Absolutely terrible, made my wedding experience a nightmare. Didn't show up with half the contract, didn't respond to multiple calls, texts, emails. All problems that could have been solved if there was just a little notice, and reciprocation on Matt's end. We were even offering to do his job for him, make the errands and get the supplies as this was a panic the night before our wedding, and he just never answered his phone. Still gives me headaches thinking about. Terrible terrible customer service.

Never had such poor customer service in my life. We had ordered a tent for our wedding, including dance floor, tables, chairs, tablecloths, ice tables from this company and had to pay full price in advance. Order was supposed to come 2 days before the wedding, only the tent came with chairs, so we were unable to do any set up like we had planned. Then the day before our wedding when we were expecting the remainder of the contract, he just didn't show up with the dance floor, the table cloths, and he showed up with 1/2 of the ice tables we ordered and the one that came was broken and unusable. He also brought a broken dining table (which he replaced.. with another broken one). He told us he was bringing tablecloths later that day as we still couldn't set up our tables, and he just never showed up. We called him multiple times with no answer, waited till 10pm the night before the wedding and finally gave up and went to bed. Our GRANDMOTHERS ended up bringing their tablecloths an hour before the ceremony the day of to outfit the tables because again, all morning my family was trying to contact Matt with NO RESPONSE. He was not sympathetic at all, and showed no remorse for this horrible service, and stress. Not to mention he new he didn't have the dance floor and ice tables a week before and just took our money anyway and didn't update us as we could have planned for these mishaps. Definitely DO NOT recommend.
