Relax planning was our best investment for the whole wedding. As a couple, we planned and organized as much as we could and about 10 days before the wedding, we decided that we could bite the bullet and hire a wedding planner. Most of it was done, but the little details and coordinating between each vendor and the travel ,all of it was so exhausting. After our initial three hour meeting, Bineesh was on board with everything, from picking up flowers from the florist the night before to making sure we had our marriage certificate signed to knowing and recognizing immediate family members to picking up the wedding cake and dropping it off at the reception to being there when emotions take over. She was absolutely a blessing to work with and such a beautiful person. As soon as she stepped in, she took charge, got everything organized in perfect symphony and made the storm into a perfect calm. If there is one thing we would not change about our wedding, it would be Bineesh. She was well worth it and more.

Bineesh Chadha and her Relax Planning team is phenomenal! They get the job done and are always there for the bride and groom. We hired them for our wedding weekend and it was, by far, the best investment. They were on top of the agenda, last minute adjustments, and getting people together. The headache of dealing with vendors became their headache and that is such an important consideration for couples. Relax planning helped coordinate our reception with just a few days of notice. We had a falling out with some wedding planners we had hired and were looking for someone to coordinate our reception day. We called Bineesh and she calmed us down and really took care of us. She connected us with one of her coordinators and took care of all the little details on our reception day. Everything went smoothly and we wish we had planners like them throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend them!

When I started planning my wedding, I knew I would need a little help. I scoured the web to find a team that would work with myself, my family and in laws to help execute our vision. Bineesh and the Relax Planning team really came through for us! Like many weddings now, mine was a fusion of two different cultures. She helped navigate the differences - with sensitivity and understanding, such that all three of my events flowed beautifully. She walked my parents through the customs of a Sikh Ceremony. She also helped my groom's family understand the rituals in a West Indian - Hindu Ceremony. The best thing the Relax Planning team did was take the pressure off my parents and in laws. She helped with the leg work, which let my parents, and in laws sit back and enjoy the union of our families.

Bineesh was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding! We got married just this past September while regulations were still changing around capacity restrictions, vaccinations etc. Bineesh helped us to manage the additional complexities that come with having a "covid wedding", while also making sure we had a beautiful normal wedding day. She executed the details on our wedding day really well and helped to problem solve & manage some last minute hiccups that were out of our control. Bineesh and team were a part of our planning efforts for our wedding in May, 2018. The fact that I am writing this review more than 2 years later should be a testament to the impact the Relax Planning team had on our day. My first interaction with Bineesh was when she was helping with my sister’s wedding in 2014. I was a pretty absent brother through the planning process. Despite that, when she ran into an issue with one of the vendors on the wedding day, she reached out to me to help solve the minor financial issue at the time. She didn’t want to disrupt the bride, groom or any of our parents at the time and made a judgement call to come to me even though I wasn’t a part of the planning process at all. The situation was handled and I’m not sure anyone even knows this happened to this day. Her discerning actions and decision making impressed me then and so when it was time to get help for my wedding, she was the first person we contacted. Fast forward 4 years to my wedding day – My beautiful bride had a very detailed plan (to the minute) as to what she thought was going to happen… And I had a few surprises up my sleeve that I needed inserted into the plan without her knowledge. Bineesh rolled with the punches and took care of it all – rather seamlessly. The reality is things never go as per plan, but the question one needs to ask is did anyone really know? In some cases, even our MC didn’t – Bineesh just updated him with what he had to do next and on with the evening. Yes, she most definitely helped with vendor planning and made sure they were organized and yes, she followed up with all of them frequently to make sure they were all on schedule. Those aspects are what I consider fundamental to a planning service and the Relax team executes these “table stakes” very well. What sets them apart is when things go sideways… Bineesh’s ability to assess the situation, make a judicious decision so that the day progresses seamlessly is what you really want in a planner! That is what you get with this team. They were a critical piece that formed one of the best days of my life.

Words truly cannot express how thankful I am to have Bineesh as our wedding coordinator. To many, planning a wedding right now seems so frustrating, however Bineesh makes the experience easy and 'relaxed'. She has been compassionate, patient, supportive and honest in every consultation I have had with her. Despite being our wedding coordinator (who would step in 4 weeks prior to the wedding), Bineesh has always been available and accessible to us for our many questions and requests as we try to navigate COVID-19. She has gone out of her way to look into our contracts and provide thoughtful, professional advice. I have reached out to her numerous times with questions, concerns and at times just pure frustration not knowing how to proceed with our wedding in these unprecedented times. Every time Bineesh has listened patiently and helped us manage the situation, sometimes stepping in to deal with vendor issues entirely on her own which is above and beyond her role! What I love most about Bineesh is that she is honest, transparent and completely real which is so important in these unpredictable times. It is very clear that she genuinely cares for her clients and wants to ensure they have a beautiful wedding! It has been an absolute pleasure working her thus far and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator/planner!!

Bineesh Chadha was a crucial part of planning for our recent daughter’s Sangeet on the 13, September, wedding and reception on September 14, 2019. During our first meeting it became apparent to both my older daughter and I that we would be choosing to work with Bineesh to coordinate my younger daughter’s wedding. She came into the first meeting with so many wonderful ideas, and what struck me the most was she took the time to get to know what our expectations were. During subsequent meetings Bineesh helped us begin to visualize how our daughter’s wedding day would look like. Bineesh is a gifted professional; who not only handled the flowers, linens, table settings, guest lists, venue contract and other important details, she also kept us organized with our small tasks and time lines that were necessary for the wedding to come off as we had envisioned. Her time management skills were commendable ; she was always available and accessible to us with our many questions and requests. Bineesh took care of details we thought were insignificant and was able to give extremely valuable input into any decisions that we did choose to be involved in. She was very meticulous in taking care of every minute details for all the three events at three different venues for two consecutive days. It was a Herculean task but she was gracious in her dealings with all the wedding party members and was sincere and honest in all of her communications. She managed to create an elegant event that truly was a dream come true for my daughter and her fiancé. During our meetings or phone conversations she not only asked questions, she actively listened to our answers and new ideas and incorporated them into her suggestions and decisions. We valued each other’s opinions and that helped to integrate all our ideas genuinely into our daughter’s wedding. Without any exaggeration we can truly state that the wedding was an exceptionally splendid event! * It was truly everything we had imagined and more. If there were any hiccups or issues on the day of, we never knew about them because she was there every step of the way to take care of them. We would highly recommend Bineesh if anyone is looking for an event planner. There was tremendous feed back from our guest how well the two day events were superbly organized and we owe that to Bineesh. The first thing that attracted us to Bineesh was the company name - exactly what we were looking for with a planner. She was fantastic in helping us to plan our micro ceremony wedding in 3 months while navigating the rapidly changing COVID restrictions. Throughout the ups and downs of wedding planning, she kept us sane and on track, reassuring us when we 'had time' and nudging us when we needed to get to work. Admittedly, there was a bit of sticker shock when we saw her rates. However, a good planner ain't cheap, and after seeing the work that she put in and going through this experience with her, she was completely worth it! When your photographer tells you that your wedding is one of the most organized and efficient Indian weddings they have ever shot, you know getting a planner was totally worth it! As my husband and I have observed, not all planners are made the same and Relax Planning was exceptional. Bineesh started to help us with wedding details about a month and a half prior and it really helped us get organized. She then attended our final meeting with our venue, which made us feel more confident about the day, which at that point was a week and a half away. On the day of the wedding, we didn't have to think or worry about anything because they took care of all of it and reassured us along the way. Anytime Bineesh saw even a hint of panic on our faces she reassured us that it was all taken care of. Lastly, she was calm, confident, and on point about everything. I understand that weddings cost a lot, especially with so many guests and vendors but that is exactly why you need a planner or atleast a day planner-especially if your wedding and reception are on the same day as ours was. You also need to do what they tell you, stay on task and enlist help where you need it (which they'll tell you). Relax Planning was worth every penny, they killed it, and we could not be happier. We have gotten so many praises on how organized our wedding was. Thank you so much!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Relax planning! We specifically used day of coordination for both wedding & reception. Considering we decided to use this service only weeks before our events, Bineesh was very organized, got all of our details and made sure the events ran so smoothly. Took care of any last minute hiccups, so that my husband and I could enjoy our events without stressing out or involving our parents! Highly recommend her services, and even if you're debating on not getting a full wedding planner, at least a day of coordination is truly worth it!
