Hiring Kastina as the Day-Of Coordinator for our wedding was the BEST decision we made! She was absolutely essential, and helped us have the relaxed, smooth, and fun wedding day we always wanted.
Although we hired her for her Day-Of Coordination services, Kastina started working with us and our vendors a full month before our wedding day. She was incredibly organized throughout the entire process. She even made time to join us at several pre-wedding meetings with our venue.
After we introduced her to all of our vendors, we never had to send another email to coordinate, schedule, or plan in the weeks leading up to our wedding. Aside from managing our many vendors, she created and sent customized schedules to all of our parents, wedding parties, and other important people so they knew exactly where to be and when. Also, this wasn't part of her job, but she even offered to help us pick up our table linens the day of our wedding so we wouldn't have to!
On the day of our wedding, she was incredible. She ran around all day behind the scenes, ensuring everything went according to plan. She handled all vendor interactions. She distributed our tips. She set up all decorations and neatly packed them at the end of the night. If there was a problem, we never knew about it.
Aside from her coordinating skills, Kastina is a positive and kind person to work with. We really enjoyed working with her and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone that is thinking about hiring a coordinator.
