Triple T are easy to work with and we're very patient during my "ummms" and "uhhhs" and general indecision. The only thing keeping me from loving this place is the cost, because all the little bits and pieces add up very fast. It's cheaper than buying new but is still a bit tough on the budget.

I was surprised at the recent one star rating they received as the majority of the reviewers have been more than satisfied with their services as well. Although I feel for the person who made the review because no one wants their special day ruined however reading the review it is evident that the numbers were apparently the problem and every business has been required to follow certain pandemic guidelines. I feel for each and every business that is impacted in this way and hope that people understand that one bad review can truly impact a business’s overall rating.

Hello,Scott Macleod here from Long & McQuade music store at 620 Comox Road,Nanaimo. We often do free musical educational clinics at the store and need lots of folding chairs and a good coffee maker from time to time.We also need these items delivered.I must say,dealing with Triple T over the years has always been a pleasure.The items are delivered on time,clean and in excellent condition.Then picked up early the next day.Very very friendly people to deal with there too!! Top notch customer service. They knew all about my venue and were able to assist with every thing were required from plate settings and glassware, catering chafers and sterno. Fresh white quality linens, decor and barwares. She offered great suggestions on how to save $$$ too. Everything was delivered, setup (they decorate too!) and removed without one issue. What else can I say about triple t that hasn't already been said? Delivery and pick up was great, they were always chill when I called to adjust my order probably like, 20 times. Easy to get a hold by phone and there's always someone at the desk during the week if you wanna go into the show room. One tent, 8 tables, napkins, chairs and chargers. A few tables and table cloths. Good value, thanks for everything!

From tables, chairs, and tents, to cutlery, centerpieces, tablecloths, and everything in between. With full delivery, setup, and takedown service, there's no reason to choose them.

Completely unprofessional. We booked everything from tents to dinnerware/tables to grills and bbqs. She never had a problem with our numbers (which were stated at the time) then, but now, 2 months away from our wedding she cancelled due to our high numbers. Basically left us screwed. Anyone looking for a reliable rental company, skip past this one!!! She won't even bat an eye while she ruins your special day. Highly discourage using this company for your rental needs. You are a coward!

I have to say they did an amazing job helping me with the ceiling and the backdrop behind the head table. The Coast Bastion looked fabulous, the guests and even total strangers were stopping to take pictures as it was so beautiful. You helped make the day one my little girl will never forget. Ups and downs with a wedding rental but mostly ups. Napkins came frayed but were replaced, no one came during the set up morning to set up back drop but they came later and it looked great. Came earlier than we did during the ceremony and were very fast at setup and take down of ceremony supplies.
