I received a beautiful arrangement from them for Valentine’s Day. Actually it was ordered and received two days before Valentine’s Day. Half the arrangement died so I called to let them know. They were very accommodating and told me to bring it in to get redone. It was redone with half my roses missing and replaced with carnations. And much smaller. Not impressed.

I paid 80 dollars for a succulent arrangement. The succulents were dying and they also had mealybugs! Are you kidding me? Also they called me and were very upset and rude that I filed a complaint with teleflora.

Amazing job and exceptional service. On top of that, when we picked up the orders, my husband got me a beautiful Valentine arrangement that I was in love with. Maria arranged my floral arrangements for my wedding this past weekend at Club Roma. She did an amazing job at getting all the colours I wanted and making beautiful arrangements. I picked up some flowers for my grandmothers birthday today and they made me such a beautiful arrangement with fresh seasonal flowers, and added butterflies to it to make it even more special. This is the best floral shop!! I've tried others in the St.Catherines area only to be disappointed with exuberant prices for a very lacking bouque. Pedals Floral was easy to create an online delivery (all the way from Bali where I live), they delivered on a Sunday (my mom's birthday) and their designs are really creative and stunning. The delivery man Aaron was so nice and even came back a second time to deliver because my mom was out on a walk. She was so thrilled with its presentation, design and beauty she said she had 'tears of happiness'. Thanks Floral Pedals you made my mom's birthday. I will definitely use you for future events!

Miechelle did our wedding flowers and they were a hit! Everyone complimented the flowers first in all our photos. She is such a pleasure to work with, has such a passion for not only her work but for making your day perfect as well. Petals Floral even surprised us by having my husband's favourite colour put into all our arrangements, we dried them, and now we will always have a bouquet of his favourites! I went in the day before Valentine's Day in a panic because my order at another store "ran into an issue" and was unavailable. I wish I caught the name of the woman who helped me and my friend, she was incredibly helpful, informative, and most of all, PATIENT, as I had NO CLUE on what the best flowers are to get. She showed me many different kinds of bouquet and flowers they had, and was always kind and courteous. My girlfriend loved the bouquet I bought that included a vase for it, and the "Black Rose" they had, as well as the small rose charm that had a small card with a poem on it. I would definitely come here again for any kind of flowers for any one of my loved ones ????

I Called at 3pm and received same day delivery even though they close at 5pm. They even sent me pictures of different arrangements to choose from. Very patient and kind lady. 10/10 would recommend

Same day service on a Sunday, I tried this florist out. Amazing customer service. Was elated at the fact that they text you a photo of the finished product before they deliver to the recipient. I recently lost my dad unexpectedly which completely left myself and family in absolute shock and disbelief. When we entered the shop, we really had no idea what to expect for picking out a casket spray and felt exhausted with all of the other decisions we had recently been left to make with funeral arrangements. Michelle was incredibly helpful And patient with listening to what we shared about the type of man my dad was and what we felt he would have liked and made suggestions which helped the process immensely. When we first saw the casket spray at the funeral home we were touched by how much Michelle had taken what “our vision” was and made it perfect for my dad.. it was perfect for him. Could not say it enough, Michelle was incredible to work with and we would recommend Petals to anyone looking for beautiful, unique and personalized flowers and plant arrangements for any occasion!

To start off my name is Rose for some reason it pulled in my husbands info for this review. To start Maria was an angel on a very sad day. My grandmother on my mothers side had passed away and today was her funeral, and I wanted to get my mother an arrangement to let her know we are thinking of her as none of us could be with each other or be at the funeral. I live in the US and so I started googling flower shops in my moms area and luckily I came upon Petals floral. So I saw a beautiful plant arrangement online because I thought a plant would last a lot longer and be a special memory to my mother, and when I called Maria said she didn't have the pretty planter I got tearful, immediately she said she could make a beautiful arrangement and had another pretty planter for my mother and have it delivered today. Within a couple of hours she had the arrangement completed and even texted me a picture to make sure I liked it before it was delivered. She was very professional, kind and compassionate. This is where I will be getting all my flower arrangements from now on, excellent quality of product for a good price and amazing customer service. She brought some joy into a very sad day for me.
