I think Save on foods should have a program where customers shop all week long and add up their weekly spending and award them with the appropriate award points. They are penalized busy shoppers who shop several times a week.????

Your cashiers were extremely busy. I was in a express line up for 15 items when the second express opened so I joined that line. When I finally put my groceries on the the roller after a 10 minute wait the cashier told me that I had too many items for her line which she said was for only 9 items. I never noticed that the item numbers for your 2 express lanes were different. I thought I had only 9 items but she said the 6 packages of Thai soup noodles were counted separately. She said she would process it this time but to be more careful with how many items I had if I got in this line. I was going to leave all the groceries there, not pay, and depart your store but it would have impacted the lineup of customers behind me. She then complained to the next customer that her break could not come soon enough. You have a very unprofessional person representing your store and for 6 packages of Thai soup at $1.59 each you must know how small they were. With the options afforded me in Nelson (Safeway , the Coop) Trail (Ferraro's, Walmart) and the close proximity of the US (Costco,Yokes,Walmart)I think I will shop elsewhere in case I count incorrectly again.

The employees are awful the store is overpriced and the point system for loyal customers is grueling and anything but rewarding. Always got rotten produce here I paid too much here! Ex. Ambrosia apples $8.99 (rotten*). Managers are not personable. This store is not good!

Have never shopped at save ons before this one. The staff is exceptional, the layout is covid friendly, hand sanitizer is frequent, they have invested in all new self check outs and provide exceptional online order and curbside pick up. They have deli sandwiches, bakery, and bulk items.

Good vegetable selections and meat variety including gourmet seasoned cooked chickens. Need your Save-On card to benefit from card prices. The best part, though, for my needs, is free wifi. That's when I update my apps and back up my photos. I usually sit on couch in concourse to do wifi while my partner goes in to shop, who leaves his phone with me so I do his updates too.

The people in the bakery are fantastic .They have made many cakes and cupcakes for my events . They have stepped up to the challenge each time to create the cake or cupcake I've chosen and done amazing work . All of these designs have been one off . Can't get this at another bakery in town for the very reasonable prices charged by Save-On . And they use REAL buttercream not an edible oil product . Thanks again Save-On cantcwait to see the cake for our daughter Sweet 16 tonight .

The store is well kept and attention is paid to detail. Aisles are directional and clearly marked. Entrance doors are open and hand sanitizer is at the entrance. While people wearing masks are not in the majority, most people seem to be respectful about observing the distancing protocols. Food selection is good, although prices are often not the best.

I was casually going about my morning and upon searching for a refreshing beverage was barked at and belittled by an overly aggressive and abusive lady. She insisted that I join a non existent queue and proceeded to grab me by the arm and push me away from the cashier eagerly anticipating my custom. I think the power of being appointed queue coordinator has clearly gone to her head and I believe she should be relieved of her duties until adequate training has been completed. I can only hope and pray that noone else has to forgoe any similar injustice.
