They couldn't exchange it or take it back because they didn't have it in stock ?? The warranty card says otherwise. Unfortunately. (Original) Ik bracht een kapotte heater terug gekocht bij een andere home and hardware. Een week oud en gekocht bij een ander filiaal. Zij konden hem niet ruilen of terugnemen omdat zij hem niet in voorraad hadden ?? Het garantiebewijs zegt iets anders. Jammer.

Although consistently a bit more expensive than the other big hardware and lumber stores the quality of the wood products is much, much higher. Plywoods are well made, raw lumber is dry and straight. Being a family run business the staff are friendly and helpful, and even the young, seasonal students working there are well informed. Great selection of product means a well prepared shopper should only have to stop once here for everything they might need.

It's decent enough as far as a building centre goes. Usually lots of stock though not my first choice as far as pricing goes, the other major building centre in Nelson is usually more economical. Some staff are not the most friendly of people which is ironic as there are many signs around the store demanding the staff be treated well. There's a definite air of superiority to the place, like your being granted a favour to shop there. And make sure of your purchases especially in the painting department document everything as you may require extraordinary proof if something is not as you ordered, don't expect what you were told at time of sale to hold true.
