This business is quite possibly the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their customer service, or lack thereof, is absolutely awful. When they're not dodging your calls, ignoring your emails, or reading but not responding to DMs on their Instagram - they're not showing up to work during store hours. Ask anyone who have made the mistake of dealing with this business and they will tell you the only feasible option to get any sort of dress from this business is to lie and say the wedding is 1-2 months earlier than it actually is. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money and look into Sudbury, Traverse City, or literally anywhere else.

I was surprised by the absolutely terrible service by Ivory Lane. Not only was my wedding dress ordered incorrectly, and I mean majorly, a friend of mines dress was also ordered at the same time, incorrectly. I am understanding that people make mistakes, but not 1 person answered my calls, email, or social medial messages in the 3 weeks I was waiting to hear what our plan was to be about this. It took a total of 6 weeks to finally get a plan, which was major alterations to the wrong dress, in time for my wedding in 1 month. Now I am sitting here 1 week away from my wedding, and I'm just hearing now I will not have my dress until 1-2 days before the wedding day. Overall, Ivory Lane is inticing due to their top notch dresses and accessories, but I would never recommend anyone working with them for their bridal gown. If you choose to, by all means, but make sure you are on them almost every month. They seem to truly not care about their customers, or helping them feel secure when mistakes are made. They have not called me once during this process, I've had to track them down this entire time. I am a really easy going individual, but this was too far.
