Never use this place as a wedding venue. It's beautiful, however the lady in charge there is a nightmare of legend. Constant interruptions and rules that seem to change and be made up as they go while we were setting up our event. She left a bad taste in everyone's mouth even though we jumped through all her hoops placed before us. As if that wasn't enough, she had the audacity to claim things were missing/stolen and damaged. She attempted to charge us over $1000 for this nonsense. Save yourself the headache and find a venue that actually has a system in place and is used to facilitating events.

First time visiting today, was slim pickings as it is late in the season but even so we were able to fill our baskets. The staff member who greeted us was very friendly, the only downside was the difficulty finding a washroom, also maybe a tent over the outhouse to give it a little shade. Loved the day trip and will definitely be returning next year.

We hosted our wedding here and Katya went above and beyond all our expectations; as the owner of this stunning venue and as well as a wedding coordinator. The day was perfect and highlighted by Katya and Ken's calming and warm energy. Thank you so much for all your help and work! All our guests were so impressed with everything. Was driving on the road today when I saw the sign that they're open. Went there and was greeted by the Friendly owners. Not much people as expected because not a lot of farms are open yet but this farm is awesome. Strawberries are big and sweet ????. Must check out !

It is a beautiful and dreamy place for a wedding or any other event, well kept and decorated. It looks perfect for a small gathering or for an army of 2,000 guests — Lots of open space and natural features.

Went to a wedding here. What a great place for a small wedding! Beautiful grounds and the barn is a great place for the reception. It wasn’t my wedding no but I would highly recommend this place for a wedding of 140 or less. Food was very good also!

My wedding at Brooklands Farm this June was an actual dream come true - and that is all thanks to Katya and the team at Brooklands Farm. Not only is it the most beautiful venue imaginable (between the cottage, barn, lawns, gardens, dock and tree tunnel entrance) but, right from the moment you meet her, Katya does everything in her power to make sure your day is exactly what you want it to be. She has the most amazing eye for detail + decor, her suggestions and recommendations are spot on (i think she's done this a few times hehe) and she is SUCH a warm and wonderful woman. Not to mention, when my dress strap broke during cocktail hour she had her "bridal thread" in hand and my dress fixed in under three minutes - I don't think there's anything she can't do!! I love Katya, I love Brooklands Farm and I will never forget my perfect wedding there.

A Dream Wedding My daughter and now son-in law had their wedding at Brooklands Farm this past weekend. The entire experience from planning to execution could not have gone better. Katya was available to help in what every way we wanted or needed her to. Her suggestions and recommendations were always right on. We could not have wished for a better venue. The barn and grounds were perfect!!!! Guests came from across Canada. Everyone was thrilled with the venue. Even our Photographer and Videographer commented that it was one of the nicest venues there have ever been too. Truly a magical day. Thank You Brooklands Farm!

Brooklands Farm was the perfect venue for our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding. The care, attention to detail and planning - not just for events, but on a day-to-day basis, year in and out, has resulted in a beautiful property that creates the right ambiance for each and every celebration – it certainly did for the Doyle/Sanchez wedding! The grounds offered a comfortable and spacious environment for the ceremony and for guests to mingle and enjoy the ambiance. We were blessed with good weather but knew there was a sail tent as a backup for the ceremony and dancing after dinner. Our caterer “Krew” provided excellent food and service throughout the afternoon reception and for our evening dinner. The hosts - Ken and Katya Riley provided guidance and support from the first viewing of the property to the wedding day finale, and that was particularly important not just to ensure that guests were enjoying themselves, but that they were safe and government regulations were met. The barn where meals are served is a magical place at night and the outside firepit an added bonus after dark. Thank you sincerely, Ken and Katya!

Brooklands Farm was the perfect venue for our wedding! Katya was flexible and accommodating when we had to downsize our wedding because of covid-19; they even set up a zoom meeting for our ceremony so that guests we weren't able to invite were able to watch from home. The property is so beautiful and was the perfect backdrop for our wedding, and Katya and her team made the whole experience so wonderful and stress-free. Our guests of all ages loved the lawn games, the bonfire with s'mores, and finding tree frogs, toads and turtles on the property.

Brooklands Farm will have a special place in our hearts for the rest of our lives. Brooklands Farm hosted our wedding in May 2021. The generosity and hospitality leading up to and shown during our time spent on the Farm was unmatched. Despite the pandemic, Katya ensured our special day went forward as we envisioned and we were overjoyed with the experience. Katya is incredibly focused on providing everything possible for the most memorable experience for guests. Tireless flexibility and behind the scenes work in preparation and execution of our special day will never be forgotten. The willingness to go above and beyond in order to provide the best possible time for us and our guests was such a positive experience, we would highly recommend to anyone considering planning an event at Brooklands Farm. The venue itself is incredibly picturesque, and was our ideal location to be married! We will certainly re-visit the farm in the future, and will never forget our time spent there.

I have been to many barn weddings over the years and this venue takes the cake. The grounds were very well looked after. The barn is in great shape. The new bathrooms are also a very nice touch. I highly recommend this venue for a wedding and reception

My sister got married here on June 1st this year and it was the most WONDERFUL day! Katya and her team were so amazing, making sure that everything was perfect - she really goes so far above and beyond. The farm is such a beautiful place and they keep it in such good condition. The barn is unbelievably magical and a dream place for anyone to get married - I couldn't recommend this place more!! And THANK YOU Katya for praying to your father about the lost ring - I owe you both and am so grateful :)

A gorgeous and unique wedding venue, featuring a beautiful heritage barn on a farm which is situated by a lake in Muskoka. The staff I interacted with were friendly, professional, extremely helpful and they couldn't have been nicer. The location is unbeatable for a unique and memorable event and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others who are looking for a special venue.

What a magical place. I was here for a close friends wedding and was DJ'ing as well. I must say, I've been to many wedding and worked a lot of them, the benefits of having a venue where there aren't other weddings going on, there is amplitude amounts of parking, and it fits 150 people in the barn no problem. I highly recommend having a wedding here and yes it is up in Bracebridge, but making a weekend out of it is a great excuse to visit the outdoors the next day or before.

Very beautiful place; however, the owner is a complete nightmare. She had the audacity to tell us that part of moving decorations from reception to ceremony was not the responsibility of her or her staff and that they were all far too busy and “had other jobs to do” whilst standing around ‘supervising’ cocktail hour. She also had a bit of a fit because we asked her to help us get a ladder to move flowers from the archway after the ceremony and her response was for us (bridesmaids in 4” heels) to do it ourselves. She also argued that the flowers didn’t cost as much as they did, as she proceeded to drop them on the ground in her rage and stomp around in a huff. Later in the night she was telling guests they had eaten enough food during the midnight snack (food which was personally paid for and delivered by the couple and had nothing to do with her) and then proceeded to offer it to her own staff while telling guests there wasn’t any more for them. She is a complete headache to deal with, all the while being completely condescending and rude, which is a shame because the grounds are so lovely! I would say book here at your own risk.

A very beautiful wedding venue where staff were superb. The scenery is absolutely beautiful and the rustic barn is like nothing I have ever seen before! I would 100% recommends Brooklands farm as a venue of choice and you certainly cannot go wrong here!

We don't even know where to begin. Our wedding day this past July was a fairytale come true! Katya, Ken and the team at Brookland's are the true package. Through the challenging times of planning, and re-planning our wedding due to covid, Katya and the team we're always there to support, guide and pivot. They made our day so special, it truly was seamless. We had the absolutely most perfect, stress-free day! There was not a single aspect of the day we worried about, because we knew "Katya's got it!", it was such a lovely feeling to have. The grounds are absolutely stunning, the tent, barn and bar areas - people we're even commenting on how beautiful the bathrooms were! Every little detail is so well thought of, from gardens, to the lovely cup of coffee delivered to our front porch at the log house the next morning - she truly makes you feel like royalty. You can really tell how much love goes into everything they do. We would recommend this venue to anyone, and we will be sure to always stop in for a quick hello and life updates!

We haven’t had our wedding yet but we are booking for next year. Walking these grounds we knew right away that we have found the most perfect place to get married. Beauty radiates through every little detail and characteristic on the farm. Katya was so lovely and welcoming and we are beyond excited to work with her for our special day. My husband and I had the pleasure of getting married at Brooklands Farm in October 2020. The team/family at Brooklands Farm was absolutely INCREDIBLE from start to finish - especially Kelly & Nick!! Everything exceeded our expectations and Kelly's professionalism and knowledge made us feel so at ease planning an event that was way out of our comfort zone. We would not have been able to pull everything together if it wasn't for the staff at Brooklands Farm. We were so so incredibly happy with our day and how special they made us feel! Many of our guests were also blown away with the property and how amazing and friendly everyone was the day of. 10/10 would recommend! We will definitely be back to visit the farm in the future! :)

Fantastic wedding venue. Only one downside to be aware of is that the music must be turned down at 11pm (the max sound level is reasonable, but not as loud as some may like).
