I can not thank Michalle enough... this was one of the BEST experiences that I ever had. I came into her place already feeling defeated due to another negative dress experience.. it did not take long after a huge hug from Michalle, and some kind words for me to say “YES to the dress”and placed my deposit same day with her placing the order while we were in front of her so I would receive an unused dress. There was total transparency in what you are buying, alterations and time line.. to all the brides out there, do not wait and think a dress can be in within a few months especially if you are not buying “off the rack”.. get on it as soon as possible.. I have read through the reviews and many negative reviews reflect the previous owner, with a few reviews that are current. Like anything, finding the right dress, and the right person to help you find it takes time, if you are not feeling the love that’s okay too.. move on and that can look like going elsewhere to find the perfect dress.. Michalle, keep up the amazing work, the dress sells itself and you add so much value to the experience. Thank you for an amazing day!

Went there for my wedding dress! Cute character house and amazing sales lady, she was helpful and fun. Being plus size is a struggle but they had lots of options in my budget! Definitely coming back for bridesmaids dresses ???? awesome job

I was in a pinch today. I had asked my family to all wear lavender for family portraits. It was a big day for us. Both myself and partner, FN parents, graduating from university. I had bought a dress a few weeks ago, I'm expecting, it no longer fit. I cried, checked every department store in town for a lavender dress, none fit over my bump. Finally I called the gallery told them it was last minute and I need something today. I was made to feel so special and cried when I found the right dress???? Today was made picture perfect, by the Gallery! I told her I will be back for my wedding!

Very professional staff and lovely shop. Highly recommend making an appointment as it is a small place with limited staff. Lovely selection of gowns. The sales person was extremely helpful getting into and it off dresses and understood whatI did and didn't like. Not pushy at all and sales person was so professional.

My daughter had a wedding event planned and at the three month mark the venue canceled. She was devastated. My wife had purchased the wedding dress from the gallery. When Michelle (wedding planner) came into the picture, she helped get everything back on track and helped with so much, she saved the day. The gallery went above and beyond to make my daughter's day awesome. Highly recommend this business, as they care and have a heart to help their clients. As the new owners of the gallery they have changed the face of the business.

If I could rate it lower I would. That being said she did an amazing job with the brides dress. The 7 bridesmaids on the other hand could have used some work. Every single one of us got the wrong size dress, she ordered the wrong ones first and had to re order and forgot someone's the second time around and had to rush order just making it in time for the wedding. Poorly done would not go here again. ????

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the new owners of the Gallery Bridal Boutique! I had a terrible experience at another local bridal store, and I went to Gallery to see if they could help me. Michelle was incredible, and immediately turned my day around. She spent well over an hour with me on the spot (although I recommend an appointment-I just lucked out) and had me try on dress after dress until I found two that I absolutely loved. She wasn’t going to let me leave until we had found my dress! I was so grateful to find someone who genuinely cared about me and my experience, especially when I was almost in tears when I arrived. I am 100% happy with my experience!

Great for grad dresses and first weddings, also a bit expensive. Has fairly good prices on dresses that don't fit the average person. Owner of store is more interested in telling the customer what they want instead of listening to them. Apparently the customer doesn't know what they need. Better than some other stores in Prince George.

Very disappointed with the experience. The owner of this store is completely unprofessional . She was all about the sale only. When my best friend was trying on dresses, the service was great. Once the sale went through the so did the service. The bride had to travel 4 hours for a fitting, which WAS NOT GUARANTEED, and when purchasing the dress that information was not made known. She stated if another bride showed up we would have to leave or wait . When she was asked to package the dress up for the bride who had PAID IN FULL the owner started charging her for anything she could possibly think of, my bride had no choice but to pay because she refused to give her the dress. If you want to get robbed then I would suggest this place. HOLDING A BRIDES DRESS ONCE IT WAS ALREADY PAID IN FULL. Disgusting.

I recently helped a friend find THE dress at this store, after having a hard time looking elsewhere, and I have to say that the customer service here is above and beyond anything I've experienced. They listened to everything she said picked out so many beautiful dresses for her to try on, and were not pushy in making a sale at all! They made all of us feel so special. 10/10 have and will continue to recommend to others!

I had such a wonderful experience here! It is such a beautiful and intimate experience. It is also such a beautiful store. Although it was not the place that I found my dress, they did the most outstanding job letting me try on as many as I wanted with being supportive knowing I had another dress in mind. Truly, how they treated me knowing I wanted a dress at another store but had to be sure so I went to another appointment, was so sweet, they made it all about me, not wanting a sale. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at The Gallery Bridal + Events. It came highly recommended to me and as soon as I walked in the door I knew this was the only place I wanted to get my dress from - the dresses are beyond beautiful and Michalle the owner took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for, she is so welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. Angela in alterations is so patient and understanding. This store and the women there are the best in town.

Hope you are happy with yourself. Made my sister cry after she left your store. So very dissapointed in how unprofessional you conducted yourself towards her. Your comments were uncalled for and demeaning. Put a black cloud over her whole experience of choosing a gown. After speaking to a few friends, have heard the same poor reviews from them. Hope you work on your "people skills" so no future brides are damaged by you. My sister is so incredibly kind and soft spoken that it is hard to imagine you in anyway justifying your comments to her. Shame on you.

If I could rate this place lower, I would. DO NOT go to this boutique. If you want your experience to end in tears, if you want more insecurities about yourself, and want to be ripped off... this is your place. I notice that there are some positive reviews on here, but after reading some of the negatives, it makes you think "Why even risk going here if there is a possibility of having a terrible experience?" Don't risk it ladies. Its not worth it!!

This was a very negative experience. She was so extremely rude to all of us and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I would not recommend this store to anyone which is unfortunate because the women of Prince George are limited in their options but it is not worth it.

Michalle, you made my bridal experience so amazing its really hard to actually put into words and I am tearing up writing this! I was having a super roller coaster of emotions kind of day with no luck at any other dress shops in PG. I took a break and put a smile on my face and walked into your store on a overcast day. You were so welcoming and have such an uplifting personality I instantly felt comfortable and could be myself. You asked me what I was envisioning for in a dress then told me to relax as you picked out dresses. This was so kind and something I did not experience elsewhere but everything about your shop was better in so many ways then the rest. You are seriously doing what you are meant to be in life and you do it with such grace. We started trying on dresses and the second one you got me to try on I just knew it was the one, we all instantly started crying and you grabbed me a tissue. The sun shined through the windows in your beautiful little boutique house and I just knew this is where I was meant to be. This is a moment in my life I will never forget or take for granted. I cannot thank you enough you made my trip to PG totally worth it and you brought to life my exact vision of how I wanted my dress to look on my wedding day. I will be forever grateful. This is the shop you go to if you want to find the Dress-Your wedding dress! I cannot wait to come back for my fitting and say I do and now I can because of you! Love Sarah

I made my appointment about a month or so in advance, and was very excited to finally get to try on gowns. This was my first and last stop for everything Bridal on my special day. They were so wonderful, Michelle and Casey were very friendly and I felt completely welcomed and supported. I was able to bring 6 people with me and they happily accommodated all of us. I could not be happier with the dress, or the service I received! Thank you so much for all your help, and I look forward to coming back in April for fittings!!

BIGGEST THUMBS DOWN, PLEASE READ AND LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!! My wedding is September 2nd. I made a point of going dress shopping in February to have my dress in a reasonable amount of time as I need to drive 4 hours into pg to get it. The owner waited until June to order my dress in, once I showed up for my alterations and paid for my dress in full, which she told me included alterations. She proceeded to rush me out and tell me she was too busy to get my dress done before august! She made me feel super uncomfortable with leaving my dress in her hands so I decided to find a dress maker closer to home that was willing to alter my dress in a reasonable time. I phoned the owner to ask her to kindly pack it up as I would be in that weekend to pick it up. She told me there was going to be a $5 charge for her to leave the pins in the dress! I was already furious at this point and wanted nothing more than to grab my dress and be on my way so I agreed to pay her. Once I arrived to get my dress on Saturday she refused to give it to me unless I paid another $50 for having it ordered without the hem on it!!!!!!!!!!! She wouldn't answer my questions as to how this wasn't included in the price like she originally told me! And continued to repeat herself on the distributor charges the extra 50. Needless to say, I left the store crying. If you are looking for the perfect bridal gown experience I highly recommend going else where! I have never felt so taken advantage of in my entire life!!

Was not impressed after paying more than what the bridesmaid dress was worth to have it handed over wrinkly. If I’m paying top dollar for a dress I would assume that you would take the ten minutes to at least steam it instead of offering that for a charge? Ridiculous that there would even be a fee for that!!

I had the BEST experience here! It was my first appointment to find a dress, and I was so so nervous! I felt so comfortable during the whole process, and the selection of gowns was so stunning! I only tried on about 5 or 6 dresses and I had found the one! I felt so beauiful and not pressured at all. I had my bridesmaid on a video chat so she could see and they were so accomodating - taking pictures and showing all the angles! 10/10!! So highly reccomend!
