Ordered one of their walls a few weeks ago for an upcoming event. Was contacted promptly by an employee regarding my inquiry and he asked me to send a deposit right away to secure my date and to text message my information for the event, which I did. I was then called on 3 separate occasions regarding my "inquiry" and all 3 employees had no recollection of my previous conversation or my deposit. This was concerning to me as 1) had I even spoken to an actual employee or 2) was my order even confirmed. Once an invoice had been sent out finally to say that I had paid the $100 deposit, I was then asked again for my details of the event which I had previously given. It was clear there was no communication amongst these employees. I was then asked 1 week prior to the event, to pay in full. Given the circumstances, I did not feel comfortable with this and declined and said that I would pay in full the day of. I then was told to "just fill out your information" once again and it was then that I decided to cancel completely. I asked to be refunded the $100 deposit given my event was still a week away, and was never told this deposit would be non-refundable until I was directed to the "fine print" of the invoice which was sent AFTER my e-transfer was already accepted.
This company appears to not be organized or have any sort of communication within their team, and given my experience, I felt that asking for the deposit back was not too much to ask. It apparently was and so here I am. I would NOT recommend using this company in the future.
