Seems like a good venue/wedding shop. Great one stop shop. Was in with a friend and they are getting suits, dresses, the venue, and a photographer at what I see as a good package of a deal. Rentals of dresses and suits really bring down the wedding costs. Great idea.

Whiteday is probably the best studio to work with (almost all our friends went with them for their weddings too!). The whole Whiteday team focused 100% of their effort on us whenever we had appointments with them, so it was amazing we got focused attention on our needs. Kevin is one of the most fun photographer we have ever met and his skills are second to none. On the wedding day, Cindy supported my wife as the bridal assistant and she made sure every moment of the wedding day was perfect! If you want a hassle-free wedding experience, Whiteday is THE place to go! Definitely recommend getting the wedding package that is one-up from the basic one, as you get quite a lot more for a relatively small price jump. And if you have a fur baby, you can have them at your indoor pre-wedding photo shoot too!

Whiteday Weddings Studio was an amazing place to go to for our wedding. The team at Whiteday are professional, supportive, friendly, and very accommodating. Jenifer and her team was very flexible and fair with our requests and our situation and were open and willing to help us however we needed. Our wedding was originally planned for November 2020, but due to Covid we decided to delay our ceremony. Jenifer and her team were super flexible and helped us to work around the situation in order to move our wedding day to May 2021. Jenifer was also extremely kind and was willing to fairly update costs based on our discussions and our situation. It was very thoughtful and we appreciated this a huge amount as we know how hard Covid has been for everybody. Jenifer also was really good with communication and was very prompt with emails and discussing with us on any topics during the planning process. The package we had included wedding dress rental. Their selection of excellent wedding dresses is quite large and we had an easy process for picking out the dresses we ended up using for the photo shoot and the wedding. They help to modify the dress accordingly also. This was a smooth process and they took care to make sure the dresses looked good for us. The package also included hair and makeup. The makeup artist was outsourced by Whiteday. She was a great makeup artist who was friendly did a great job both for the pre wedding photos and the wedding day. She did the make up for the bride, bridemaids and the groom. The hair stylist also did a great job in preparing the bride's hair and the groom's hair. We had a package that included Pre-Wedding Photos and Wedding Day Assistance and Photos. The Pre-Wedding Photos were done on a single day with a studio portion and an outdoor portion. The plan was smooth and everything went great. The photographer Kevin and the assistant were nice and friendly and it was a great experience. The wedding day included Photos and an assistant also. Due to Covid our plan had to be adjusted, but we had regular contact with Jenifer and were able to sync up and plan out the wedding day without any issue. Jenifer even had 2 plans for us depending on the situation of Covid at the time. The wedding day ended up having us shift our photography timing around which worked out well. The makeup and preparation before the ceremony were very smooth and the photographer (Kevin again) was able to take photos throughout the day of the events of the day. The assistant was helpful and always ready to support our needs too. Our ceremony was smooth and the photographer and assistant were able to help out and take photos without intrusion. After our ceremony we had more photos with the bridal party where the photographer helped pick great locations for the shots. All in all, the Whiteday team was very professional and also very kind and empathetic in trying to provide the best service they could for our wedding. The post wedding process was also very smooth. We simply brought back our items we had and that was it. There was no hassle and the process was done quickly. Payments for Whiteday was also straight forward and fair. We discussed up front on costs and made payment on major milestones. Jenifer was very flexible too as we were able to adjust our package due to certain situations and adjustments based on our conditions of needs. Overall I would for sure recommend Whiteday as a wedding studio for couples who want a supportive team who can help provide a package for their wedding day. Their wide flexibility and range of packages to help support the specific needs of a wedding are great as it allows you to not worry about all the details. We appreciate all the help that Jenifer and Whiteday Wedding Inc. provided to us in order to have a memorable wedding day. Johnny P.S. They captured all the moments that were important to us - Their assistants Christina and Lucy made our wedding photoshoot and 14 hour wedding day a breeze respectively. - Exactly what we needed for our budget. - Provided things no other wedding planning place included (all our groomsmen and bridemaid attires, and all our clothes for wedding attire from wedding dress to traditional Chinese gowns to my bowtie, tiny deets that go missed they gave us so we didn't need to worry!) - So friendly and so willing to go above and beyond - Jennifer is so professional and so fast at replying to requests. Wedding planning is stressful, but Whiteday did an absolutely amazing job. Would recommend to all our friends and family.

In the beginning, I was a bit skeptical on settling with a one-stop shop vendor because of all the other talented hair & makeup artists and photographers out there. It was a tough decision but the convenience sold us. I questioned a lot about their packages and Jenifer was very kind, patient and professional. My husband doesn't own any suit/tuxedo so renting from them really saved us money. Tbh, although they had a lot selection of wedding dresses, my indecisiveness made it even harder for me to say "yes" to the dress. I cannot stress enough THANK-YOU to all the staff that had helped me from the start to finish. I felt that all the staff went above and beyond their duties and we are exceptionally pleased throughout the process.

Working with WhiteDay was one of the most stress-free vendor experiences for our wedding. Customer service was amazing. Jenifer, the manager of WhiteDay and the main contact for all our wedding photography inquiries, is exceptional and went beyond our expectations. She was very helpful, extremely patient and understanding, and took the time to kindly answer in detail our many questions, both through email (in timely manner) and in person (during consultations). She was reassuring throughout the entire process from booking to after the wedding. She also listened and attended to our needs and preferences whenever we had concerns or feedback, and made sure we were happy clients. Very well organized. Jenifer was also the Makeup Artist for both my pre-wedding and wedding day; she took into consideration my preferences and I was quite happy with the results. I used the pre-wedding makeup as a makeup “trial” and gave feedback to what I would like different for the wedding day, and she made it happen. All my family and friends thought that the makeup was very natural, and I looked like me.. The makeup felt comfortable and lasted the entire day. There was a second makeup artist named Ellen who did my bridesmaids' makeup as well as my mom's, and all turned out beautifully. Hair was done by Lisa and I really liked how it turned out on my wedding day. We had Jacob as our photographer for both the pre-wedding and wedding photos. He was very fun to work with, and provided us with beautiful images from both days. He was friendly, hard working, and considerate. Our wedding guests also liked him. My husband and I loved his style and were very happy with our professional wedding portraits, which were natural and true to life, and not over-edited. WhiteDay bridal assistants were phenomenal. Blaire was the most attentive and kind assistant during my pre-wedding photoshoot. When I was being attacked by mosquitoes, instead of running away she was right there trying to get them off of me. On my wedding day, my bridal assistants (Michelle and Lucy) were right there attending to any of my needs (ex. offered me water, carried my train when I went up the stairs, fixed my train, helped me bustle the train when there was no bustle, touched up my makeup throughout the day until near the end of the reception). I was well taken care of!

Awesome experience from Whiteday! For the package price we paid, I'm amazed of the high quality of service we were provided - from updated selections of wedding dresses, bridesmaids dresses... recommendation of what dress to choose and which suits (this eased off lots of time and stress during our wedding planning)... also very beautiful make-up & hair from Jennifer, accessories. Really we saved a lot of time worrying about these small details. We were blessed to have Jessica as bridal assistant who was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist the ladies. Also Jacob our photographer (humorous guy) who did an amazing job capturing fantastic moments and angles of our wedding.... (it's a talent to be able to capture good shots, not just the skills). Overall the one stop package of convenience and super high quality impresses us... definitely recommend Whiteday! The only thing to notice is that they do take some time to give back the photos. This is understandable given the number of clients they get each week (we got 1500+ photos back)

The staff at Whiteday are awesome! We had a great experience planning our wedding through Whiteday. They were a one stop shop for everything we needed for our big day, including bride and groom outfits, bridesmaids and groomsmen outfits, ring bearer and flower girl outfits, and all the other fixings! The whole planning process was super smooth and they were very accommodating given all the challenges of planning a pandemic wedding. When I first heard of Whiteday Wedding, I just thought it was some typical wedding store selling wedding dresses. Boy, was I ever wrong! I came in as a groomsman for my friends ending and wow-- such excellent service! When I went in for measurements, the ladies were extremely kind and patient with me while I was fitting the tuxedos. The best part was obviously the wedding. On the day of, our photographer Kevin was such a pleasure to have. He was very funny as well as hard working. It was a hot summer day in July and we were all melting in the sun. That didn't stop Kevin from taking splendid photos or his humour. My favourite part was when he tells us to pose, and shows us how to do it. Especially when he says to pose "sexy" while putting his hand behind his head and making a seductive face. It was hilarious. We all cracked up. The thing is, Jenifer was also really nice to me replying to all the emails I sent and even sending me my measurements after I requested them! This truly was a white day as they made the wedding as memorable as can be.

I know Whiteday through my friend’s referral. Honestly I had no clues of any of the good wedding studios / vendors at that time. Whiteday just happened to be my first consultation appointment and during the consult, my husband and I both felt so welcomed by all the staff and I was really falling in love with their wedding gowns (sooo elegant and fairytale - like!) Plus they offer “one stop shop” which means they take care of wedding gowns and suits, makeup and hair, all the accessories, photography and most importantly at a very reasonable price!! Right after consulting with Jenifer, I immediately cancelled all other consultations and decided to go with Whiteday. I am so glad I made this choice because throughout the entire wedding planning, Jenifer answered all my concerns/questions through e-mail very promptly. She basically listens to your needs and will try her best to make it happen! On the wedding day, Jenifer was also my makeup artist- I was very satisfied with the gorgeous me and my face also felt so comfortable throughout the entire wedding! My bridal assistant, Jessica is also very professional, she made sure my gown spread out properly during ceremony and my hair and makeup would always be in best condition during reception for photo purpose. I also love how well and fast she changed my hair style. It was amazing!!!! Last but not least, thanks to our awesome photographer, Kevin! His lead made my husband and I feel so reassured. On the wedding day, I can tell he is very experienced and a very hard worker too. I actually just took a look the DVD- love love all the photos!! Bravo job done! I really like this place. I joined their pre-wedding and wedding package. As I joined their package in advance, I also get some promotion feature. I personally find that if you want to have less hassle on your wedding, then join their package is the best choice. As they will help you to take care of so many things, even to the table number stand and gussets board they could also provide for us. I like their make up artist Jennifer and I am glad that a touch up helper will be following me the whole day. I am obsessed about their wedding dress, and impress that they have new one every year. Whiteday helped us with our wedding just last weekend and they were fantastic! Everything from the dress and tux rentals, photographer, bridal assistant for the day of, to hair and makeup, they were great ensuring the process was smooth and enjoyable for us. Photos are amazing and we had so much fun. Communication throughout the process was excellent, lots of dress options for rental, pickup and drop off for rental items were easy and stress-free. My husband and I were so relieved to find Whiteday Wedding's services because it was exactly what we were looking for. A one stop shop to help us get married in a short period of time (we had 5 weeks lead time). Jenifer was very responsive on the phone and email. The dress selection was nice. All the staff was professional (although the photographer was a bit too touchy imo but he was friendly and was able to accommodate our request of expedited photo delivery). Rented a suit as a groomsman for a wedding. Decently priced. However, there was a small stain on the tie. Not noticeable at a glance but being the a little bit OCD regarding cleanliness it did bother me throughout the day. Other than that I would say rent here for stylish yet affordable wedding wear!

Highly recommend! Our experience with White day Wedding was perfect! Everything we needed was available as a package including dresses, tuxedos, hair and make-up, and photos! Already, the preparation for our wedding easy thanks to this model. On top of that, the staff were all super friendly. The photographer (Kevin) and Amy (bridal assistant) were super enthusiastic and professional to grasp the most beautiful photos during our pre-wedding shoot. On the day of wedding, the two photographers (Kevin and Cindy) were actively taking photos throughout the entire event that we are looking forward in seeing the photos of our most memorable day. We are thankful to have had Jennifer as our bridal assistant on the day of wedding as she was very helpful getting us ready and fixing any details throughout the night. Great one stop shop wedding vendor. Our package was reasonably priced and included all the clothing for the wedding party, jewelry rental, hair and makeup, a bridal assistant for the wedding day, 2 days of photography (pre-wedding and wedding day photos), and a hardcover photo album. Videography was also available but we opted not to add it on. The staff were fantastic as well. Jenifer was organized and easy to work with in the consultations and planning. The ladies at the studio and our bridal assistant (Cyndi) were caring and attentive. The photographers were great at directing us for poses as well as taking candid shots and the photos turned out beautifully. It was also very helpful that our photographers spoke Korean, English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend.

If you're getting married, you must book with Whiteday! Whiteday provided us with our wedding gowns and tuxes, Chinese tea ceremony outfits, groomsmen tuxes and bridesmaid dresses, decor, photography, makeup and hair (Bride, Groom, and MOH) and day of assistants. Since they're all rentals, we didn't have to stress about dry cleaning and storage after our wedding. We just gave it back to them! The most valuable part of this package was the team. Jenifer was the manager and she was always responsive over email, she was also very flexible and accommodating. I went to try on dresses at several boutique wedding stores but this was the only one where the team did my hair (quickly), put on the veil, and decorated me to help me envision what I'd look like on the day of my wedding. Jenifer and Lisa did a fantastic job with our make-up and hair. It was natural yet beautiful. I didn't want to take it off at the end of the day, my new hubby had to ask me a few times. Lisa and Janice were our wedding day assistants, and they were amazing! They gave me a peace of mind, fixed my makeup and hair throughout the day, and taught me how to walk and hold my dress. Kevin was our photographer and we were so grateful for his enthusiasm and attention to detail. Can't wait to see the photos!

Due to COVID, we had to make several changes to our wedding plans and the team, especially Jenifer, was very accommodating. They really helped make our wedding day a special one. Our experience with Whiteday was great! Jenifer helped my wife and I professionally and courteously throughout the entire planning of our wedding! The dress looked gorgeous, and the make up was great too! The bridal assistant Michelle who helped us on our wedding day was absolutely terrific, she was pleasant and helped us run the schedule even smoother! The only minor gripe we experienced was that they were a little bit slow in organizing and couldnt give very detailed itineraries to help us better plan the day, but that's a small issue. I was kind enough to help me from the preparation to the end of the wedding, and I was able to have a pretty and cute wedding ~ I got all my deco for the white day florist, but the deco came out as I wanted. These people do not know how to run a business. They are very unprofessional. The package deal may seem to be a great deal, but keep in mind you get what you pay for. The photographer named Kevin is horrible. He took smoke breaks on paid time and speaks very little English. He only added stress on our wedding day by rushing us and demanding to do things his way. He didn't want to do what we wanted for photos. The brides assistant was new on the job and didn't even know how to help the bride put on her gown. Some assistant!

I had my wedding 3 weeks ago, and my experience with Whiteday Wedding was awesome! I had a hard time deciding my wedding dress at first so I visited Whiteday three times just to try on many different kinds of wedding dresses until I found the perfect one, but they were so kind and understanding throughout the whole process. My hair and makeup on my wedding day was also perfect! A lot of people asked me where I did my hair and makeup. My guests also really loved the wedding dress that I wore on my wedding day. You have many many choices to pick from for your wedding dress and wedding accessories. I never hesitated to ask them when I needed something because they were so kind and ready to listen and help. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to have an awesome and memorable wedding on your big day! They also have great wedding packages, and they're pretty flexible with the options. And the photographers were so professional! Every photo came out so beautifully, and their touch ups on each photo were really helpful. Thank you so much Whiteday! You guys are awesome! :)
