My partner and I first hired Mehek for her postponement services when the pandemic began. She eased the stress of the unknown and we were able to choose new dates with all of our vendors available! Mehek did such an amazing job helping us postpone (twice!), that we decided to also book her as our wedding coordinator, even though we had no prior plans of hiring a planner. Mehek coordinated two of our events - a Guyanese-Hindu wedding and a Christian Wedding with Reception. To say that she put our minds at ease would be an understatement. Throughout the ever changing pandemic rules and regulations, Mehek kept us informed and on track with our planning. She communicated with our vendors professionally and efficiently. Mehek worked with us, close friends, and family members (even family members with strong opinions/ideas!) to make sure each event flowed smoothly. Even with last minute, sometimes on the spot, unforeseen changes, she ensured that our priorities as the bride and groom were put first. Hiring Mehek was definitely one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, especially during an unpredictable time. Thank you Mehek!

A bit of a late review but we have been recently talking about our wedding (almost 2 years later) and thinking of how smoothly everything went and we have to owe it all to Mehek!! We went with Mehek for day of coordination for our nikkah + reception and she was nothing short of professional. Mehek made an already stressful day 10000x less stressful. She was super responsive before and during the wedding and she was fabulous at keeping the photographer aunties at bay! We hired Mehek for our wedding in May 2019! Mehek is very friendly, organized and passionate as a wedding planner. We had a little bit of a different experience as Mehek was expecting a baby (and actually delivered just a few days before our wedding!). Despite this, Mehek made sure we had a smooth transition to a wedding planner of equal caliber. She was still always there for us, and ready to chat and discuss whenever we needed it. She even dropped off our wedding flowers on the morning of the wedding...with her baby that was barely a few days old! My family and husband was hesitant about me having a wedding planner for our wedding/reception celebration as all my vendors were already booked and I just needed help carrying the event through. However I am sooo glad that I went ahead and booked Mehek for our event. She was the life saviour, our event saviour and my anxiety pill lol. Despite 4 postponements due to Covid, Mehek stood by my side at every step guiding me and calming me. She was so quick in responses as well. On the wedding day, she ensured all the glitches were solved and taken care of without me having to step in. Her being there allowed myself and my family to have fun and enjoy the wedding without ANY stress. Love her and would recommend her to all the future brides and grooms in a heartbeat.
