Rented an air compressor but it had a crack in it so it was useless. I asked them to deliver a better one. They brought another that was also leaking so it needed to constantly be running which was annoying because I had to fill it up with gas. Would not recommend for air compressors.

terrible service. rented a post hole auger. the auger didnt work properly. returned it within 1 hour. Sarnia Rent All did nothing to rectify this. charged me the full amount.

Manager raised his voice to me after I tried to ask for a refund on a 30 year old floor buffer that would not work properly on VCT flooring (which I described before renting) while refusing to look at the video evidence of my experience. *Update. Owner is lying about this story below. I’ve NEVER tried to rent for free and no such instructions regarding flooring solutions were offered. I may be wrong about it being 30 years old - it just looks like it.

Went there to price a Honda push mower. The man who helped us was well informed about his product line and conveyed his info well to us. We still had some other places to check yet, but was treated very well. I've dealt with them before and never had a problem. Service here is extremely good. We ended up buying a cheaper brand elsewhere.
