I have a tennis three of the virtual online pub crawls at this company has put on and I’ve had fun at all three! Of course you are expected to bring along some of your positive attitude, energy, etc.… I mean, come on, it is a pub crawl LOL I had so much fun but I have even offered to host one of the breakout zoom rooms where the drinking games happen at the next event LOL Caesars, sangria, whatever… I’m game! Thanks again for hosting events so that us extraverts can socialize with larger groups during times where this is limited… We had someTechnical issues but who has an experience those this year! “(Insert name) you are on mute” ???? Looking forward to the next event! Thanks again!

So far I've been to four events of LTE Entertainment, both online and in-person events, my friends and I had a blast every single time! The staff is very professional and always available when I needed support. Would recommend it for sure!

Would not recommend, very horrible customer experience. All they care about is the money. Received several horrible reviews on Facebook which is why he hid them. Stay away if you value your money and time!

This is not a legitimate vendor. I feel ripped off. We ordered a caesar kit from this vendor recently and what was sent was completely misleading- items missing, no goodie bags, no appetizer, food packaged very questionably (during COVID you would think there would be only sealed unopened items- see attached photo), no ID checked and it contained alcohol....to name a few. From what I can see online the way complaints are being handled in the fb group is not professional, makes me very uncomfortable and is not productive. I cannot imagine the offer to refund 'unhappy customers' will be honoured but I would like people to know I would steer clear of this one.

LTE Entertainment really know how to throw a party. I absolutely loved the virtual events that I attended during lockdown in Ottawa. I was able to meet some fantastic people & learned to make some delicious drinks. I was in need of some social interaction and the virtual experience hit every single point. They delivered a kit filled with everything I needed to make a delicious drink along with treats from local businesses. It was a nice surprise!! A great value for what I purchased. LTE Entertainment did such a great job that I reached out to owner/ manager Matt Ward to get some advice for my next virtual party. 10/10 highly recommended Julie ????

LTE Entertainment has to be the best event organiser in the Ottawa area. Always 100% professional and responsive when we have questions. For the best shows around, I suggest to follow LTE on social medias. Lots of events happening even during Covid, they make sure that small businesses are still running, through all this, by organising huge events online. LTE is hands down a 5 STARS Entertainment Company to me.

Edit: realized after writing this that alcohol was delivered, yet there was absolutely no check of legal drinking age for participants. As long as you had a credit card, you were able to participate. And most debit cards have visa or MasterCard capabilities nowadays. We were in an online caesar bar crawl. We ordered a kit for 60 dollars off of them. In the kit, according to the checklist, there was supposed to be 5 bags of ingredients from different restaurants (these had no problem). there were to be two limes (there was one). There was a glass, a 25 cent plastic shot glass, a 16 dollar bottle of vodka, and there was also supposed to be 1.7L of clamato juice included (it said 5 cans, which are roughly 350mL each). We received about 945mL. Barely enough to make 3 caesars. These kits were to be delivered to the participants of the bar crawl the day before at around 4 - 7 PM The kit didn't have everything it was supposed to. The folks did not communicate well. Telling people if they live 30 KM away THE DAY OF that they'll need to get to the bar to pick-up their kit. Not providing links to the zoom hangout (we didn't even go because we were so fed up with it all) Being as late as they were for delivery for the lack of fresh ingredients was also really bad. What fresh ingredients were there other than garnishes? They should not have been delivering kits to people at 1130 at night. The only reason that I waited up was because I wanted to be sure that I would get it in time. Also, the moderators of the facebook page associated with the event are censoring discussion and not allowing posts that have issues. I posted telling that there was no tobasco, nor enough clamato. It never got approved. big issue with that. Clearly they only cared about one thing the whole time, and it wasn't the client. I called asking for a password to our zoom room. The person did not know the password (concerning). He told me he would call me back right away. No call back. This was 5 minutes before the event was supposed to take place. Just an overall unorganised mess. Whoever put this together really ought to reconsider doing this again. Really disappointed.

LTE Hands down is the best event organization in the city. With a wide variety of student events and family fun tasting tours! during the lockdown they adapted and continued to work for the people and offered a virtual Caesar Crawl that was beyond my expectations. 5 stars to the team and Matt Ward

Terrible experience overall. The description on the event page does not describe the box I received. I received a micki of vodka, a single promotional glass, two limes, 5 paper bags each with various unlabelled unsealed powders and liquids as well as a miniature bottle of Clamato which would fill the glass provided once. I’m not sure how I am supposed to make more than one or two drinks with what was provided. The support local goodie bag contains various coupons that are of no value in themselves and although I was asked to pick an appetizer, there is nothing here. There is not a note, shot glass, Tabasco or surprise as listed. I would like a full refund and I am happy to return the box in the condition it arrived it since it is valued at nowhere near the $60 I have paid for it. In addition it was not offered to be dropped at my door by the delivery person but in the vestibule of my apartment building which is not secure and there was no ID check to deliver alcohol. EDIT: I was offered a refund of 20, the organizer has claimed that the promotional glass he received for FREE from Smirnoff is valued at $15 and has not responded to my offer to pick up to my offer of pucking up the glass.

As an attendee, I was part of the National Sangria Day tasting tour in the Byward Market and had such a blast making new friends with my fiancé and our crew! This is not a real company, and very unprofessional customer service. Complaints deleted from the event page- Will not participate again.

I participated in the virtual sangria crawl. I didn’t experience any of the issues referred to during the Virtual Caesar Crawl. I’m assuming since the Caesar crawl was a first there we some growing pains. The sangria package was awesome and the venues were excellent. We had a blast. I would recommend that the bartenders recap their recipes before going off the air for those late in joining the live feed. LTE entertainment is obviously still learning as they go but they’re breaking new ground in this new reality. Thanks to Matt Ward and team for all the great work.

Virtual Parties may not be able to compare to the real thing in some respects, but last night's Caesar Crawl was memorable and fun. Hours before the event, I received a call from Matt who wanted to make sure my friend and I had received our kits and that nothing was missed. We were very impressed by his their customer service. The event started at 8:30pm, I was instantly struck by the punctuality of my fellow partygoers. Matt was present and engaging throughout the whole night. It was a riot to whizz though the population of faces to spot the many I knew. We had an amazing time.

I have worked with LTE entertainment before and attended a couple of their virtual events. Their first Caesar crawl was so innovative during the time of COVID. Such a great way to mingle and meet new people. I have a couple friends who attended the Sangria Crawl and also the second Caesar crawl in 2021 and they all had very positive experiences! Well organized and you can see a great initiative and drive from the organization. Matt is a wonderful event planner!

I attended their Virtual Caesar Crawl in February 2021 and it was a fun evening! Excellent client service was provided where Matt Ward, the main event planner, even gave me a call the afternoon of the event to ensure that I got my kit delivered to me ok and that I was ready for the evening. There were some technical glitches during the event, but the organizers were able to navigate through them without any issues. Overall, I loved that I was supporting local and a great cause (mental health). I’m already looking forward to seeing what’s in store for upcoming events!
