We were one of those couples who was initially going to forgo hiring a wedding planner or day-of coordinator. We were going to save some money and do it all ourselves! It seemed like a great idea until a month before the big day, when we realized we were going to be too busy getting married to facilitate day-of events... Who was going to greet our photographer, the band, the caterers, and the officiant while we were getting pretty? Help direct guests? Keep our wedding party on-track for the ceremony and speeches? Or set up our centerpieces, escort cards and favors while we were getting pictures taken? In steps Lily! She effortlessly took care of all the things we didn’t want to worry about and she was an absolute joy to work with! She is fun-loving and hilarious and you’ll be glad to have her be a part of your big day.

There no words to express how MAGNIFICENT Lily and her assistant were. Lily always was a good communicator via email, text and phone call when I needed something big or small. Lily was always on time. When the one time she was running late she called and let us know she had missed the exit and was only a minute late. Lily was able to make sure my ideas and voice was heard and came through because I had a lot of family interrupting. Lily's package for day of coordination was exactly what I needed without knowing it at the time and worth the price for all her help and organization tools she uses via google. Lily and her assistant were always around to help and check in whenever I needed it. During my rehearsal she was very assertive and took charge to make sure everyone knew what they were doing and were on track. My wedding would not have gone as well as it did without her. She was also so sweet and caring about all the things I needed and that my family kept bugging her about. My parent loved that she was there to help pack and get things together at the end of the night as well. everyone was able to just enjoy the day and no worry because Lily took care of it! would recommend Lily and her assistant time and time again. I just hope she is still around when my kids get married.

Lily was absolutely amazing in helping us throw together our small intimate Covid wedding in just a couple of months. She was very responsive with communication and did a great job settling all my concerns of the day of. She executed our vision to a tee and we feel so lucky that she helped coordinate our day.

OMG, My now husband and I LOVED Lily!! We got married in June and for the price of Lily's services, we definitely got spoiled. We used her for the month of the wedding and we are so grateful we did! Not only did she take the stress off of us, she gave us the opportunity to breathe and enjoy the rest of our engagement without stressing about the smaller details. Lily was so creative and knew what to ask even before we could think of the question. She helped eased all of our concerns and was a great communicator between all of our vendors. We were supposed to get married outside and an hour before the ceremony, Lily flipped our venue inside out to accomodate the pouring rain and it was GORGEOUS. We were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding and by the time the night ended, everything was packed and ready for us to leave without worry. We would HIGHLY recommend Lily and her team. Our only regret is that we didn't hire her sooner. Do not hestitate to hire her and her amazing services. - P & T

I hired Lily to plan my daughter's wedding and she was outstanding! The wedding ceremony (Harriet Island Pavilion) and wedding reception (Nicollet Island Inn) were beautiful! Lily is detail oriented and took all of the stress off of the wedding party! She is calm, creative and detail oriented! My daughter and I enjoyed the process and were not stressed with Lily in charge! It was an absolute pleasure to work with you Lily!! I 10 out of 10 recommend hiring Lily as your wedding planner!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about working with lily for our wedding! I was an optimistic self planner, then realized that we wouldn't get to enjoy our day with all the work with the moving parts and vendors. In steps Lily to save the day! from day one, she puts you at ease with her organization, awesome spreadsheets that are easy to follow, and constant check-ins along the way! She thought of so many things I would have missed or forgot that really made our day special. If there was any problems, I didn't even know that they happened, because Lily already handled it. Lily is so personable, and fun to work with! I cannot recommend her highly enough for any couple. You wont be disappointed!
