We reached out Weddings by Ardenian as our number one choice floral vendor all because our venue featured her amazing work, and my now wife wanted her wedding to look exactly like that! Naira was professional, honest, and treated us with respect! She did everything possible to help us get the look we wanted and we signed with her after that first meeting! Unfortunately due to the pandemic and the uncertain times ahead of us, we had changed then cancelled then changed the date again. Throughout the whole process Naira was fair, honest, and supported our decisions during the whole process. We finally decided a few weeks ago to get married and even though with all the last minute planning and rushing, Naira and her team worked with us to make sure our new venue still looked like a fairy tale wedding! Her work and creativity was outstanding. I had no idea what to expect but when I first saw the work I was absolutely stunned! She went and exceeded all of our expectations. When I walked down the aisle with my father from the gazebo, I thought I was walking into a beautiful and romantic rose garden, everything was so perfect. We saw all the upgrades because you are such a generous person and also someone you can trust without a question. When we entered the dining room, everything was so stunning, the luxury backdrops with crystal chandeliers, centerpieces, headtable and everything. I feel so regret that time flies that I don't have enough time to look at all the beautiful work. Our wedding was last minute due to my mom's health.. and weddings by Adrenian were so accomodating, so kind and so professional. Naira turned our modest little church into a beautiful fairytale and the bouquet was breathtaking. She's a fairy godmother, truly. Her eye for color and flowers is astounding, not even that her lovely personality had me feeling so warm and loved!! Micha, the photographer was truly incredible as well. His professionalism, sense of humor and incredible skills really made for some genuine shots I bet. He was like a ninja!! He kept popping up at the best times. We had some concerns as an interracial couple but honestly, Micha made that disappear. We choose our venue at the four seasons hotel Toronto, and were determined to look for the best florist in town to help decorate our most important day. Small or large she will find a way to maximize what you give her to work with. Last Friday, Naira created the absolute most beautiful centre pieces, bouquets and decor for my pergola. She took the existing beauty of the Arlington Estate, included my colors, added her vision and made it into my dream wedding. Her team's kindness and care was extremely apparent throughout the entire set up and take down- with not one detail left out. My wedding was originally a destination wedding in Jamaica but after hearing about the violence and such on the news had to cancel last minute. I was initially very excited to come across the Weddings by Ardenian website. I had a great first conversation with Naira and agreed to meet her half way for an initial consultation. We had a great chat over coffee and discussed what I was looking for in great detail down to the type of flowers. I shared my budget and was told everything I want was doable within that budget. I received the quote the following day and the amount was nearly double the budget I had communicated. I expressed my concerns and asked some questions on what flowers she would use to meet my budget vs what she had included in the quote. I also mentioned that I didn't think that telling me everything is doable within my budget and then quoting nearly double is a good way to start building trust. I was then told to "take it easy" and was called a "detective who would use (her) every word against (her)" and was told to stop sending "hate mail". While I'm sure that Naira's work is lovely and well priced, this is one of the biggest day of a woman's life and there has to be trust. Trust in my book starts with honesty up front in order to manage expectations. I would have been ok if she told me up front my budget wouldn't cover everything I wanted. If you are considering Weddings by Ardenian for your wedding, be clear about your budget, make sure what you want is truly doable so you don't get sticker shock when you get the quote and shop around. As you can see from her response and the feedback from one of her other clients further down the review list, there is definitely a bad attitude if you challenge anything or ask questions. Personal attacks against potential clients is very unprofessional. Especially since so much in this industry depends on word of mouth.

Being OCD about planning and vendor sourcing, I was intimately involved in most aspects of the wedding planning process. However, florals was one area of which I simply had no idea how to think about. Thankfully, we found Naira! My #1 criteria with any vendor is ability to *deliver* - that's the bottom line. Not only did Naira deliver, she executed an unforgettable look for our wedding. For example, we had floating candles. I didn't really think about floating candles, and underestimated the impact they would have, particularly when set on dark, wooden tables. The resulting look was just warmly magical. Other floral vendors we were working with prior were simply taking us from Point A to B to C. Naira, however, will stop you (and firmly) if she thinks you are going in the wrong direction. She really did a fabulous job of taking our vision and bringing it to execution.

However, after reading how she belittles, insults and mocks her clients in response to critical feedback, I'm too scared now to work with her. What if we disagree on something? Her responses are so unprofessional and emotionally dysregulated that it's shocking, and a bit alarming actually. They show really poor judgment on her part. Doesn't she realize that her customers and potential customers can read these responses she's posting? She actually told a reviewer she was nice enough to proceed with her low budget when she had other higher paying clients -- that's so RUDE!!! You're not supposed to TELL your clients you don't make enough money off of them! And some of her arguments don't really make sense - she said something like just because she says she can deliver within a budget, doesn't mean she can! What kind of logic is that?! Yikes! I'm staying so far away. EDIT: The owner’s response is bizarre and has absolutely nothing to do with me. I have no idea who Kish is. I’m sorry you think I’m one of your disgruntled customers. I was merely reflecting on your behaviour displayed in how you to respond to reviews.

Naira and her team is amazing!!!!!! That is the only way to put it. For my wedding two weeks ago, what she did literally stunned me when I walked into my ballroom at the King Eddie. My husband is only cares about customer service and communication when he meets with the vendors, whereas I focus more on the products. We selected all our vendors based on pleasantness and ease of communications and quality of work, Naira has only exceeded our expectations in all aspects and all our other vendors were also wonderful. Even my father who did not care about flowers commended the center-pieces and the sweetheart table Naira did for us. She even went the extra mile for us and surprised us with a few items we didn't ask for to make our wedding more complete. She did the flowers exactly as I envisions although I was terrible at communicating my vision to her. When I had a little panick attack towards the wedding day and kept sending her emails ensuring everything is going to go as we discussed, she was so sweet and patient with me and ALWAYS put me at ease. All I can say is she made my wedding day a dream, or rather she made my dream wedding com true. To other brides that are looking for practical advise in selecting vendors, respect your vendors when you meet with them, be polite, reasonable and realistic. It's all about mutual respect and communication. I've met with several flower vendors before deciding to work with Naira, so I've learned that since I'm not going to get everything I want within my budget, I will have to prioritize, which was fine, I still got my dream wedding within my budget and she even threw in some extras. In the end, I went with my gut and decided to work with Naira because our communication was easy, she was very clear on what I would get and the itemized quote was extremely helpful. She was also willing to negotiate and work with me on fitting everything into my budget. I honestly only have the best things to say and her team is simply a group of wonderful people and will always put a huge smile on your face.

After stressing and looking for vendors for our wedding, we selected Weddings by Ardenian after meeting with Naira. She was most helpful in guiding me and my now-wife on what looks best and how best to present the florals and decor to our guests. I didn't know anything about flowers besides really the colour, but Naira was able to take it from there and design centrepieces and decoration that made the whole evening perfect. The piece that we get the most compliments on still is her flower arch. Naira has great attention to detail and spent a good amount of time getting to know us, our likes and dislikes and all about our wedding even before we booked with her. Naira is a true professional and is talented at her craft, she made a lot of great suggestions that allowed us to have everything we wanted for our big day all without blowing our budget – this is a rare find nowadays! When the big day finally arrived, her and her team worked seamlessly to transition from an outdoor ceremony to Plan B when the weather didn’t cooperate at the 11th hour - they didn’t miss a beat. As a bride, one of my favorite things about working with Weddings by Ardenian is that that they are a one-stop shop. We used them for flowers, décor and linens. Working with fewer vendors saved us time, stress and money. We received many compliments on our centerpieces and décor – thanks Naira!
