Fantastic, fresh flowers for Mother's Day! Two weeks after delivery these flowers are still beautiful. I've re-cut the stems twice and changed the water each time putting them in a mixture of 2 tbsp white sugar and 2 tbsp white vinegar to 1L of warm water. I've had to remove a couple of wilted ones and have changed them to a smaller vase. These are the nicest flowers from a florist that I have ever had. Thank you!

I was rushed to get some flowers to my Dad so he could have them in the hospital on the weekend. I googled flower shops in Red Deer and chose la Petite Jaune Fleur for its high ratings. The ratings do no lie. I called in and at the end of the day Saturday, and they arranged for a beautiful bouquet and delivery almost immediately. I could tell it had been a long day for them and the easy thing to do would have been to ring the sale through and deliver on Monday, but they said the would see what they could do to deliver Saturday, and if not deliver personally on Sunday. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for a goole review. Understandably the flowers were beautiful, bu the service was exceptional.

This was the second time that I have ordered flowers from this company even though I was reluctant, and again was disappointed. The first time was for my sisters birthday and this last time was for my grandmas funeral. When spending $100 I do not expect just red roses to be delivered as you would pick up from a grocery store for $20. Rather something with more creativity and value. DO NOT order flowers from this company unless you want to be ripped off!!

I was so pleasantly surprised that Laura was able to deliver my flowers only a few hours after I ordered them. On Mother’s day of all days! The online booking showed no more deliveries for Sunday, so I reluctantly chose to have them delivered on Monday. A few hours after, I get a text from my Mom saying how lovely and surprising the flowers were! I must say WOW if you are to order flowers from a flower shop don't order from there order them from La Petite Jaune Fleur Flowers! From the first order I had made was on the phone. Here is the interesting part... I had called after hours when LPJFF was closed so I thought I will call back tomorrow and just moments later to my surprise, I get a phone call back it was LPJFF (Laura) She asked if I had made the call, which I did and mentioned to her that I was In Edmonton and that I would like to have an arrangement created for a really close friend. The following day I returned my call back to LPJFF (Laura) and she took my order. I must say the receiver was quite amazed at the arrangement! Excellent work LPJFF (Laura). I also had an other occasion to send flowers and immediately I tried out the online ordering through LPJFF and yet again they truly amaze me with their Online Service and Customer Service. It is my 21st wedding anniversary today and I have been married to the best woman in the world, my beautiful wife Audra. I often work out of Calgary in a high paced office and had full intentions on ordering my wife flowers first thing in the morning. Lots of distractions in the office today lead me to a late opportunity to buy my incredible wife flowers and I could not get to it until 1:15 pm. Knowing that my wife gets off work at 3:30-4:00 pm and she is an hour and a half away in Red Deer, I did not have much time to pull this off. So I reached out to La Petite Jaune Fleur Flowers and spoke with a lovely Lady named Laura Cadrin and I explained my predicament. Laura was actually driving when I called her and she pulled over to take my call and information, which is really cool because we all know the dangers of distracted driving so not only did Laura give me awesome customer service she did it responsibly. Somehow Laura got the flowers to my wife's workplace by 2:30. I just want to Thank You Laura for going above and beyond!! It is rare to still find great customer service out there. Your efforts are appreciated!

For Mother Day I ordered an $89.00 floral arrangement and my mom received a vase with cut flowers. A bouquet from Superstore, Safeway or Costco would have been more abundant and 1/8 the price. When I called I was told by the owner it was a miscommunication.I told her I went to a professional florist for an arrangement ...never did the word cut flowers in a vase come up. She offered no refund and worse NO apology!

Being from another city, I called in to order flowers to be delivered to a local place 2 blocks away from the flower shop. The person I was speaking to was pleasant to talk to when taking my order. I wasn't asking for any specific arrangement only something nice to send to a person. When asked what I wanted to spend. I said anywhere between $40-$50. And at the time of the call I was not told the total of the bill. The arrangement was beautiful and what I thought was an amazing price for what was received also the person that received it thought it was very nice as well. However, when my credit card was statement online was updated. I noticed that the charge was around $80, not the $40-$50 that was agreed upon. When I called to find out what had happened. Maybe an order switched around or some simple mistake. The lady on the phone was less then helpful, had no answers for the problem and honestly didn't really seem to care or want to rectify the situation. The flower arrangement was nice. But all flowers are nice. If a place of buisness has no customer service then they probably shouldn't be doing buisness at all. I probably won't be ordering flowers from there again. There are plenty of other flower shops in the area. Next time I'll go elsewhere and I'll make sure to recommend the same to others.
