Very happy with their service!!! My wife and I had a cake designer in the city lined up to make a cake for our wedding this summer. She gave us a receipt for the cake and told us to pick it up the day before the wedding. We didn't hear from her after that. We showed up to her house the day before the wedding and she didn't make the cake!!!! We were in a mad scramble to find a cake. We were getting married in the forest and my wife wanted a tree stump cake. So going to Costco for one wasn't an option. She called PickNic's catering and told them our situation and they said they could make us a tree stump cake by 11am the next day. Amazing!! Usually you have to book way in advance for a wedding cake and they accommodated us because of our situation! The cake made it to the wedding in time and was beautiful even for being made fast. We were amazed by the service and quality. We definitely recommend this place for your wedding and any other event!! Thanks again guys :)

Bought 2 dozen cupcakes for a party and they were amazing. Better than a few other cupcake places in Saskatoon imo, and better pricing. Cake was moist and buttercream was creamy, not gritty, and not too sweet.

Nicola and the team have catered so many of my events over the years, always delicious and the desserts especially have amazed my guests every time! The latest cake was for my mothers surprise 80th birthday, all I did was tell them what the event theme was going to be and they did the rest. The cake was spectacular ( taste wise and decorated ) and was enough to feed an army! PicNic’s could never be accused of under catering, they always provide everything they promise and whether I pick up, they deliver or they serve- 10-100 people...it is always outstanding!!

We used PickNic's for a small family memorial at our home. Food was very good, arrived on time, set up professionally and hot where necessary. Portions looked small in the large containers but there was more than enough food. Lot of leftovers. Asked for a special, off menu dessert item and it was provided and it was very good. Price was reasonable. We would recommend and use them again.

PickNic's made our wedding cake and it was PERFECTION. The design was EXACTLY what I wanted down to the last little detail. It was beautiful and it was moist and rich and flavorful, unlike any cake I've ever eaten. Wonderful people to deal with. Zero complaints, 5 stars is WELL deserved.

I am so impressed with Picnic's Catering! They did an excellent job cooking and serving the food for my wedding. I can't stop thinking about the chicken, I have never had anything like it! Everything tasted like it was from a 5 star restaurant, including the sweet apple tarts. The servers went above and beyond to make it a great experience and I cannot wait to order from them again!

PickNic went above and beyond!! We had two caterers fall through for our wedding, PickNic saved the day with less than TWO Weeks notice!! Not only were they able to provide a meal for 100+ people, Nicola and Krista were extremely professional, patient and efficient! Our guests and wedding party were incredibly impressed with the food and service we received. The PickNic staff on sight had everything set up and taken down without anyone noticing! I cannot say enough great things about this business, i will encourage everyone and anyone to use PickNic for their event, you will not be disappointed!!! Thank you again for everything!

I highly recommend picknic catering. They are true professionals. I was afraid my orders were too small for them to cater to, but after speaking with Nicola she assured me no orders is ever too small. The individually wrapped charcuterie boxes and mini cup cakes were a hit.

Amazing, hired Nicola and her team for Breakfast & Lunch at Vendasta for 80 people. Breakfast Muffins were fresh and the lunch of Alfredo chicken penne with home made Rice Crispy & Puffed Wheat Squares was hearty and tasty! Thanks

Picknic's just catered our wedding on Saturday and OH MY GOD, IT WAS SOOO GOOD. Every single one of our guests raved about how good it was! Some even said it was better than their own wedding/weddings they had attended recently! Nicola and Krista and the gang made it super easy for us! From the dish rental to the bartending to the meal to the cake to the donuts, everything was absolutely perfect! And they made it so easy for our guests with allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions to navigate the buffet! The service was amazing from beginning to end. Worth every single penny! My only regret is that I didn't eat more (adrenaline and excitement made for a not super hungry tummy) or get any pictures of our meal, but that is, entirely, my own mistake. Thank you again! It was the happiest day and it was in part because of you and your team! ❤️

I ordered 2 lemon meringue pies for my mom's birthday. They responded quickly, put the pies in nice dishes and they were hands down the best lemon meringue pies we've ever had!! I highly recommend them for great service and high quality!!

Amazing food!! Fresh/hot/flavorful. My sister had a small wedding this past week and their food was phenomenal! the carrot/red pepper veggie mix was out of this world, i need that recipe. The salads were so fresh, the roast beef was perfect and the potatoes were so simple yet amazing. In addition.. the punch provided was so unique in flavor but also amazing. The lady who set it up for us (so sorry i forgot her name) was also very professional and kind-hearted. I don't normally do reviews.. but this place deserves a shout out. It wasn't even my event and I'm giving a review, I was that amazed and when I have my own wedding I will definitely call PickNic's Catering.

What makes a great business from my POV is not only the product, but how it is delivered, and how things are done under pressure. Nikola is a class act and her team does wonder in fulfilling the requests of its clients. Due to my action of being late for a pickup, PickNic's was late for a delivery which hurt their reputation. If said business leaves a poor review, please know it is likely because of them being late. And that is on me. PickNic's does good with their product and service, and I recommend their service for all. Thanks PickNic's team, and sorry for the trouble I caused.

We used PickNic's for a staff Christmas party meal this past weekend. They were wonderful to work with! Krista and Nicola were both very responsive via email, and answered any questions I had. The food arrived on time and was set up professionally by their staff. We ordered the baked chicken with spinach and feta, with roasted potatoes and it was wonderful - I heard many great things about it that night! We won't hesitate to use PickNic's for catering in the future! I was very impressed with them from start to finish!

Fantastic service! Ben went above and beyond for my family dropping off our daughters unicorn birthday cake after an unfortunate incident causing us to miss our pick up time. Just had a lunch meeting and had PickNic's do the catering for it... In a word AWESOME! The eight people that showed up absolutely loved the Taco Salad / Chili Bowl combo, also ordered the Dessert Tray and that was gone before the meeting was over. Would highly recommend using PickNic's!!

We have used Picnic’s for two years now and will not change! Their food is delicious and the service has been great! They have been accommodating for our larger or smaller groups. We normally have seminars of 40 - 50 people and they do a great job providing food for our event. They communicate timely, usually with in a few hours. I would recommend Picnic’s for any catering needs.

Warman graduation...850 people and the food was awesome. Servers were also awesome. Very impressed that for this amount of people the wait to eat was not excessive and the cold foods were cold and the hot foods were hot and of course the desserts were sweet !

We ordered in for a work event. Came in individual little boxes with a wrap, salad and dessert and salad dressing. Great quality. Plus the dessert squares were best ever! Sufficient amounts. Recommend!!!

PicNic's was able to cater a family get together on very short notice. Three days after we placed the initial order ( despite our managing to fluff up the online order - Nicola straightened it all out efficiently over the phone), dinner for 8 was delivered to our home in Warman exactly on time, and set up quietly and efficiently. The meal was absolutely delicious (chaucuterie platter, beef tenderloin with jus, salads, sides and European pastry tray for dessert) and several special, sentimental requests were honoured with no issues. All dishes were the correct temperature even after sitting for an hour or so while we had our appetizer. Very impressed with the portion sizes as well. No one went hungry! All in all we were very impressed with the service and quality of the food. Will definately keep PickNiks in mind for any future functions!

PickNic's catered a wedding we attended this summer. We were given such small portions of hot food, it wouldn't have fed a toddler. They used lunch size plates, filled the plate with a bun and salad. We were left hungry to say the least. I would not recommend this business to cater a big event. Also, the desserts did not taste good, definitely not home made.
