I, along with my team, used Arrow Limousine service during harsh winter (feb 2018). David (our chauffeur) was a thorough professional, courteous and a kind person. Always considerate and on-time and safe driving. Bus was in a great condition and clean as well. Strongly recommended for personal or professional needs.

Im happy about some parts of the service and not happy about others. Three stars is a fair way to sum it up for me. Im disappointed that they messed up our liquor order. They actually bought way more than I asked them to. I mentioned this to the driver and he said that it would be no problem and that he would return the unopened liquor. Alas 2 weeks later and I have not seen a credit on my credit card so of course this was not done. The rest of the service and experience was good. Limo showed up on time, clean, service was friendly, etcetera.

Absolutely amazing!!! They handled our wedding fabulously! Even brought a carpet so my dress didn't muddy!! Treated me like a queen!! Made my special day perfect!! Couldn't have asked for better service!! Sedan service for the guests to and from the reception, everything was perfect!!! Definitely the best limo's in Red Deer!

Jason was our driver for my wedding party and he was AMAZING! He never missed a beat, if someone's drink was empty he was already there with another, he was so fantastic with my guests he even took the kids for a cruise in the limo! Great job to arrow limousine, above and beyond great service!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is nothing but a disappointment in all aspects. They were unorganized, resulting in multiple incorrect arrival times, despite reminders on the day of the event. Their vehicle had a broken air conditioner, leaving guests extremely uncomfortable on a warm day. The quote given was inaccurate and triple the quote was charged without a final bill being provided, despite asking for one multiple times. A refund has been promised, but not given. When questioned about a slanderous comment the driver made about an event guest, follow up was assured, but again not provided. This has been an on going issue for a week now, and despite multiple phone calls, no resolution has been provided. I strongly urge all to avoid this company.

We've used Arrow Limousine many times over the years -- twice in the last 7 months in fact -- and we always have great service with them. Most recently they hauled our wedding party around Red Deer for pics. Before that, they took our Juiced Audio team to Calgary and back for a staff outing. Paul is always smiling and he really looks after your needs when you book. The drivers are all awesome and truly make you feel like royalty. You just know you're in good hands with Arrow Limousine. Highly recommend.

The best service I have ever experienced, the customer service is through the roof exceptional I have gone with these guys twice now and they have by far the best rates out their as well as kind noligable staff that have made traveling with a broken leg to and from calgary an easy and comfortable transition and were very helpful getting me in and out of the car, whether it is a black tie event or if you just need a ride to and from calgary to have a cast taken off your choice is easy always shoot for arrow.

Great customer service! Friendly and accommodating! I was part of a party bus going down to Calgary during Halloween 2012 to attend a Bassnectar concert. Not only did Arrow Limousine personally take care of me when I was done dancing early (at midnight), he proceeded to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I showed up and the bus was locked, as soon as the driver saw that I was finished he let me on the bus and kept me company until others started showing up. He also found me water when I could not find any around – a gesture I took to heart. There was another couple that came on the bus with a man that was feeling physically ill and the driver proceeded to make him as comfortable as possible all the while attaining a cheerful attitude in the midst of said person throwing up. All in all, it was a great night. There were late people showing up to the bus and there was no question of leaving without them. Both limo buses were on time at the meeting point. On the way home, the buss made numerous stops for everyone that needed to use the washroom – as I said no man was left behind! Good experience with Arrow Limousine. Would use them again.

We had 14 in our wedding party and went with the party bus (with bathroom aboard) and it was so much fun! The driver was very professional and very accommodating to our needs. Email conversations sometimes took longer than expected for a response but phone calls were always dealt with promptly. We highly recommend using this local service for your wedding needs!

Arrow pulled through for us for our wedding in so many ways! Once we realized that there was a miscommunication in regards to # of people and timing, Arrow did everything in their power to accommodate us and our wedding. The service was better than I ever could have expected as shuttle service is something that could easily put a damper on your day if anything goes wrong. Paul and Dave are incredible to communicate with, would 100% recommend.

Brutal limo service on weekend.. book and paid friday for Saturday. you didnt bother to even show up or call to relate that there was a problem.. you left us stranded in sylvan lake.. 6 of us..2 at almost 80 years of age... finally a ride at 1220 only after me calling and calling and calling.. unacceptable. I left at least 3 to 4 messages and no reply to my messages... Finally call answered on 5th attempt and he had no clue about our pick up in sylvan lake.. We finally got home at 1250 am the limo driver apologetic even though he was not our driver offered to come by the next day to give us coupons for free rides on them..He said he would come at 4...Surprise...no show.. You would think the owner or manager would make an attempt to call and apologize...Not.. I would never recommend this company and as for future business in sylvan there were many people witness to our no show limo and asked who it was stating! We will definately not use their services in the future... Hope this helps others in their quest for reliable service when it really counts..

We used Arrow Limousine to shuttle our wedding guests from the venue back to the hotel. The service was top shelf and the vehicles were in great condition. Even with unexpected bad weather we had professional service and peace of mind knowing all of our guests were going to get home safely. I would not hesitate to call on Arrow again for any limo service needs, and I definitely recommend them to anyone in the Red Deer area.

I had booked Arrow Limo for the biggest day of my life, my wedding. When booking my Limo I had asked Paul (the owner) what time the Limo needs to be booked for to be able to arrive on time for my wedding. The wedding was a 1:30 start and I told Paul the last thing I wanted was an extra stressor of potentially arriving late for the wedding. Paul assured me that a 1:00 pm pick up time would be more than enough. He also ensured me that Arrow limo is never late and that they would be there at least 10 minutes early. Sure enough the limo was not there 10 minutes early and was in fact an additional 10 minutes late. I was late for my own wedding!!! The limo driver was a great guy, but had no idea where he was going and had to ask my bridesmaids for directions. The limo was also dirty! My father has made a direct complaint to Paul, in which Paul I guess has decided to not even return calls. I have also made a complaint to Paul through email and again no reply! This company needs some leadership and someone needs to be accountable for there actions! I would not suggest this company to anyone looking for a Limousine experience!

Super wicked time! totally worth the $$!! Great way to spend your birthday after being away working for 2 months. They let us go for 3 hours longer cuz we didn't want to stop, the bill was hefty! Well worth the memories! Its a good thing they shut it down, my bank account thanks you! Xx

Love the service that arrow provides! I've used the limos multiple times over the course of my birthdays for the years, as well as for friends! They've done trips to paintball places for me, birthday parties going all nightlong, ended up getting hammered and had a blast, airport trips, take me homes when I'm just super plastered. They showed up in a stretch limo just to take me home! Just me! Felt like a bad ass as I left the party. 10/10 would ride again

Took a limo to a medical appointment for my dad. He had a stroke and heartattack. The driver helped my dad get a wheelchair, took him in to reception and helped with the paperwork. He ensured the nurses were taking care of him and checked in several times. The service was above and beyond what i would have expected.

This place overcharges consumers. Unjustified and unproven liqour charges. When confronted with the truth they do everything to con the customer. Better business bureau and w5 have been contact regarding this limo service. We are not the only people being ripped off by their service. When getting in touch with limo service for overcharges I was told to let it go due to the owner having personal problems. Let's see how you do under the spot light of w5. Refund the people that have been overcharged before you end up dodging cameras and reporters.

I hired Arrow for my company xmas party. We rented one of the party buss's. We had an absolutely fantastic experience with them. The driver was awesome, all our staff was treated fantastic. They had all our liqueur in order and nice and cold, and ever delivered the extra back to me the next day. I would definitely hire them again. Thanks guys!

We booked arrow to pick us up the night of our wedding a month before had. Well the night of our wedding they never showed up. Despite countless calls and voice mails left they never returned any call or message back to us. They ignored my husbands calls for two days. So I finally called and they answered right away. He tried to say every excuse under the sun as to why they never picked us up. The took half the money when we booked which is normal, but charged the rest the day after they no showed on us. Very poor customer service and can’t even comment on actual service as they just no showed on us on our wedding day.
