I went to look for a dress, last minute, to wear to a wedding. The ladies were so very helpful, attentive, and kind! They found the dress of my dreams...but, it was way too long. They gave me contacts for a few people that could alter the dress, as well as offered to help further if those contacts did not work out. I had, basically, two days. Their first contact got me in the same day. I will definitely be back there again.

The best wedding dress shopping experience ever! Joys is the first place that I went and had such a great time. They actually let me look through their dresses and were not stalking me as I walked through the store. I went to four other places that were just awful!!! I went back to Joys and found my perfect dress! I only have 7 months until my wedding and every other place I went was super pushy and made me feel like I would not have enough time to find my perfect dress. Kim was amazing and made me feel less stressed which allowed me to find the perfect dress!!! Thank you Kim and Joys Bridal!

I went to so many bridal boutiques and I just didn't find what I was looking for, when I came to Joy's I fell in love with the first dress I tried on, I just didn't wanted to take it off! Staff was GREAT! They have so many options! I really love the store, it's just unique!

I had the most amazing service with Kim at Joy's Bridal Boutique when I found the perfect wedding dress in her shop. I was able to work with Kim to design the dress exactly the way I wanted it with the designer and was able to wear a one of a kind dress on my special day. She went over and above by answering my bazillion questions and was always able to calm my many worries and she was always able to provide advice for anything wedding related! She was the best person to work with, she helped me out tremendously when I was in a bind right before my Rehearsal Dinner and I can't even thank her enough! Kim at Joy's Bridal Boutique is AMAZING! My entire experience was a dream. My husband and I participated in the Dance Off at the 2019 RadioFirst Bridal Expo simply because Joy's Bridal was giving away a free gown of your choice to the winner. We ended up winning and Kim invited myself and my friends & family to the boutique to try on all of the dresses. The whole process was so much fun and the dresses were incredible. I can't say enough good things about my experience - if you're questioning it, you should DEFINITELY go to Joy's, meet Kim, and find the dress of your dreams like I did!!

Joy's Bridal Boutique is the best! I had the BEST wedding gown shopping experience here. After a somewhat exhausting day at several other shops, my mom suggested that we try out this shop in Port Huron. I admit, I was hesitant at first, but so glad my mom convinced me to try it. (Mothers really do know best :). From the moment we walked in the door until I made my official purchase, Kim has been amazing. I never felt pushed, uncomfortable, hesitant or unhappy being there. Kim is extremely patient, knowledgeable and lovely. I trusted all of her input with some big decisions and have not regretted anything. There is a great selection at the store, and Kim helped me realize the full potential of every dress I tried (different options, things you can change, etc). I really cannot say enough good things about Joy's. I drove from the west side of Michigan to shop (and buy) my gown here and would do it all over again. Highly recommend!

Great little place, with a surprisingly big selection. Their accessories & shoes are above-par too. The ladies are very helpful and not pushy whatsoever. Highly recommend for pageant, wedding, and prom fashions.

Had a great experience at Joy's. Like two separate dresses and was having a hard time deciding which one to go with. When I let the woman helping know what I liked about each, the beaded neckline on one and the train on the other, she went and grabbed a beaded neck piece that I could add on to the one I liked the most... and then that was it, I was sold on the dress! They were very nice every time I came in to try on and show someone my dress and went over dress care with me so on my big day my dress would be stunning... and it was!

We went Feb 2020 grad dress shopping. I was astounded by the amount of selection they offered. Prices were reasonable for a Bridal Boutique. They Ladies were there with us until well after closing because they were very busy that day. A fabulous shopping experience! I would recommend this store to everyone! She said she would be on the phone all day, that I should just go pick something out. UGH. I went to a dress shop because I needed to buy a dress. I left and drove to Davids bridal in flint. There I got help and a dress.

I can't say enough about Joy's Bridal. I went there to get a wedding dress without an appt. towards closing time and right before an appt. they had, along with another Bride trying on dresses. They asked me what I had in mind and I showed them a picture and described my thoughts. They brought me several dresses to try on, not asking me my size, and after several dresses I found the perfect one and it fit! I only needed it hemmed and they suggested Stephanie who was amazing. They brought out several pieces of jewelry (earrings and necklaces) until we found the perfect pair. They also added a belt to my dress that just made everything come together. Then I needed shoes and they had exactly what I wanted! Kim and Angela are patient, kind and really listened to what I wanted. They steamed my dress and stored it after my alterations until I was ready for it. On my wedding day (just family wedding), We stopped there and Kim tied my bow in the back of my dress and on my shoes perfectly. She then pinned the boutonniere on my groom! This is not the first time I have bought a dress from Joy's, with the same service! They go above and beyond, make you feel special, don't pressure you, and want you to find the perfect dress. If they don't have it, they will get it for you. There prices are inexpensive and both times I got to take my dress right then, no ordering. I would never go anywhere else for a dress and neither should you. You will not be sorry!
