Deep in the Heart of Texas… A star shines bright!! A green carpet with red velvet ropes that stretched over 120 feet; whimsical details that included a toy stilt walker, candy cane go-go dancers, a hidden champagne wall, and a beautifully toned singer in a distant smoke-filled corner with snow bounding from behind…… This would be the entrance to a most magical Christmas Party and only a small taste of what was to come. As the guests progressed beyond the cocktail hour into the main house, there was a sense that the event would reach euphoric highs only experienced in places like Miami or Las Vegas. Inside, the living area was transformed into a winter wonderland with beautiful gold draped cocktail tables and full-service bars. Event servers buzzed around with delicious hors d'oeuvres. A DJ in the corner played to the crowd’s desire feeding off their energy and delivering beats that kept them going. Christmas themed lasers decked the ceiling and walls and danced with the beat of the music. Beyond the main living area through a set of large sliding doors onto the pool deck overlooking the Texas Hill Country, the theme continued where the focus was on an arial acrobatic hoop performer suspended on a large steel circle. Afterward, the guests were guided down below the pool deck on the elevated lawn area in what can only be described as a dinner for the ages. A beautiful 5 foot tall lighted MERRY CHRISTMAS sign that spanned over 50 feet provided the lighting for all the tables which were beautifully appointed in gold rimmed plates and black silverware with centerpieces of glass and silver. The 3 course meal was delicate and delicious and then out of nowhere….. the sound of a drummer boy ushering in an all-male a Capella group which began singing “Little Drummer Boy” as they made their way down a lower elevated pool deck area overlooking the dinner guests. As the guests enjoyed the remains of their delicious food, the a Capello group amazed and delivered some of the most iconic Christmas songs in perfect beat and harmony. For the grand finale, the guests were ushered back up to the main pool deck where off in the corner of the property….. a firework show, rivaling those seen on New Year’s Eve, would usher in the end of a magical evening. Chants from the crowd…” OMG… This is the best party I have ever experienced” Adam and his team delivered on what can only be descried as a magical wintery wonderland. He and his staff went above and way beyond our expectations!! We were truly blown away by what had just happened. We set out to create a memorable first annual Christmas Party for our first event in our new home. Adam and his team did not disappoint!! Adam’s attention to detail, command of his staff and vendors and overall vision prove he was an excellent choice. Prior to selecting Adam, my wife interviewed several event planners in the Central Texas area. After weeks of phone calls and meetings, she confidently landed on Adam's Event Planning. She expressed to me how he was able to capture her imagination in the short time they met and when she presented off the wall ideas, he stated he could make it happen. He did not disappoint!!! During our event, Adam commanded his staff much like a seasoned chess player moving them around to synchronize the timing and needs of each phase of our party. Rivaling a theatrical production, each element and surprise of our event was carried out flawlessly. This speaks to Adam’s overall understanding of event planning and his unique ability to provide awe inspiring, jaw dropping performances and themes. Adam also has a list of topnotch vendors who are eager to please him and the guests they serve. Another testament to Adam’s character and imagination. We are very blessed and honored to have met Adam and his team and have him provide the party of our dreams!!! We highly recommend Adam's Event Planning for a truly life changing memory!!

Adam led a team with his lieutenant, Camilla, that were pros all the way. I wanted to treat my 60+ employees to a holiday party that would be one for the record books and I succeeded, thanks immensely to Adam’s Event Planning Services. The catering exceeded my expectations and Adam even threw in a few surprises ( Think extended hotel stays for my guests at the same corporate rate, singing choir-caliber carolers during dinner, giant LED logo sign as a backdrop.) The weather was perfect for my poolside outdoor venue and I could almost swear he ordered that! Do not hesitate to use his services sparkling with creativity AND execution!

The best experience our non profit organization could have ever had. We decided to work with Adam for our first ever Gala fundraiser. Three days before our event was to take place the venue that we reserved canceled on us. With no time to spare Adam was able to find a new venue for us to have our fundraiser. Not only did he find us a new venue, but he found it for a better price and better quality. He was able to negotiate bar prices and the owner of the new venue was so impressed and pleased with his work that he actually asked Adam to start working with his venue! Adam is extremely talented in changing a room into an elegant and presentable atmosphere, all of our guest were extremely happy, and our gala turned out to be the highlight of our communities week!! If you have an event to plan, I urge you to take him as your planner or else you may just be disappointed and left with a dull party.

Adam’s Event planning did a corporate launch party for my grand opening. I sell lingerie, so it wasn't easy to find a planner who embraced our mission. Adam’s event planning latched on and you would've thought it was their own grand opening too! I was referred by a friend who was also so impressed with their work and I knew once I attended her event, that I HAD to have her planner. You should forget calling anyone else if you want the perfect event! No detail was left out- very high quality level of service and professionalism. If you ever think you don't need a planner...please re-evaluate. We hired Adam’s event planning for day-of and decor planning. Words cannot express how grateful we are for Adam and his staff. Our wedding was the most magical, beautiful experience of our lives. Adam has amazing taste and makes sure to guide your decisions with the best intentions in mind. There were so many little details in the year leading up to our wedding that Adam made sure were ironed out months before I walked down the aisle. Our venue did not come with anything...at all...and Adam helped us coordinate our entire vibe (from the napkins to the table cloths, to the flowers, to the up-lighting). He made sure our aesthetic flowed throughout the night, and that the party continued even after the reception was over! Throughout the reception Adam and his staff made sure our plates and glasses were full, they reminded us to eat and enjoy, made sure our family was taken care of and were constantly checking in to make sure we were happy. If we ever had a request, they would make sure it was accomplished IMMEDIATELY. We cannot thank Adam and his staff enough for helping us coordinate and design the most beautiful wedding ever...not that we are biased. Thank you!!

When we decided to move forward with our wedding in 2021 we struggled to figure our how to to plan a safe wedding with our immediate family in our own backyard. All I had to do was google was "micro-weddings" and Adam’s website was one of the first hits. I clicked it and was immediately at ease while going through his beautiful and informative website. I quickly reached out to set up a virtual meeting and the rest was history. After a few emails we figured out the right fit for us and we started our planning. Adam was a dream to work with every step of the way, all while making sure we created an intimate, safe and special day. I also worked with a hair and make-up artist and photographer per Adam’s recommendation, and it's so clear that he only works with the best. Day-of she handled everything like a true pro and put his own little touches on that make it perfect. I would highly recommend Adam and anyone from his realm for all your event needs...especially now!

I contacted Adam’s Event Planning when I started to plan my wedding. We both work full time and I'm out of the house 13 hours a day. I plan things all the time but a wedding is a much bigger event and I was immediately overwhelmed and knew I didn't want to spend my special day stressed out and dealing with everything. Even if you have family help you still have to deal with it taking you totally out of the moment. I searched for wedding planners and landed on Adam’s Event planning thinking that they may be able to work with me in my non-traditional ways. Thank god, as Adam and his team were AMAZING. The entire process was great. We met a few times and had many phone and online conversations. Adam helped me pick the vendors I didn't want to deal with and planned everything while taking into account my vision. But, it was the day of that blew us away. Not only was it the perfect wedding but Adam and his team worked TIRELESSLY from 9am to after 1am. We couldn't believe how hard they were working and of course it showed. I'm a control freak so being able to give everything over to Adam and his team and feeling confident was the best wedding gift ever. THANK YOU ADAM’S EVENT PLANNING !
