Sandy is an amazing lady! This company went above and beyond to make my wedding planning a breeze. I went with white floor length linens and white chair covers with a silver runner and the look was breath taking! I have never seen such white linens! Sandy went out of her way to accommodate my every concern and with me changing my mind so often she was awesome. It was many evening as late as 10pm she sat up on a Saturday and sent me ideas and pictures of what she had in mind for me, calling me down to have me come and play with ideas during the week, she is so knowledgeable and so professional. I even had rented tents and she offered exceptional service, I will definitely be back for all my events. The selection is endless and if there is anything she doesn't have she orders or tries to accommodate at her best convenience. The BEST party and event supplier I know and the one everyone uses in PG, even my wedding decorator rented items from her for my wedding. If you want a hassle free and beautiful wedding, with crisp CLEAN mark less linens, then Sandy is your woman. PG loves you Sandy, please never stop running such an awesome business

Front Desk support was excellent, Picking up tables young man was pleasant and polite. However drop off experience was horrible. The young man called me rude because I didn't back up far enough to drop 3 x 6' tables. I unloaded them myself light not heavy and he told I should learn how to drive . Was 4' to 5' from container. I was blown away being in the customer service industry. The behavior was aggressive and unfriendly of this associate who works there. Not sure if I will be back!

This company should NOT be used for a special event. I rented from them, spent hundreds of dollars, and when I received the items they were in AWFUL condition. The white chairs were yellow and brown and had chunks missing out of them. Not just a few of them, but ALL of them were in awful condition. The company's remark when I asked why they were so grungy "we aren't going to spend time to clean them, if you go buy a magic eraser and spend the hours cleaning, some of the marks may come off" The white linens were yellow from bleach and poor condition. The company's response to my concern "we do not see the linens between rentals. I do not know what condition they are in because they come back packaged and go straight back out" They refused to refund any of my money spent, and they completely ruined the decor of my reception. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. AWFUL QUALITY. check out buy and sell groups, or purchase your own and sell it after. This place is a joke.

I reached out to Sandy to help come up with a plan for my mother’s memorial. She was patient, kind, understanding, considerate and so very helpful. My moms favourite colour was red, so she helped put together decor that mom would’ve been so proud of. Our family and all loved friends absolutely loved the decor. Her prices were great and all items we ready when promised. She even made herself available so I could drop off at my convenience because I work days. If I could give more stars, I would.

I HIGHLY recommend this company! Dealing with Sandy has been nothing but a pleasure and she has gone FAR beyond exceptional customer service in our case! I contacted her very last minute for a quote and somewhat crazy request and not only was she very prompt in replying, but she was very communicative, super helpful, extremely professional and kind. She then exceeded anything we expected and went way over and above and helped us even more in order to make my step-mom's 80th birthday a super special one. Even during COVID! (don't worry - there were no gatherings)....A million HUGE THANKS to Sandy and her team at It's Party Time. Seriously.......thank you so much Sandy! :)
