Jess & Riley did an amazing job from beginning to end from planning to execution top notch went above and beyond. The food was AMAZING and the Ballroom itself looked great. This will soon be the place to get married if its not already!!!

It's very big.. they still have the old vault in there.you can arrange a wedding or a special occasion, birthday, graduation..it's a great place on the river to eat and watch the boats

The hall was very poorly managed and the guests of the wedding waited an hour and a half longer than they were supposed to for dinner. I hope my next experience here is better because it's a very cool place

The only thing I will say was great was the food at my daughter's wedding we had last month. Poor rating is due to the lack of professionalism by all of the staff including the General manager. Most difficult and not wanting to make my daughter's reception pleasing to her. TRUST me be prepared to to fight for what you want for your special event.

Was cut off from the bar very early as well as others for no reason, understandable if something was done or someone was out of context. None of such happened. Many young couples who considered having a wedding there are no longer are interested, unfortunate loss of business.

What a beautiful place for any event! All the suites are being renovated as we speak! There is an outdoor grill on a barge on the water! Indoor and outdoor seating! They are really turning the old Michigan National Bank into a really cool place!

I attended two events within the last two weeks at City Flats Port Huron. The first a birthday party for my wife which I hosted and the second the New Years Eve Roaring 20's Gala. Both were outstanding with great food and staffing.

Beautiful scenery and I wish I knew the girls name that was working because she was so nice and attentive and would promptly get what you asked for. She did an outstanding job. It was a nice place.

We had our wedding reception here at the beginning of the month. Over the year and a half of planning we went through 3 different coordinators. Organization and communication between the management team did not seem to be there. The day of was great. My guests all had a lot of fun and the venue was beautiful. The dance floor was very slippery by the end of the night from spills and nobody cleaning them up. Everyone loved taking photos in the vault and the river view. After our wedding we had no communication whatsoever. I had to reach out to them asking about our security deposit before I heard anything. We did not receive our security deposit because a few of the safety deposit boxes had their doors lifted off of their hinges and were not put back. Overall, we were happy with our experience the day of, but up to and after that was not a smooth and painless process.

I wish I could give CityFlats 100 stars! They were exceptional. The venue itself is beautiful and unique, right downtown and on the water. Our guests loved the bank vault! The food was delicious, we had many positive comments. The staff was so amazing! From the very beginning, Jess responded promptly to every email answering all of our questions and going above and beyond to meet our every wish. On the day of our wedding, we were treated like royalty by everyone on staff! One of my bridesmaids had wet hair and forgot a blowdryer when we were getting ready. Jess ran home and brought back her personal hair dryer for us to use! Can't say enough good things about CityFlats!
