They don't answer the phone and the website is completely useless unless you want to book an inflatable for your own backyard. I hope they get their website figured out. I hope they figure out how to add important information, like how much it costs to drop in, to their phone message if they're not going to answer when you call. Saskatoon needs more places like this, but because I couldn't get any information from them I ended up taking my kids elsewhere.

Awesome place that is clean, well-lit and safe! They have staff who monitor the kids to make sure they are playing safely. They also have food and beverage options, even some gluten free and vegan choices. Would definitely recommend if your kids are itching to play.

Spacious, well lit. Very clean (except for the inevitable mess the kids make when there). A good amount of play structures for the kids. I do wish they didnt lose the toddler area. My kids love going here, always go home exhausted. So it does its job well. I recommend it highly, its one of my favorite indoor playgrounds in the city.

We have been cooped up in our house for the better part of the year and decided to try out the Backyard for a bit of adventure and to celebrate our daughters birthday. Our experience was amazing!!! We had the whole gorgeous facility to ourselves. The staff were friendly and helpful. They took many precautions to make us feel completely safe and ensured that we were having a good time. More stars! Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will for sure go again.

We recently had a 5th birthday party at The Backyard. The facility was spotless, and staff were energetic, helpful and friendly. We were so thankful to enjoy a fun facility for a covid-safe celebration - the kids had an absolute blast and everything was taken care of except for the cake/cupcakes (Which were ordered from Crave, obviously!) :) I highly recommend birthday party celebrations at The Backyard.....and Weddings as well, because the place is gorgeous.

I can't speak highly enough of this wedding venue! We booked the Backyard prior to the pandemic however our vision changed substantially as a result fo the pandemic and the Backyard staff were more than accommodating. Although we weren't able to utilize the indoor space for our reception due to government restrictions, we used the loft as a space for the bridesmaids to relax and get their hair/makeup done, and the outdoor space for a beautiful ceremony. They even set up a white bouncy castle for the little ones to enjoy after the ceremony. Highly recommend this venue!

We just booked a time slot for 12 people (all family members) this past February break and our experience was highlighted by a covid safe environment, very clean bounces, helpful staff, and a lot of fun. Our two hour time slot was more than enough time for 8 children and 4 adults to burn off some energy. I would absolutely recommend The Backyard to anyone interested.

I rented the Santa Bouncer coz the Small Castle was already reserved for someone else. We had an awesome experience from the start !! From placing my reservation with Shauntel, the CustServPerson, To the delivery by Branden, and Joe picked it up. Shauntel was very friendly and accommodating !! Both Branden and Joe were very professional and nice guys !! The best part is the actual Bouncer, it was really clean and I can tell they give pride to their work, which is so important to a customer like me ! I appreciate their care for what they do !! I only had 2 kids you used this Bouncer...a 2 year old and a 4 year old. Their mother jumped and bounced with them. When they left, I tried bouncing by myself and it is amazing how well built and sturdy the Santa Bouncer is !! We are looking forward to the next rental, for sure !! Thank you, The Backyard !! Kudos !! Everybody had great fun !!

Wow im really impressed with this place. Nice and clean. They have good food!! Healthy options. They recycle and compost. They use reusable plates and cups and cutlery. Price is reasonable. Everyone was very friendly. Ill be back for sure. Kids loved it to. Went to a kids bday party and they were so nice and the party rooms were very nice.

Had a birthday party here. Really well organized. Very clean, easy to work with. I love the healthy snacks and drink options. The party team was super helpful and very enthusiastic. I would suggest a coat rack or something when you book the private space, but everything was great. Also, nice to see stools in front of the water fountains and in the bathrooms. Very kid-friendly. The best idea for a family reunion. AstroJump Saskatoon set us up with the 4-in-1 Combo which has a jumping area plus climbing wall and slide. This is much better than just a jumping area because it peaks the interest of a wider range of ages. Let's just say it was the hit of the weekend. Plus they offer very convenient times for pick-up and drop-off. Great people to deal with.

We visited the back yard last night for the first time for our neices 4th birthday party. We have a 1 year old and we all had a blast. I found the facility both clean, and safe! Our top priorities with a small child. I found the staff very friendly and they interacted with the children, which was a welcome treat given most employers these days don't even say hi. I really think you should adjust the age limit down to 10 years of age. I brought my 11 year old granddaughter there along with 2 friends and they stuck out like a sore thumb. There isn't enough room in the building for the bouncy things and the kids. Won't be back

The Backyard had a great selection of inflatables, the website was a bit tough to use (since we couldn’t see sizes on the mobile site) but they called to confirm and make sure we got the right castle. The delivery was early! The employees were very professional and courteous and the price was great! Highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Great place for a kids party. We had the entire venue all to ourselves which was nice in a pandemic. Very sanitary, all conditions kept in mind. Kids and adults enjoyed the bouncy castles. Only mild comment was that the exteriors sign was small for my parents who live out of town and hadn’t been before. We will be back!

Hosted my sons 5TH birthday here and it was a breeze. They take care of EVVERRYTHING! As soon as we walked in the door, they knew my son. There was a young guy who organized the whole party, he explained to the kids the rules, wouldn't let me clean anything and made sure my son felt special.Everyone there was super friendly, it was a week day so we got a discount and it wasn't busy either. Very clean, family friendly (ALL ages), great food, with friendly staff. We have a 1.5 year old, we tried to go to Wilson's and jump, but they have a 3yr+ waver, the smaller kids can't jump! So we were looking for alternatives. Flash forward a week, we discovered The Backyard through a friend. All ages fun? Yes, please! When you arrive, there is an accommodating parking lot. The front area where you sign up was orderly, we had to sign a waiver for each kid, plus parents. The cost includes "approved socks", and parents jump for free when it isnt too busy! $20 for 4 of us to jump for as long as you want. When you enter, there is an open floor plan, with 5 large jumpers surrounding 4 picnic tables. The floors are very clean, the tables are spotless, and the jumpers are all in great shape. We tried out the Chips n Dip (Guac $3), Crackers n Cheese (local cheese. $3), and 3 scoops of ice cream ($3.50), I ate it all and regret nothing... Overall, I'd say this place would be great for birthday parties (it has multiple conference style rooms for groups), as well as a lounge area with couches, and a small mezzanine to accommodate everyone's needs. Our visit was 10/10. Zero complaints, and we WILL be back. Thanks for making it all ages! Great for newer parents. Includes multiple change stations

Our family can not say enough about our fantastic experience with The Backyard. From the friendly, informative booking to the fast and safe set up and take down. Our children spent hours upon hours in our weekend 5 in 1 bouncy castle rental, even bundling up in the cooler beginning to September weather we had one of the days and bouncing all day long. Our children range in age from just turned 1 to 10 and they all had a blast. I make no hesitations in giving the highest of recommendations to this great business and can not wait to book again.

If you're in need of anything from bouncy castles to sumo suits, Astro Jump is the place to go! My high school had just hosted our annual Halloween carnival and decided last minute to get a bouncy house. I was worried that it was going to be too late to get a bouncy castle a week before a holiday like Halloween, but Shauntel was incredibly helpful. She told me everything I needed to know and the rental was quick and simple because of her! Excellent experience, great service! We used their products for a youth retreat and kept over 100 people well entertained all afternoon! Shauntel answered my countless questions quickly, and they accommodated us very well even though we ran into trouble on the way to pick up the rentals from 3 hours away...which resulted in a very late night for everyone involved! My friends booked a bounce castle a few weeks ago for his daughter's birthday. Astro called him at 4:30 the day before the party (11 am party) and said that they had to cancel because it would be too windy. We suspect they over booked, because when they were able to book Jumpy Time (thank god), they said the wind would have to be twice as bad for them to cancel. Not impressed, if you want a for sure booking don't trust this company.
