Adaptable? Check! Communication? Check! Organized? Check! Friendly? CHECK! From the beginning of 2018 my wife and I were already planning for our 2021 wedding. My wife is extremely picky with vendors. We met with a lot of DJs and carefully selected which one to sign with. I was already sold based on how Sue and Dan presented their material and how extremlely friendly they were! They knew what they were doing! Professional and friendly:) Yet they also encouraged us to explore for more dj options. They weren't forcing us to sign, which my wife liked a lot! After meeting with many DJs, we reached out to foreversoundsdj! Guys, look no more! We spent so much time meeting with other DJs when all along foreversoundsdj is the perfect one! Not only do they dj, but sue is an amazing MC. Her choice of words kept our guests entertained! Furthermore, our time frame between dinner and speeches was off schedule (because of our photographers and videographer stealing us for photoshoot while it wasn't raining outside) but sue handled herself well in a stressful atmosphere! She communicated and gave clear instructions to us, to our bridal party, to our parents, everything was just perfect! Sue and Dan treated us like were their family. Because of covid19, we didn't have many guests invited. It was a small pandemic wedding. Though small, everyone had a good time and sue and Dan were one of the highlights in our wedding :) Foreversoundsdj gave extra effort to make sure everyone had a blast with the games and dancing. If we had to go back in time, we would choose not to waste our time meeting with other DJs and just sign with foreversoundsdj. Thank you Sue and Dan for all the effort and going to the extra mile for us. God bless.

It pains me to write such a review as the service we received up until the day of the wedding 'seemed' flawless. I felt at ease with ForeverSounds as our DJ team and excited, they seemed beyond thorough. But none of that can take away what happened the day of the wedding and the follow through afterwards. To begin the night they insisted they introduce our wedding party because "they are on headsets and can be on cue with each other when the wedding party is walking in." Seems fair enough.... go for it. Before the wedding we sat down at our kitchen table and went over/listened to every song that was going to be played or at least the first 15 seconds. Now not only did they not play the songs we discussed and were written in the contract for each of our groomsmen and bridesmaids... they said their names wrong... it was embarrassing and hurtful to those in the party. Not only that one of the couples went in right before the entrance and ensured her song would be played and at the right time as her and her fiance had come up with dance moves... as each of the couples were going in their songs never changed and so when she went up she and her fiance waited on the dance floor for their song to play as it hadn't... and even had to look at the DJ with a look of "come on." At which they finally played the song. Next and really something I don't know how my husband and I will ever forget... is our first dance. And as I write this tears roll down my cheek from a memory that is forever tainted. I personally hate dancing and was extremely nervous for this but we listed to the version we wanted to with the DJs and then practiced beforehand many times to ease my nerves. So imagine my surprise when as we are dancing the completely wrong version plays, a different singer midway through. Yes, of course guests still thought it was beautiful but to have that moment and remember the pit of my stomach dropping as the moment we have waited so long for is not as you imagined, it was heartbreaking. Now, of course they apologized and played the song later in the night but at this point... the damage was done I was almost in tears and not the good kind after my first dance with my husband. I wish that was where it ended and yes that was the worst of it but after that you'd think they would be hyper vigilant or at least... i don't know refer to the contract.... But then my husband and I planned a surprise song for our emcees to walk up to the podium to AND IT WAS WRONG. Shania Twain played when the song was supposed to be by RuPaul... a country singer or a drag queen, just a little different. And as soon as I looked over and said "THAT WAS THE WRONG SONG." He looked at the contract and realized the mistake... why didn't you look at the ridiculous minute by minute plan that YOU made, I don't even understand and it isn't even like Shania Twain was a song that was coming up next... it never came out of either of my husbands or I's mouths EVER... never. After that, they did their best to make up for the hurt they had caused and for the night I tried to move past it. A week later I emailed them, to say hey I know you know about the first dance and the emcees but just so you know the entrance songs were all done wrong and you said names wrong .... like not mispronounced, just completely wrong name said. And I have received no response, no apology, no attempt to make up for their mistakes. Hey, no money in the world can take back what happened but I think some responsibility would have been nice, a reply... Mistakes happen and I understand that, but when you have a job to do on the most important day in peoples' lives... mistakes like this cannot happen.

I had the pleasure of collaborating with Sue and her team on a client's wedding in August 2020. Like many couples, M&E's wedding was affected by Covid-19 including moving their wedding date and then making the decision to cancel the wedding. M&E then made the decision to reschedule their Wedding Ceremony at Deer Creek Golf & Banquet Facility. Through the whole process, Sue was always quick to respond to emails and phone calls and was very flexible. Day-of the wedding, ForeverSounds Dj services arrived early for set-up of their equipment, had everything in place and ready to go well before the start of the ceremony. Sue and the team did a fantastic job with being precise in their music timing and cueing the officiant and wedding party. I can't wait to work with Sue and the team again soon!

Our wedding day was PERFECT, and we owe a lot to Dan and Sue of Forever Sounds. We opted for the Premium Plus package: The Plan: I can’t stress how important this was, and how much stress it relieved. To say that Sue is detail-oriented is an understatement. She creates a minute-to-minute timeline of the day listing what’s happening, who’s doing what, and what music is playing. In addition, she’s your emcee if you need it. A special detail that we enjoyed is the Love Story that Sue creates based on details about you and your relationship. Besides being professional and prompt, Sue’s love for what she does shines through from your first meeting through to the big day. The Music: When discussing our music choices for the ceremony, I appreciated that we discussed cues (at which point in the song it starts) and were also given the option of which version of a song we wanted. Selections during dinner were varied and appropriate, and we saw a lot of people grooving and singing along, and then during the party the dance floor was full all night. Dan also brings great energy to any games you choose to do. We highly recommend Forever Sounds!

There is just no other Disc Jockey Service I would recommend other than these wonderful people!! Forever Sounds Disc Jockey Services is so much more than just a DJ service! When your night is over you will feel as if they are part of your family! Sue, Dan and Michael, are absolutely amazing, their professionalism mixed with their fantastic personalities, not only added to our special day, but enhanced it! Our guests we were so blown away by everything they did, from organizing entrances, playing games, and organizing all our special dances, to getting the crowd hopping! We chose ForeverSounds DJ Services for our Sunday luncheon wedding celebration. Working with Sue and Dan was an absolute dream come true. From start to finish we had nothing but incredible experiences. We knew they were the right choice for us at our initial consultation, which had us amazed at both Sue's organization and Dan's great demo, and in stitches with laughter at the same time. We were hesitant about getting a DJ at all for our wedding, since it was Sunday during the day, but Sue and Dan quickly showed us the value of what they could provide and practically guaranteed us that they would be able to get people on the dance floor! The great experiences only continued from there. We worked with Sue to plan every single detail of the event, literally down to the minute (if you don't believe me, you will definitely see - your mind will be blown!). She provided great recommendations while at the same time completely respecting our vision for the day. Sue always had great advice whenever I had questions and I greatly appreciated all of her insights. I often joked that if I didn't show up for my own wedding, I'm not sure anyone would notice because Sue had everything locked down and I was 100% confident things would run absolutely flawlessly. Fast forward a few months later to our actual wedding celebration and boy oh boy did Sue, Dan and Mike ever deliver! Our celebration was held at the Ajax Convention Centre and we chose to keep the decor simple. We relied on ForeverSounds to provide uplighting and other lighting effects to help the venue "pop". People were amazed at how beautiful the venue looked - thanks to both the incredible staff at the Convention Centre and the lighting effects from ForeverSounds. We also chose ForeverSounds to provide MC services. Sue made sure things ran completely smoothly, allowing me to just relax and enjoy the wedding celebration instead of stressing about everything. As for the music? You will definitely not be disappointed. One of the reasons we chose ForeverSounds is because they do not follow a "template" - they tailor their services depending on your needs, preferences, and, most importantly, what your guests are responding to and enjoying. I can't tell you how many people we've had approach us asking for the "playlist" for the wedding. They are always disappointed when I tell them there isn't one, since it was customized just for us! Dan and Mike effortlessly got people on the dance floor, and kept it full the entire afternoon. I can't thank you guys enough for everything you did for us. I, without any hesitation at all, would (and have!) recommend you to absolutely anyone who is looking for a DJ. When you book with ForeverSounds, though, you aren't just getting a DJ. You are getting an entire team of people who will help you with all of your entertainment needs: music, lighting, MC services, event coordination, games, and so much more. My husband and I booked ForeverSounds Dj for our September 2018 wedding. We had our initial meeting with Sue & Dan in September 2017 and knew right away we had made the best decision moving forward with them. Their organization was outstanding, they were friendly and confident in the services they provided. Sue was extremely prompt in answering any questions I had throughout our planning process. We met with Sue & Dan about a month before our wedding to review all our final details, again their organization was fantastic. Although we had a harpist doing our seating & ceremony music, we decided to have ForeverSounds Djs mic our officiant and they also provided a mic for us when we read our vows. More so, we knew that we needed their services with Sue's organization, she brought me so much comfort when I needed it the most. Sue & Dan had choices of games we could do throughout the night, we chose the Shoe Game & the Salt and Pepper game - both of which were huge hits with our guests. Sue was with us from start to finish, including our rehearsal. Our parents & bridal party were in 'awe' of Sue as the effort she showed was impeccable!! We also had Sue as our MC, she was amazing! She wrote a love story based on some key dates & notes we provided her with, which allowed our guests to have a better insight to our relationship. Being a bride, planning my first and only wedding, wanting it to be absolutely perfect.. it was easy for the stress to take over. Sue was ALWAYS there with friendly phone conversations, words of advice and reassurance that everything was going to work out perfectly, as I pictured it. And it did, but I truly believe our day was as perfect as it was because of Sue, Dan & Michael. Thank you again so much to ForeverSounds Djs!!!

Sue & Dan are 5 star vendors. They offer amazing value with the inclusion of their onsite coordinator to ensure your day is worry free. I was a Magical Mirror Photo Booth vendor at a very chaotic wedding There were logistical issues, the bride wasn't feeling well, fire alarm, firemen, the list goes on but Sue was responsive and calm. She was very detail oriented and organized. Dan had the dance floor buzzing all night and their games got great reaction from the crowd. My fiancé and I were supposed to get married this August. When we started searching vendors for our wedding we came across Forever Sounds because they were a preferred vendor at our venue. My fiancé and I met with Susan and her husband and instantly had our minds made up, we had to choose them for our DJs. They were easy going, supportive and so easy to get a long with. At our meeting, they were very professional with sample contracts, pricing and even a power point presentation. Then the pandemic happened. Susan was very flexible with make up dates unfortunately they did not work with our venue's make up date. We are sad that Forever Sounds will not be our DJs but we still recommend them and value all of their help, support and guidance throughout our wedding planning. Dear Sue, Dan and Michael – We knew from our very first conversation that you were different from other DJ Services. Your meticulous attention to detail, organization, ability to read a room, outgoing personalities, warm demeanor and sense of humour made our wedding an absolute fairy tale. Neither my fiancé nor I have attended many weddings, so your guidance, coordination and planning leading up to, and on the day of, the wedding were an absolute godsend. Sue – having you at the rehearsal was invaluable. Everyone knew their cues, they knew how to stand to make our photos gorgeous and they were all so much less nervous because EVERYONE trusted you. On the day of the wedding, it was like we had a wedding planner… you fixed my décor when the wind tousled it, you coordinated with our photographers so they knew what was coming up, and your ability to wrangle even the toughest of wedding party members was impressive! Dan - One of my favourite moments of the day was the Sweet Caroline competition. We did not expect it, it was an absolute BLAST and it energized our guests at the perfect moment during dinner. We felt like royalty on our wedding day and had the absolute best vendors any bride and groom could ask for. We cannot recommend Forever Sounds DJ Services enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

You hire them for AV but then you get all of their experience in event planning and management as a bonus. They're going to take ownership of your event and ensure that your plan goes off flawlessly and you get the special occasion you deserve.

ForeverSounds DJ Services are simply the best. They are so experienced, organized and meticulous we felt immediately at ease. We were lucky enough to meet Dan & Sue at a Deer Creek Vendor event. Dan & Michael (son) control the AV, music and anything else that comes up and Sue organized the day almost by each step – it’s like having a wedding coordinator included in the DJ package. Additionally, they acted as emcees for the evening and made sure everything stayed on track. We even requested Sue’s presence to help organize our rehearsal walk through two days prior to the wedding. The ForeverSounds DJ team provided above and beyond service on our big day. They are so much more than a DJ service and we recommend them to anyone who will listen to us. When I met Dan and Sue at the Ajax bridal show in 2017 I knew we had work with them. We did not even have a date set for the wedding yet. When picking a day with our venue we made sure Dan and Sue were available the same day as well. Their team work made sure that the day ran smoothly, Sue kept us on track while Dan kept the music going. They even helped us include some live music from panache steel band - a live steel band.
