Ariel at Fiesta is amazing! We approached him in June from our elementary school, to help us out with our kindergarten performance and graduation. He was so helpful and worked so hard to find ways that he could give us what we needed to make our students big day memorable! Phenomenal selection, prices and staff. Super helpful and accommodating. I presented them with a super last minute request, during an already extremely busy time (prom/graduation time) and they went above and beyond to fit me in and help me out. I went there to rent a megaphone and the transaction took too long to be completed. When I finally got the receipt it took some time again to find the only one megaphone they have. When we tried it for several minutes it wasn't working. They almost cancelled the transaction but found a way for me to get my megaphone. It was one more stress to go get it where they sent me but I finally got the megaphone. It wasn't the fastest service but I'm happy I got my megaphone!

Although I had a different opinion about this Fiesta in the past, they have completely changed my mind by providing a great service. They ensured a timely delivery of all the rentals I needed. We rented linens through Fiesta Ottawa for our wedding. They were very easy to work with and answered all our emails and questions quickly. They were also very flexible with their return date when we couldn't make it in the day after our wedding to return the linens.

While the price is absolutely right for rentals, the customer service definitely leave something to be desired. The gentleman helping us in the warehouse was friendly and professional, but at the front desk you almost feel invisible - if it weren't for the prices I might have turned around and left! The selection isn't very good but if you need some basic rentals in a pinch they do offer a good rate. Just be patient while you are placing your order.

Purchased balloons here. Great service, wonderful and helpful staff. Prices were par with other local shops that do helium balloons. Selection was lacking but they were in the midst of a change in branding and location.

Ariel helped my fiance load and triple secure our rentals....amazing service...when there was a mix up with how many drapes we rented Susanna gave us extra free of charge. Their rentals were gorgeous and high quality...they also allowed up to pick them up earlier ....and when some were damaged they were very very reasonable and kind about replacement costs. If you want amazing quality...prices...flexibilty...family feel...and above and beyond service this is where you need to go. Ill never go anywhere else.

Horrible customer service The balloons they gave me deflated within 10 minutes. She refused to deliver me new balloons; they were my main part of my table displays. Then refused to give me the money back for the balloons that I didn't not use nor apologize for the inconvenience and stress it put on me. I will NEVER go there again

I rented some tables and chairs for a backyard event and was extremely happy with Fiesta. They were flexible with my date change due to Covid and were very communicative via email for any questions. The delivery and pick up were on time and the items I ordered were perfect for my event. Highly recommend and would use them in the future.

Large selection. But when I called to cancel 4 days after I booked the rental and 5 days before I was meant to pick it up, the told me it's a 50% charge. I didnt even realize I had paid for the order, I thought I just gave a confirmation information. And the cancellation policy was not well communicated to me when I called for the order.

Called inquiring about a ballon bouquet for my son’s birthday. Told the staff that I would just be arriving at closing time due to work. They offered to stay open a little longer so I could stop by. Service was great. Balloons looked amazing. The entire bouquet lasted for two weeks. We still have 8/15 balloons still going strong and it’s 3weeks later. Awesome!

We ordered helium balloons which came partially inflated with ripped tabs. The rentals we received were dirty, and sticky to the touch. Not much variety to choose from and costs more than most places.
