From the start to end, I had amazing communication with my point of contact Michael. I appreciate him being there for any questions I had and following up. Pefect customer service! Finding an event that engages, makes everyone excited & happy is hard to find until I found this team building event! From the beginning to the end, it went perfectly, very user friendly and every single person loved it and it brought people together and created many memories for our group. Our VP said that people who are normally don't participate even said how much they loved it. I love that it makes everyone participate!

First time going White Water Rafting and it was a total blast, the course was a little too easy i found though. But the staff was very friendly and consistently entertaining. Pictures were overpriced however but that was the only downside. Luckily we brought our own Go-Pro and all of their helmets had a camera. They even provided a snack and drink half way through when we stopped at a river bed. 10/10

I ran back to back events using Outback Team Building in August 2019 with groups sizes ranging from 50-450 people and they were a dream to work with throughout the whole process. They devised a customized package to suit the needs of our groups which was awesome and the team of staff running the events were excellent. They were knowledgeable, flexible and just wanted to ensure everyone had a good time. It is always a risk as an event planner to use external vendors but when a team of experts show up and execute flawlessly, it is a huge relief / massive success. I look forward to working with them again in the future! We did a mixture of Corporate Castaway, Minute to Win It Games, Build A Bike and also the Jewel Heist Escape Room and I would recommend each of these programs as all of our staff loved them....and we have a very diverse group!

Great experience for the entire office, young and and young at heart alike. Very easy to setup and run with everything provided to have a fun event. Only reason it was not 5 stars is the app... activities need to be removed from the list once completed. It is time consuming to scroll through all the activities every time.

It is a great way to start off a two day planning retreat; great team work and lots of laughter. The staff at Outback have been very responsive and helpful each time we begin our planning. It was beyond my expectations, I understood what it was we were going to do, but I had no idea just how much fun and engaging it would be for my employees. It allowed a lot of my employees to step out of their shells and become silly, goofy and not so serious....just what we needed. It also broke down the perceived notions they had of each other. As the manager they see me as "The Boss" and not one of the team. Many people said I had no idea you were so much fun and easy going. It really helped me break that barrier between us. I do wish there was a link to be able to see the videos and submissions on the website right after the event, so that we all could watch together. The app doesn't show all the submissions, and is not able to broadcast to a large group. Hoping I can get something this week from you to share at a future team meeting. - UPDATE Outback Team sent me a zip file of all our submissions (photos and videos) the day after the event! We all came together again to watch the submissions and re-live the day! THANK YOU OUTBACK!!!

The event coordinator was able to provide us the team building activity with short notice. The Clue Murder Mystery activity our team did was so much fun and everyone enjoyed it! We would love to do it again if you had a different murder mystery story to solve!

From the time I posted an inquiry onto the Outback Team Building & Training website I had excellent communication from their team and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. They helped pull off an event that was a lot of fun and enjoyed by everyone on our team. I was out of the office a lot in the time before our event and the Outback staff worked hard to keep in touch with me and ensure that I had everything I needed before our event. The afternoon before my event I had to switch things around and even with that they were accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!

Very fun app, our team had an amazing experience using it. One not of constructive criticism is the acceptable answers to the riddles. It seems as though there is a very narrow pool of acceptable answers, excluding other technically correct however differently entered answers. For example one answer to a riddle was "Nose" however I wrote "A Nose" and it was incorrect. other than that great app, would use again :)

Fantastic communication from planning to onsite contact to onsite, high energy onsite reps, variety of games and activities, ability to keep people involved and entertained, experience with corporate groups, domino activity was 1.5 hours which was perfect length of time and kept everyone engaged active and having fun. This is the third event I have done with Outback Team Building and I will continue to keep them top of my lists for all future events. Highly recommend this team!

The scavenger hunt was a complete success. The app was extremely user friendly. The missions were amazing. I needed to contact in for help in the middle of the event and I was provided immediate assistance. I received follow up emails occasionally leading up to our event date. EVERYONE had an amazing time. We have not one single complaint.

My friends and I went on the Elaho River rafting trip last weekend and had a blast! This company is not only professional but fun. Their staff was knowledgeable about the rivers and local area compared to other companies I have rafted with in the past. I have paid more for rafting trips previously and with Canadian Outback's reasonable prices and superb quality, it was an excellent value. Even though I am more experienced in rafting, some of the people I went with weren't. However this did not even have an impact on our trip because of how helpful and friendly the staff treated us. I would highly recommend anyone to go up a raft the Squamish rivers, especially if done through Canadian Outback! That trip is something I will remember for the rest of my life!

Right from the start, I received excellent service. When I first sent and email to inquire about the activity, Anthony was very quick to respond and set up a conference call to ensure all my questions were answered. Once I committed, we were assigned to Dolena, the event coordinator and she introduced us to Miguel, the event manager. Miguel was very patient with us and answered every question we had. He was available virtually for the duration of the activity. The "random acts of kindness" activity perfectly matched our philosophy. It was great fun and a perfect way for our team to re-connect. We will definitely use OUTBACK again in the future

We purchased and participated in the Wild Goose Chase (scavenger hunt) for a work Team Bonding Event. The communication prior to the event was great & it went off without a hitch-- Everyone had an amazing time!! I also love that all of the submission pictures & videos are available to download afterward. I put them all together for everyone to enjoy. I would HIGHLY recommend it for a team event!

It was easy and fun! Its hard to pull off an event that everyone is involved in with virtual but so far this has been a success for both our management and sales teams. We have always been a very team oriented workplace and the pandemic has put strains on the physical aspect of that. This event had us working together, (even it was from our own homes) had us laughing and building on our teams strengths again. Nothing but positive feedback from our staff! The only thing I would add is that it would be great if they had more than one Murder Mystery to solve so we can come back again!

The team is always responsive and provides great suggestions for our needs. We had a great time doing the Clue Murder Mystery. The only feedback I can provide would be in regards to the multimedia files and that it wasn't easily accessible. A suggestion could be to either have the link or the file themselves embedded in the app.

First, from connecting with Jordan and Dolena. All of the communications were easy and just wonderful people to work with. At the start of the event, Dolena's energy was on point! My team needed that uplifting exciting energy and I was very happy to see our groups participating with excitement. The game and questions, even allowing to add our own, was very well done! There was no way our competitive group was going to finish early. Highly recommend especially being a Canadian company!
