Kastina made the entire wedding process stress free. She takes care of all the small details that you’d never think of. She gets to know you as a couple and helps guide you along the entire way. Kastina did our friend’s wedding celebration after ours and I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone else.

Hiring Kastina as the Day-Of Coordinator for our wedding was the BEST decision we made! She was absolutely essential, and helped us have the relaxed, smooth, and fun wedding day we always wanted. Although we hired her for her Day-Of Coordination services, Kastina started working with us and our vendors a full month before our wedding day. She was incredibly organized throughout the entire process. She even made time to join us at several pre-wedding meetings with our venue. After we introduced her to all of our vendors, we never had to send another email to coordinate, schedule, or plan in the weeks leading up to our wedding. Aside from managing our many vendors, she created and sent customized schedules to all of our parents, wedding parties, and other important people so they knew exactly where to be and when. Also, this wasn't part of her job, but she even offered to help us pick up our table linens the day of our wedding so we wouldn't have to! On the day of our wedding, she was incredible. She ran around all day behind the scenes, ensuring everything went according to plan. She handled all vendor interactions. She distributed our tips. She set up all decorations and neatly packed them at the end of the night. If there was a problem, we never knew about it. Aside from her coordinating skills, Kastina is a positive and kind person to work with. We really enjoyed working with her and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone that is thinking about hiring a coordinator.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about Kastina and co. We were so fortune to have found her and have her on our vendor team for our wedding. She coordinated with all of our vendors and wedding party and created a seamless timeline to ensure the day went according to plan. We had a small hiccup with our DJ company and Kastina was on top of it and a great advocate for us. She also helped with all of the set up and tear down from our day. She really took the extra stress out of those last couple of weeks of planning and especially during our wedding day. Many of our vendors came to me during the wedding and told us how helpful and great she was to work with. My mom said she was our best investment for the whole wedding. Thank you, Kastina! Having Kastina as our full-service wedding planning and day-of coordinator was so amazing. You don't realize all of the details that go into your big day and you don't get a second chance. She handled all of the coordinating with the many vendors and any changes to the timeline (she made a masterful, detailed timeline!). We got married during a pandemic so there were many logistical challenges, including one date change and a venue change to our backyard 5 weeks leading up to our rescheduled date. Kastina handled it all with grace and an unwavering commitment to make our wedding beautiful...all while she simultaneously ran similar exercises with other soon-to-weds. She was also so helpful during the budgeting process. Her deep knowledge in the wedding industry allows her to guide you on spending dollars where it counts. She anticipated our needs and was invested in taking as much off our plate as possible so we can focus on each other and the special time with friends and family. Highly recommend Kastina's services!
