On behalf of my wife and I, I’d like to share how wonderful of an experience we had with Bliss Beginnings by Baneen. From day one, Baneen had taken our aspiration of a dream wedding and visualized it exactly like how we imagined it to be. We had an outdoor wedding by the lake in Toronto which Baneen made even more special with the most beautiful outdoor decor we have ever seen. Our Reception decor was very classy and modern just as how we imagined it to be. From the Hall Lobby to the Hall Stage, we had it all decorated to perfection with nothing missing out. Baneen delivered exceptional service amidst so many changes due to the covid-19 pandemic. Baneen has several decor packages that are reasonably priced and will work within your budget to provide you the most luxurious wedding as possible. We are grateful to have had such an amazing designer who was able to still go above and beyond for us even in these challenging times.

Baneen was a dream to work with for my engagement party. She showed me a lot of different styles of decor for the banquet hall and listened to what I wanted. Working with her was hassle free and she got the job done on time and also was able to solve some last minute problems we didn’t anticipate to have with the hall and layout. The hall looked beautiful and our guests gave us a lot of compliments on the decor. I would definitely work with Baneen again in the future!

I had a consultation with Baneen for my brother's wedding, and she was so kind and helpful through the entire process. The decor ended up looking flawless and we were so happy! Had a terrible first experience with this place from the start. It's unfortunate because it seems like they are talented in the work they do which was how I found them on Instagram. I'll try to summarize the horrible experience so that anyone reading this in my shoes doesn't have to go through it. After my initial inquiry on Instagram, aside from the fact I'm already stressed trying to plan a ceremony in the midst of a pandemic with my date weeks away, I also had to chase this place down to get any kind of response. My inquiry wasn't responded to until almost 2 weeks later. I let it go because I figured they're probably busy since everyone is trying to get married and thought maybe I should've just called them sooner. Then finally when there was some traction back and forth via DMs, I appreciated her sending me some ideas based on her quick Google search of the venue. I suggested for her to come see it in person and this way we could discuss vision and cost in person but she wanted to speak on the phone first. I left her my number and we setup a time for a call but she never did and she disappeared again. Eventually she called, we spoke about details, vision and she seemed to ask the right questions until we got to the budget. Once I told her the budget I'm working with, she stated numbers for her quote ranging almost double and I could hear the disinterest in her voice. I assured her I can be flexible but that it was best we met in person and looked at the venue together. I had to then get off the phone urgently and said I would call her back in 5 min. When I tried to call her back, she left a msg saying something came up and will call me back that night. She never called me back to this day, despite my msgs or calls requesting for a response or at least a straight answer or that it isn't a good fit. I would've appreciated that than no response at all from someone who is a part of this industry and community. This was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and to be honest very sad because people like this are too concerned about making money during this pandemic rather than finding this as an opportunity to try to help one another and get through this while making a big impact on people's intimate events which would've helped her generate so many future referrals especially at my event with many of my friends looking for decor vendors to work with. People are out of jobs trying to get by, businesses are struggling to stay afloat, so if you can manage to find potential clients even at a time like this, you do not get to treat them this way and waste their time. If YOU are on a budget and can't cough up a lot of cash, don't bother reaching out to them.

Baneen is very passionate about the work she does, and we loved her enthusiasm and excitement working on our wedding decor. She is so easy to talk to and makes it comfortable for you to share your vision and/or any concerns. She surpassed our expectations and brought our vision to life in a way that was better than I had imagined. She encapsulated what I wanted from the look, style and design. She is incredibly versatile in her designs and provided great cost effective suggestions to help us stay in our budget. Her pricing is very fair and provides excellent value, and she has also been very accommodating and understanding. Due to the pandemic we had to reschedule our event, this in itself was quite stressful but Baneen helped us get things sorted on such short notice and made it easy for us to plan for our new date. We are excited to work with Bliss Beginnings and Baneen again next year for our second event! Looking forward to what she creates for us! Amazing decor company to work with! My husband and I hired Baneen at Bliss Beginnings to do our decor for our wedding in October of 2019. We were beyond pleased with the service and quality. I got married about a year ago and I must say that Baneen was by far my BEST vendor. She literally blew me away with her creativity, hard work, and kindness. From the first day we met she was so fantastic with hearing out my ideas and literally drawing out a sketch for me! She worked so hard to create my perfect stage for my wedding and mendhi. I met with her frequently before the events to finalize things and somehow she still surprised me at the events by going above and beyond! All my guests were raving about my décor and I truly couldn't have been happier with the result. My mendhi was literally perfect, she did not leave a detail out and transformed the hall. On my wedding day she blew me away with the elegance of her work and the intricate details. My other vendors were raving about how professional and easy she was to work alongside with. Bliss Beginnings did my brothers wedding decor for two separate receptions. I had to help him with the wedding decor and all I have to say is that they are the best in the business. If you want stressfree, reliable, and incredibly outstanding decor at your wedding or other special events, you have to go with them. Baneen (owner) is super talented and very easy to work with. I recommend them to all my friends and family looking for a decorator and I have only heard good things back. Definately one of the top in this business in Toronto so just book them and do not bother looking elsewhere.
