The hall is at the bottom of two flights of very steep stairs. If you are planning to wear high heels, wear a long dress or awkward costume, carry plates of food, music stands or instruments in to an event here you should make sure your will is up to date. Those stairs are the route cause of a terrible accident just waiting to happen. There is a back entrance to avoid the stairs but you can't park back there and it very narrow. If you have mobility issues you need to plan ahead and you are probably going to require help. This place needs an elevator.

My husband and I had our jack and jill on June 1st at Personal Touch Banquet Hall! Everyone loved the space! We also had our wedding reception at Personal touch banquet hall on August 4th 2018! The hall is beautiful, breathtaking actually! Kevin and April were amazing the entire planning process! Personal touch catering was great! Everyone at the wedding said the staff was friendly and helpful and the food was delicious! I strongly reccomend this hall for any occasion! Thank you for making our day even more special!

Kevin, April and their amazing staff go out of their way to keep patrons happy and they always do it with a smile on their faces!! They have done a beautiful job in breathing new life into the existing hall with their own personal touches (pun not intended) in decor as well as their own events.

Our group of 10 went to the New Years Party 2020. It was fantastic.The illusionist show Sam Pearce was talented and quite funny. The food (buffet) delicious and lots to eat also very organized. DJ also did a great job. Dance floor full (but not overcrowded) with a good variety of music. Have never seen such happy staff. Friendly helpful and efficient. Just a great night. Thank You

PNHB held it's Halloween party here last week. This is the fourth time we have used this venue since Kevin and April Sendel have taken over the hall. Along with Katie, they have been always been extremely helpful and cooperative Nothing is too much to ask for. The hall is lovely, laid out with everything requested for a crowd of merry musicians. Thank Kevin and April for all you do !

Brittany Stewart (Down To The Last Details) was an Excellent Planner for our special day and her expertise and services come with the venue. The food was excellent! The owners are very pleasant and accommodating! My wife and I are sooo happy we chose this venue! Everything was perfect for our special night!

My fiance and I just went out for their Comedy Night. They had a very nice 2 person table set up for us, Very appropriate for a date night. Very good food, exceptional entertainment. I recommend this place to anyone wanting a night out for some great entertainment!
