This was my first time dealing with AS Special and it was for a small project that I was also running for the first time. AS Special, and particularly Zora, who I had the most interaction with, were super easy to deal with and Zora was super helpful as well as a pleasure to talk to. She was able to make suggestions and even had the delivery guys dropping off our tables and chairs at designated areas in our rented space. Highly recommend!

We used AS Special Party Rentals for our daughter's engagement at our home in August 2012. The backyard was such a mess that we almost changed our mind. Bobby from AS Special came and measured everything and advised us what to get as far as tent, tables, chairs, etc. He was very honest--and told us where to save money.They delivered and set up the tent 2 days before (though I would have appreciated it if they had called to say they were coming). However, everything was delivered as promised. It turned out beautifully. They even installed the "flooring" for us as there were small dents in our lawn. I would use them again because the service was prompt, friendly and efficient. The price wasn't as high as we had anticipated for this type of service. Thank you Bobby and team. Great work!

This place has a lot of good reviews (probably paid for, all 5 stars, are not realistic dont fool your selves). Be warned our event was completely destroyed because of this place. They sent broken machines and because of which we couldn't serve our guests food. After which they shifted the blame on us and charged us for cutlery anyways that we couldn't even use because of their broken machine. They acted like they did us a favour for not charging for the broken machine they sent. Then made further admin errors and said we told thenlm the wrong date for our own wedding. Maybe bad experience or maybe having that many 5star review are bought and paid for you decide.

As an event coordinator, I have worked with numerous rental companies but none of them are as reliable as A S Special Events. Deliveries have always been on time and accurate which is rare in comparison to some of the competition. Two days ago, I placed an order for the NEXT DAY and Zohra had no issues fulfilling this request right away. She is informative, flexible, and does really well at keeping on top of orders. I have never worked with a rental company that follows up and confirms orders in such an efficient matter as she does. Highly recommended!

This past weekend rented tables and chairs(PU). The office manager Ms. Zohra was very helpful. Rented grey folding chairs with 36" round tables. Chairs and tables were clean, and new. Will definitely rent again from them.

When last minute guests were coming to my Christmas dinner I needed emergency help with furniture and tableware rentals at the busiest time of year. I was stressed to the max. Zohra was calm, reassuring and spent much time on the phone with me giving professional help with the sizes, numbers and placement of items, from her 15 years experience with party planning and design. And the company delivers. Zohra is a star! She cut my pre-party stress .in half.
