I reached out to Mastermind Event Rentals after seeing an add of Facebook and learning that they did balloon arrangements. I sent an email request to get an arrangement. I didn't give them alot of notice but Jen was quick to respond and made things happen in short notice. She made my 4 year old grandaughter very happy. Great service!

With only a few weeks notice, due to constantly changing pandemic restrictions, Mandy, Jen & Scott of MME were amazing to work with, and went out of their way to help us plan the perfect day. They captured photos and did mock ups of the rental items, they were always patient - answering all of our questions - and politely put up with our multiple changes and revisions. Everything arrived ahead of time and was picked up on time. We can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond for us and we will continue to highly recommend Mastermind Events.

Just had a balloon delivery for my husband's birthday amidst the Covid-19 social distancing. What a fabulous way to celebrate a distant birthday! My husband was surprised and the balloons were fabulous, exactly the right pick me up that we needed. They were also exactly as advertised. Finally, MME was a dream to work with!!! I had a very excellent experience with Mastermind, having used them as the furniture/decor rental for my wedding this past weekend. Upon our first visit to the warehouse, the team was friendly and enthusiastic to help us achieve the look we were going for. They were very responsive as I kept the updated on quantity changes, and on the big day they arrived promptly and set up everything as needed. The items delivered were of excellent quality and they really helped bring our room together. Mastermind Event Rentals was great to work with. Due to changing Covid-19 restrictions, we had to re-plan our wedding 3 weeks beforehand, which required renting chairs, tables, linens, and backdrops. Mastermind was wonderful to work with. The lady who I spoke to is so rude it's crazy ! I run Events all the time and I could not actually believe the way they get off talking to people. My wife called and was just making a random inquiry. And the way they responded to her was ridiculous. Incinuating that she did not know what she needed and that she should inform herself better. Having said that we look to professionals to give us the professional opinions and guidance not make us feel uneducated and bad for not understanding linen sizes etc. It took me a long time to write this review as things get busy. But I wanted to make sure people understood my experience.
