My interview was at 9:30 am ,but my interviewer didn't show up until 3:30 pm! I was patiently waiting because I needed the job and when I get hired I figured all garda is caring about is their clients. They paid me around $16 per hour ,but I had to work two weeks morning shifts and two weeks night shifts. Eventually, I ended up resigning and returning the uniforms after they sent me an email threatening to take legal action lol

THEY HAVE HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS. Especially, TAILOR. She is the most rude person I have ever experience in any company. She is not ready to gave proper sized uniform to anyone. She always said I know I know. She is very very very unprofessional and rude.

The security guard trained by this company is very bad, I encountered one of their lady security guard that is being send to 50 Town Centre on 16th April 2020 @ 12pm, I was a food courier dispatching my food to a resident there and I decided to leave on the food due to social distancing and she keep coming closer to me. And demand me to removed the food from the table, being unhappy with her action, I decided to take down his name and his number but she removed that and in return she threatened to issue me a parking violation ticket. I do not mind the ticket as I can challenged that too if she want to issue it out but removing her tagged, and use of force as a security measure that is in violation of the condo management rules and regulation is basically unprofessional.

So I work for Gardaword out of the Peterborough branch office, and Justin my boss is great. Very understanding always willing to help and take care of the people that work with and for him. I know contract security companies are a dime a dozen, but Garda is by far the best one I’ve worked for and that mostly because of Justin my boss

I was called upon for Mobile position and later on they said we don't hire mobile anymore. Moreover, I spent 3 days travelling back and forth from Mississauga to Scarborough location for 1st interview, 2nd interview and then 3rd to get uniform. Along with that, I was given oversized uniform and when I asked to provide me the right size, they refused. I was told that I'll be contacted by Site Manager for site training, which never happened. Recently, got an email for termination of employment.

This rating is for scheduling and dispatchers.. who really don’t care the way they talk to other Humans. When I joined I was at my best to serve company! But later on... the behaviour which I received from dispatchers was horrible! Now, no matter How much I try!! I just don’t like to work here! They have there Whatsapp gp in which team posts shift before putting it on E-hub and at the end E-hub only has leftover stuff! I always respect the company! This is first security company I have joined! But I’m disappointed from team!!

Such a bad company. I've sent them email for 5 to 6 times regarding permanent position. However, they always respond that they don't have right now. I've been working there since last year. Wastage of time. Very very bad company ???? Moreover, schedulers and mobiles are very rude and disgusting.

Dont know who handles payroll but might be the dumbest person ever. They dont respond to payroll mails plus they list the shift at a different payrate and then they pay basic rate. Dont waste your time here.
