Exceptional company and service!! I was in a time crunch situation for an event and did some online research into local area companies. To say that the other findings were pretty lack lustre in no exaggeration. We needed the wow factor, on a bigger scale for a large space. After reading some reviews and looking at their gallery, I knew this was the right choice. They were able to send me some examples via e-mail based on our theme, and voila, everything was delivered the next day! The arrangements exceeded my expectations. There was some concern about the helium not lasting in our non air conditioned space, but here we are days later, and they are as fresh as daisies. Thank you so much for helping us wow our guests, and for being amazing to work with. You can never have enough balloons, they bring any event to life. Highly recommend to anyone that needs the most professional arrangements with a custom flair.

I had a terrible experience with Party City at Heartland in Mississauga for my son's birthday party in April so was diligent in finding the perfect balloon company for the engagement party. Steve did not disappoint! He was patient and professional, delivered exactly what he promised ON TIME and UNDER BUDGET. I just wanted to thank you for doing a great job with the balloons for my event at Ruth Chris Restaurant in Markham - the bouquets were gorgeous and all of my guests commented on how beautiful they were. Also, I'm not sure who the delivery guy was but I received feedback that he was amazing and super helpful - he didn't just drop off the delivery, he spent time helping to set up and even offerred suggestions that some of the bouquets be put on top of the tables because the celings in the room were exceptionally high and it was the perfect suggestion. I was told that he was very nice and made a lot of great suggestions as to placement of the bouquets in the space and he even brought an extra 5 and 0 with him and was able to use those effectively to really highlight the room. I was so happy with the quality and service I received from you guys and would definitely recommend you to others!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I contacted this company over 6 weeks ago for balloons. I had to call and leave emails numerous times. This company does not reply to emails for days if not weeks. I was finally quoted 350$ for an arrangement a few days ago. I was ready to proceed with the order but today there was not a confirmation email but a plea to take down my review. If this was too small of an order they should have just told me from the get go instead of wasting my time.I will never suggest this company to anyone. I will repeat- HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have no idea where all these highly recommended reviews are coming from.

On fairly short notice, Melanie arranged a delivery for me to a downtown condo to a couple in quarantine. It was a birthday bouquet which was honestly the most complicated and varied balloon arrangement I've ever seen. More expensive than a regular bouquet but the presentation was absolutely worth every dollar. This company is amazing!!! When I first called to order a mothers day balloon-a-gram for my daughter I knew right away that this was an amazing company! I spoke to one of the owners and we chatted about the struggles that Covid and lockdowns have had on small businesses. BUT when my daughter's balloon a gram was delivered not only did it make her feel so special , they had personally hand written the lengthy card I had prepared from her son!! Then... like that wasn't enough .. they also gave me a Happy Mother's day arrangement!!! This was an over and above moment for me!!! Help small businesses but trust me the care, compassion and quality of service is something I haven't personally experienced in a long time :) The personal attention to details are simply above standards!! I just hosted a "meet and greet" for our 1st granddaughter and had never used Balloon Celebrations before. THEY WERE FABULOUS!!!! From my first call describing the event, Melanie asked me to send her pictures of the space so she could come up with a design. The next day she sent me picture options, put together her ideas with a quote for each idea. Once we decided on the theme and plan, an invoice was sent and payment online was easy.
