It has been OVER A YEAR, and they HAVEN'T RESPONDED TO ANY OF MY CALLS OR EMAILS. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I wish I read the reviews sooner, because other people have complained of the same thing. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Thirteen months later and I have still not received a completed wedding video. The pieces of "video" shot and sent to us consisted primarily of 2-3 second live-photo-esque unusable quality, often with audio of the videographer talking over the images. Our ceremony was poorly and incompletely shot with the videographer somehow managing to have a skip in a digital video during my husband's vows. The videographer also stood in one place for the duration of the reception capturing only the moments of the dancefloor while I was changing out of my gown and somehow not managing to capture the speeches. On the night of we even paid the videographer double time in extra fees to stay and film for an extra two hours and received NO footage at all of any of that time. In attempting to discuss the unsatisfactory performance of Jeff and his on-site team with Jeff we reached out many times before finally getting him on the phone months later. He was unapologetic, even annoyed that we were unwilling to find someone else to edit together what his team sent us. However, in the end, he offered to personally ensure that the video highlights would be put together quickly and with an extra video piecing together our ceremony and speeches to make it look as though the videographer hadn't missed most of the latter or messed up the former. I was satisfied with that because what was done was already done. It is now 13 months later. I have no videos. And since April no one has responded to me. If you value your memories, your time, or money do not use this company. They will not have a plan for photos for the day of, they will not get video of the important moments, and they will not act professionally past the moment they have secured all of your money.

On the the day of the photoshoot, the photographer Jeff, made us feel super comfortable and was very engaging. It was a fun experience and we never felt like we were being pushed for time - it wasn't transactional. We were just out there enjoying a good day at the park (our shoot location). We always got timely updates and even received the final images within the promised timeframe.

On our wedding day, the staff was amazing and very responsive. We received our pictures 3 weeks later which was great But the video wasn't ready. They told me it will be ready in 3 months since our wedding was in summer and they had lots of videos to edit. 6 months later no video!! I called them, no response. After couple calls and emails, they said their editor was gone so they are a little late. 10 months later still nothing and no response again. 1 year and 3 months later after multiple call and threats, they said my video would be ready in a week. Well it's been 3 weeks now and we're still waiting.... a big 5000$ for nothing!!!!!!

I've been married 3 years this spring and yet to get our video. Proceed with caution and don't give them all your money before your wedding. I'll never recommend them these guys. So disappointed and so sad that they would do this to people on such an important moment in their life. I trusted them to capture our big day, speeches, first dance, walk down the isle and nothing to show for. Hurts and don't want anyone to feel this way. Were now going to take legal action as we want our $3,500 back!!!!!!!! :( who has time for this... sucks!

We hired de Belle Photography for our wedding day August 2019 and we couldn't be happier with our decision. We worked with Evan, who is incredibly talented and creative. He was accompanied by Enya, a brilliant junior photographer. They were both extremely professional and very pleasant personalities. Our bridal party, groomsmen and family enjoyed the experience. It felt very natural to have them with us. In terms of logistics, they were prompt in their communications and we had the chance to meet with Evan prior to discuss the type of pictures we wanted. We did not get an album or a video so we cannot comment on those two services. We highly recommend hiring de Belle for any special event you may have, because they will help you capture those precious memories!

We got married in August of 2013. We took DeBelle for photo and video thinking that it would be much easier that the photo and video staff would be under one roof, and therefore would not only get better service but faster service - this is what the owner recommended (of course). After the wedding, we paid the FULL balance (which was very expensive for the quality and originality of the photos), including the video services, in good faith. We are in May 2014 and have yet to receive the video, not even the raw footage which I asked for several times and they claim that "they can't give it to me, that they dont work like that". They have yet to even begin editing my video. To compensate me for the inconvenience, they offered me a $200 gift certificate -- how generous!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - if you do choose them, however, for whatever reason - DO NOT pay the full balance before receiving either your video or your photos, or both. Will continue to tell my story to all the future brides and grooms and will not, under any circumstances recommend DeBelle to anyone.

I loved working with Evan, John and Gen for my wedding day in September. They made sure to capture all the important moments of my day and also made sure I was eating and staying hydrated haha! They were punctual and made sure I got to each destination on time; they were very easy to work with and I would definitely recommend them to others. From the moment we decided to go ahead with de Belle, we had a great experience. In the very beginning, there was a slight delay in responding to emails and phone calls and therefore we missed our initial scheduled call. I believe they were moving offices and the phone lines had not been reconnected yet. In the end, it all worked out. We are extremely happy with our wedding photos and professionalism shown by the de Belle staff. The timelines in our contract were respected (some even delivered earlier!) and communication (which was mostly by email) was quick. We choose the details for our wedding album and are excitedly waiting for the final product! They were also very flexible on timelines and appointments. If i can give them no starts i would. HORRIBLE experience . Used them a few years ago when they were doing wedding videos. 2 years after jeff and his team ignored every phone call and email finally he told me he couldn't give me the video i paid for because everyone quit. This happened to multiple couples that i am aware of. Jeff also refused to return my money and told me he'd take me to court if i didn't comply with what he wanted. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY DOES THAT? he is extremely un professional , horrible person to deal with. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM DE BELLE .

We could not have asked for better photographers. We had one of Jeff's main photographer Evan on our wedding this August 2017 and he was fantastic. He was calm which is important during a wedding. He very professional and he has a great eye. People commented and said the photographers were everywhere and not in the way!! A friend of mine always said that a good photographer is one that is everywhere and the most important thing is that you don't notice him as he's taking pictures. We saw a few pics and it was gorgeous. Can't wait to see our pics in a few weeks. The only negative thing I have to say is that the album takes an eternity to get. We have waited over 8 months and still nothing. Therefore as much as I would recommend them...I would go for someone else if you want to get your album quicker.

The whole team at De Belle was great with the planning and on the day of the wedding. We did not have very much time to plan our wedding but choosing De Belle was one of the best choices we made. Our main photographer was Evan Shuster and he was great. He took time to get to know what type of couple we are so that our experience would be tailored to us. Evan was able to guide us to the best places to achieve the best photos. There were lots of pictures taken but Evan made the day work seamlessly and our guests commented that it was great that the photographer seemed to be capturing everything but was not intrusive or distracting in any way. We are very excited to see the wonderful pictures from our special day. Thank you Evan and the De Belle team for helping make our day amazing and for helping preserve our precious memories.

My wife and I got married in June 2015, we had the worst experience with this company. If I could give them no stars at all I would. My wife found their publicity add in the "Marions nous" magazine. She loved their pictures and they seemed very professional at first. We were asked deposits until the day of the wedding where they got paid in full.....do not do this!!! Once they had all of our money 5800$ we didn't seem to be a priority for them anymore. Before our event the owner "Jeffery" would answer all my calls and would even call me from his home. Once they got our money we had to deal with the administration of the company which didn't have a clue about anything. For months I would ask for Jeffery to call us so we can get the proper answers to our questions, but he never did. It took them nearly a year and a half to give us our pictures, which were not photoshopped as we asked, but simply "enhanced by light" as they put it. DO NOT!! And I repeat DO NOT!! Hire them for a video of your wedding. Once again we paid 1500$ plus tax for a rough footage of your wedding, they have no clue what they are doing. It took them 16 months to give us our wedding album and their excuse was, we have no control over that because it's made in Italy. And finally when they did give us our pictures, they gave us wedding pictures of an Asian couple along with their videos on the external hard drive which we had to buy considering the amount of money we spend on their services. The reason I'm writing this review is to inform future couples of the nightmare that we lived with this company and that so that no one goes through the same disappointment as we did.
