This is 905 Construction, I rented a bouncy castle from this company for my 3 year old and I was happy with there service. I wasn't home but they had set up the bouncy castle. My children's party was a blast. I will rent from then again.

The day before our my son's birthday party the delivery person called me and told me that the owner had made a mistake - and we were outside of the delivery area (even though when we spoke on the phone about the closest intersection etc and it was very clear to both where we lived, plus I had to fill out paperwork with our address). He said that gas prices had gone up and that they made a mistake saying they could deliver to us. He gave me 3 options 1) pay $50 for delivery 2) pick it up ourselves or 3) cancel for a full refund. Honestly, if YOU made the mistake why should the customer have to pay extra? The contract was already done and signed - so asking me to pay more or cancel the day before the party really was not a good customer service move and did not give me much choice other than to pay the extra $50. Also we got a bouncy castle that had a ball pit at the bottom of the slide, I specifically asked if it came with the balls and they said yes - and when it arrived there was max 30 balls - the pictures have the ball pit full of atleast 150 balls, but what we got didn't even come close to filling it up - it looked kinda pitiful.

My wife and I recently rented a 6 in 1 combo from this company for our church picnic, unfortunately it was last minute and the superb customer service we received from the staff in that short space of space was phenomenal! The level of professionalisn they had over the phone and even when they arrived at our event was outstanding. We've recommended them to our family and friends already, because they did a great job with very good prices. Can't wait to host my next event, cause they're my go to company.

My wife and I rented the 6 in 1 Combo and the 35 FT Purple Beast Dual Lane Obstacle Course and it was amazing!! The units were bright, new, and the hit of our family party. The kids were on them all day long. James and his staff were great. There showed up on time, they set up for us, they explained all the rules and what to do. They came back in the evening after the party was over to take it down and take it all away. He also left us extra tarps in case it rained. We will absolutely rent from Triumphant Amusements Party Rentals again and recommend them to everyone we know looking for inflatable rides to rent.

I don’t often leave reviews but wanted to make sure I did in this case because, even nearly 1 year later, I am still disturbed, disappointment and truly disgusted at the customer service. It seems the positive reviews are so long as you have no issues with the product. The moment you have any issues however, and there is some level of “customer service” required, good luck to you! I won’t even bore you with the extremely lengthy review that would be required to cover all of the details of how James has zero integrity and refuses to accept responsibility and right a wrong. But my two year old son and his friends were left extremely disappointed and upset on his birthday after the motor overheated and the jumping castle stopped working within the first hour of his birthday party. James was accessible when we contacted him to let him know what was going on, and convinced us to let the people who were renting it for the next day come pick it up, reassuring us that he would make it right. After a few texts and one phone conversation to discuss compensation for the fact that the kids did not get to enjoy the jumping castle we paid for, James indicated that the “boss” (who is clearly his partner/wife Genny) is not in and he would get back to me. Despite reaching out to him and asking him to call me back several times- I have not heard back from him to this day. If you have zero issues and the product works, then I guess you’ll be okay. But the moment you have an issue, be warned that you will be left high and dry because James has ZERO integrity and once he has your money you are SOL. Although the prices are reasonable given what’s out there, I would 100% not recommend this company because James- to put it frankly- sucks! As emexplifoed with the other negative reviews, James accepts no responsibility. So James, before you have a chance to say “that is not true”, just save it and continue not responding like you have done to this point. In response to “the owner’s” response: Oh wow James you can respond?! But there we go folks- case and point- ZERO RESPONSIBILITY. He just likes to blame his customers. Please notice that every negative review he gets, he responds the same way. He lacks class, integrity and professionalism. I guess the fact that we tried the blower in SEVERAL different outlets (that worked just fine with other items that were plugged in; and even to check that it was indeed NOT the outlet, we also tried plugging in our large 400 watt speaker, that was playing music throughout the entire party, into the same outlet and it worked perfectly. Then we immediately unplugged the speaker and plugged in the castle and it did not work!!) definitely makes it clear that it was the outlet. Couldn’t possibly have been the yellow blower. You are truly something else James, it’s actually unbelievable lol.

I'm a bit late with my review, I apologize! I booked a bouncy castle back in June for a 5th birthday party. The one I wanted was not available, but James did a fantastic job of helping me secure a bouncy castle that was equally as fun for the kids. Triumphant Amusement Rentals were easy to work with. There was great communication between them and I. The 2 employees, Anup and co., were extremely friendly & knowledgeable, and completed the set up in a jiffy! They communicated well with me for pick up also. I will definitely use Triumphant again for future events. Thank you James, Anup & co. for helping to make our event successful!! ????

These guys are good. We booked a Super Combo with Slide for my sons' 6th birthday party in our yard. James and his crew arrived a couple hours ahead and set up the castle and were nice enough to move it around a few times to get it just right for us and the backdrop we have set up in the yard. The castle was really big and strong and kept the kids busy during the entire party! Will definitely rent from Triumphant Amusements again next year. Thanks, James!

I was a fantastic experience, they actually delivered one day before our event because the bouncy castle was already in my area which helped our plans out tremendously with timing for our sons birthday party. They went above and beyond expectations not only their service but providing profession friendly staff to get the job done. I will, without question, be using Triumphant Event Rentals for our next planned event, once again thank you very much for you services.

Customer service is terrible; the product was good. I rented the toddler bouncy castle for the day. I was told that the day before it would be dropped off and he asked if he could come around 10pm to drop it off? I suggested the next morning and he insisted it be dropped off that night. He ended up coming at 8pm and was concerned that it would get dirty overnight with “bugs” and if it rains it will get dirty. We had no room in the shed so we put it under our gizebo and you can tell he did not like this. We discussed him picking it up between 7-9 pm the next day after the party 9 being the latest and he said just text or call him when everyone is about to leave and he will come get it. Well 7 pm he just shows up in our backyard with the party still going on kids in the bouncy castle and has the nerve to start telling the toddlers and kids to stop jumping this way and that way. I then had to kick out the kids including my 3 yo daughter who was devistated as it was her party, and the kids had to put all the balls from the ball pit in a bag for him while he was taking it down. My husband voiced frustration to him and after half taking it down, where he replied “do you want me to come back later?” We just told him to take it at this point. .... very poor customer service and terrible experience. All he was worried about was the castle getting dirty and the kids not “breaking” it and manjiorty were toddlers. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Triumphant Amusements has been really great for us. We've been using James and his company for the past 4 years for our annual bbq. It was my brother that recommended them to us. We first started off with the small bouncers then upgraded to the big super combos and obstacle courses along with the food machines. James and his staff have always been on time and quick to make last minute changes if we needed to make any. The equipment is always solid and clean on arrival and the prices are competitive.

Totally not TRUSTABLE!!!!!! They come LATE by 2 hours, and use every excuse (like it is cloudy, it might rain...) to withdraw your deposit and leave!!! Totally a disappointment!!!!!,

I had such a phenomenal experience renting a bouncy castle from Triumphant. If I could give them more than 5 stars that's what I would have done. I rented a bouncy castle for my child's 5th Birthday last Saturday May 12th, 2018 for the first time ever as we just got our house. Great customer service, from phone calls, to getting and delivered and picked up. I asked for time extension so that the kids could enjoy more and the gentleman from Triumphant didn't even think twice so I want thank this gentleman and the staff for the great service! I would definetely recommend this to anyone who's planning events in the summer! You won' regret it and this is definetely not my last time renting from them! Thumbs up guys!

I hired this company for a bouncy castle for my daughters 2nd Birthday! This company was so professional and so polite and very ethical! I had a bad experience from another company that I used for my other daughters birthday and I was nervous to rent another castle, however I did! The gentleman James was so honest and great with responding to my questions properly and gave me great ease going into my event! James came the night before to set up, explained all the rules and left us to enjoy. Wonderful gentleman, wonderful and professional business! I HIGHLY recommend this company!! Highly!
