be to keep it from getting novel-length. Because honestly, I could write a book about how wonderful of a wedding planner Amanda is. We first hired Amanda right after we got engaged in early 2020, based on two separate recommendations from a colleague and my hairdresser. Not long after that, the pandemic hit. To say that it was a challenging and uncertain time to be planning a wedding would be an understatement, but through it all, Amanda was our rock. She provided consistent and responsive support, guidance, and advice, keeping us sane with her optimism and organization. More than anyone else, she made this incredibly complicated and stressful period simple, and even fun. Amanda spent time getting to know us, and knew that we wanted an easygoing and authentic day. From planning out our budget and visiting venues, to choosing an officiant, florist, hair and makeup artists, our amazing photographer, and a killer DJ, Amanda was the one-stop-shop for our wedding decision-making. She would curate a short list of vendors within our budget that she had experience with and would recommend, and each one was fantastic. We trusted her taste, and she never steered us wrong! On the big day, it felt like Amanda was everywhere at once! She carried my bouquet and kept my veil clean during our photoshoot, taped up my dress to avoid any wardrobe malfunctions, supplied bridesmaids with blister bandaids, and handled my friends and family perfectly, all while making sure everything ran on time. Its no exaggeration to say that the choice to hire Amanda was the best decision we made for our wedding. Despite the pandemic times, our wedding day was beautiful, personal, and, above all, fun! I wouldn’t change a thing. My husband and I both credit Amanda for translating our wedding hopes into reality, and would whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone looking to plan a wedding.

Amanda was our month-of coordinator and is worth her weight in gold. I’m a stage manager, and I knew it would be difficult for me to relinquish control, but Amanda NAILED IT. I threw a bunch of vague instructions at her and she ran with them, and kept on top of our bajillion vendors on the day without breaking a sweat. She even brought Zach & I drinks while we were waiting backstage, and I saw her bringing food over to his grandmother! Even when things went awry with the servers (my fault) she picked up the slack and no one noticed. She was an endless fount of enthusiasm when we were having trouble drumming it up ourselves. I really can’t say enough good stuff about her. Warning: you WILL want her to be your friend.

My husband and I were married at Berkeley Church in March of 2017. During the planning process I knew I needed a month-of coordinator! I wanted someone in my corner the day of the wedding to relieve the pressure off my family and friends. Amanda sat down with the two of us and we all just clicked. One of the things that stood out for us was her complete immersion in the wedding industry. She volunteers with Brides’ Project (where I had bought my dress) and she had also been the office manager for our Officiant (all coincidence!)! She has other wedding industry experience on her resume as well. So my confidence in her knowledge of the industry was already pretty high! All of this experience has given her such a well-rounded view of the wedding process. I thought I much of my wedding already planned when I met her. I knew who most of my vendors were going to be and had booked most of them. I knew I needed someone there for day-of. But I received so much more from her month-of package! The first big win was her suggestion of a florist. I was unsure how I could achieve what I wanted on our small budget. She made that happen. She really helped me a lot with logistics. Timeline and flow were things she had so much insight into. My venue had a coordinator included in my package (and she was great) but they are there to make sure the food gets served and the chairs are in place. A month-of planner is there for the couple! She ensured we had our bouquets in hand and the vendors were where they needed to be when they needed to be there! It was the best peace of mind! She excelled at listening to what we wanted and never attempted to impose her own aesthetic onto us, which meant a lot (I don't think I could do that, lol!). The best part of working with her was her calm and confidence. I knew that no matter what happened she would just take care of it and I wouldn't have to worry! The last thing I'll say is that all of my vendors also had lovely things to say about her! My band was composed of all very good friends who were just in love with her! As were my family and my wedding party. She was so respectful to everyone but was still able to wrangle them. She even had to sew my dress after a wardrobe malfunction!

We had the pleasure of working with Amanda in the month leading up to our wedding day. In a few short days, Amanda was able to get caught up to speed on our plans for the big day. From that point onward, Amanda coordinated with our vendors to make a detailed itinerary for our wedding day, which allowed us to concentrate on the things that mattered most to us. It was clear to us that Amanda had extensive experience planning weddings. During our in-person consultations, Amanda raised a number of important issues that we had not previously considered, suggested cost-effective options and alternatives and made an itinerary that was customized to our needs. There are so many great things about Amanda, I really don't know where to start. Amanda is SO passionate, about not just her work, but also her clients. It is not all about the money with her, and it really shows. With her, my husband and I had the PERFECT wedding! Everything I convyed that I wanted at the wedding was AT the wedding (literally everything) and it was done right! It looked even better than I had imagined it would. She is incredibly easy to talk to and work with. It was an absolute pleasure working with her! She fixed budget issues such as the flowers and took all the stress off our shoulders. We really could not have pulled it off nearly this well without Amanda.

For those needing suggestions on vendors, she has plenty to share and was the one to recommend the officiant we used. Our wedding would not have been the same without Amanda. I would give her 10 stars if I could. Amanda was the reason a control freak like myself was able to let go and actually relax on my wedding day. I wasn’t worried about anything because we had 110% trust in Amanda. Amanda takes the time to really get to know a couple. She recognizes that all couples are unique and she prioritizes getting to understand what’s most important to you. And then she does everything to make sure it happens. From the first time we met with Amanda, she made us feel so comfortable. We often felt more like she was a friend rather than our wedding planner. Amanda was incredibly thorough, going through every detail with us with a fine toothed comb. Whenever she sensed any uncertainty on our end, she went above and beyond to make us comfortable. When we were unsure about something at our venue, she took it upon herself to make an appointment to get a venue tour and find all the answers for us. When we were expressed some concern about our DJ, she took it upon herself to call them too. Amanda doesn’t dismiss anything you tell her, she recognizes immediately when you’re uneasy about something and goes above and beyond to ease all your worries. Amanda executed everything flawlessly. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, we didn’t notice it and neither did anyone else. We dropped off a bunch of random décor pieces to Amanda the night before our wedding to deliver to the venue for us. We gave zero direction in how to set things up because we completely trusted Amanda. When we got to the venue and saw how she set everything up, we were blown away. Her eye for detail and her creative flair made our ballroom more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. Amanda was amazing in every way imaginable- from perfectly coordinating specific songs with dinner, giving my mom the confidence she needed to get through her speech, or calming my little brother’s nerves right before he walked me down the aisle. Above all, Amanda’s presence is exactly what you need on your wedding day- she is easy going, calm and composed, organized and has the best sense of humour. Our guests loved her as much as we did. I would recommend Amanda 1000 times over.
